Needs a bit of extra maintenance and rooms quite old but lively location

Lovely hotel, nice staff, good food and really clean. There is 4 restaurants and 2 bars in addition to a Conference center. I highly recommand it

Used on business trips. The pool in the courtyard is attractive.

A decent hotel, friendly staff and big rooms. The breakfast spread is decent with plenty of.chpice... and the bar has good heineken on tap.. the highlight for me is the Indian restaurant which is on the hotel complex it's superb! Give it a go if u stay there..

I though that it was run down and for their rates I d get a better offering.

Well, I ordered room service as I was super tired after work... ordered a burger. Taste and the portion was not as I expected. Didnt like it much

Location
From the airport it took about 30mins to reach the hotel.
Amazing location.. it's in a compound. Weather was amazing (April) chilled weather. Not so hot not so cold. Everything is around. You have a spa in the hotel. But didnt get to use the spa facilities but heard it's really good from my other colleagues. Its is a beautiful location.

Staff/Service
Did not interact with staff very much. They are friendly. Front office staff they do speak English very well. But not very much the junior staff. Was kind hard to convey the message.

They have 03 main restaurants.
1. Italian (they do not have a big menu)
2. Indian restaurant (open only for dinner) couldn't go to the restaurant for dinner.
3. Coffee shop.

Rooms/ recreation activities
Rooms are spacious, clean. Be room is about queen size it think. And a huge TV. Bathroom is ok size but it more than enough for a couple. When taking a bath, water does not go quickly as it should be. Bath tub is blocked obviously. They need to look into that.

They have an out door pool. Looks amazing but didnt use it since its bit chilly weather. But I doubt its gona be amazing during summer.

Very nice hotel for a change. But the city and the attractions are bit far from this location. So kinda have to use a taxi or other transportation methods. Overall, I enjoyed it.

Amazing amazing amazing, room so spacious, the hotel itself pretty much huge, so you can have a nice morning walk around and it's beautiful. They also have an excellent room service.. In addition, the view of the road to get to the hotel is breathtaking. Sea and the cliff and everything just beautiful! Recommended

Loud music and noise of furniture moving till 6 am made our last 4 four nights sleepless and forced us to checkout after one week staying despite we booked for the full month. Complaints to front desk and security manager remained unconsidered.
Moreover, filthy rooms with relevant bathrooms, stray dogs roaming into the garbage dump of the hotel graciously standing open before our windows and litter all over the garden areas ignored by the personnel carelessly stepping on it adorn the general look of the hotel.
Good meals at Calcutta restaurant. At Italian restaurant La stalla staff looking forward to closing the business will start the cleaning and tiding up at 21:15 when you are still eating your main course. One star for this place is too much but Google review doesn t allow for zero.

We had an apartment in this hotel, it was very nice, in a pretty setting. The rooms are good (large and with king size bed), apartment with living room and kitchen area. Possibility to go to the pools (2) of the hotel as well as the Hammam and Sauna. Hotel is in a secure area with controlled access. The room was clean and the staff very helpful ...

The worst hotel ever!!!!!!
The main purpose of a hotel room is get good rest and some privacy, but here you can hear every detailed things happening around your room like walking/ closing or opening near by doors/ talking! Plus the elevator is in other side of the world Rude stuff too!

We booked this hotel because it was a 5 but we were let down big style. We have stayed in many hotels in North Africa and other places so we know what to expect.<br/>I'm having problems with my knees and needed rest to recover and that was the reason for booking this hotel.<br/>We were given a room that had 28 concrete steps to get to, we told them that I'm having difficulty walking despite using walking sticks, they showed us another room which had even more steps to climb, we declined their offer and kept the original room and they promised to find another room, which never happened.<br/>The apartment we had, was a 5 and in there was no:<br/>Tea/coffee or even a kettle but we did have 2 cups<br/>No iron or hair dryer<br/>Only two frying pans and two forks.<br/>The room was totally worn out <br/>Only had 1 bath towel to share between us even asking for, on the second day we managed to get another towel and then again weren't changed.<br/>Housing keeping is absolutely a disgrace they walk in regardless if you're in bed or getting changed, happened to us on numerous occasions.<br/>Breakfast was great but getting to it ment you had to climb down two sets of stairs and we asked if there was an elevator and they didn't know what I was asking so I struggled with the stairs.<br/>Too many things to list here but not going to waste more of my time<br/>My recommendation is book somewhere else.

Very nice hotel, luxury and charm. its location on the heights of Gammarth offers a breathtaking view from the rooms and the Bar. Very clean. Ideal for business trips and events.

The persinnel nice, but everything is super expensive for me.
Attention to the service in the room, you must be on the lookout, and hop and the person is in the middle of your room no luck for you to cover yourself, too late!
The swimming pool and the hammam are THE ASSET of the corner ... Wink

Beautiful, clean and large hotel, located in the marina, there is a restaurant for eastern food and another for Indian and a third for Italian, it is a large area overlooking the sea and has summer sessions on the sea. The location of the hotel is distinguished by the beauty of the natural area covered with greenery and surrounding it, and its wonderful view. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is good.

Excellent service, a bit dated but very good and inexpensive with pool and nice spa

Hotel is a bit old. But staff are excellent and friendly. Specially in the VIP lounge. The food quality is very good and reasonably priced.

Shower ran only hot, they said they fixed it but it wasn't, room smelled liked burnt "something" everytime you entered the room. Coffee and tea never replenished, electrical outlet covers on the walls literally fell off when plugging something in. The location, security and fitness are great but the hotel needs to be brought up to speed and the service of house keeping and maintenance needs a lot of improvement!

Good experience, staff are very friendly and helpful, food is high quality. The location is great.
The only downside (if it counts) that the hotel is quite big horizontally which means that depending on your room location you'll have to walk quite a distance with your luggage as not always there will be someone available to assist.

Good things:

-nice big swimming pool area, looks gorgeous

Bad things:

-guest services made mistakes on referring me some timings, I made it late to an appointment I had. I then called 3 times to find out the correct information and within the process three staff members gave me 3 different answers. I had to talk to the manager to get a definitive answer.

-rooms are very old, I had a cold shower because the handles were so hard to twist. Many defects around, holes in chipped tiles. Should be renewed.

-The view from some rooms is amazing however many other rooms have a horrible view of concrete semi constructed buildings and desert, they should plant some palm trees and grass, this way it'll look much better. It feels inconsistent.

-taxis don't respect one another, they fight in front of you and in front of the staff at the entrance of the hotel. Doesn't feel professional at all (one taxi went ahead of the other to grab us, so the taxi that was first in line got very angry, he was right but there should be some kind of control over this by the hotel staff, it felt scary, they were almost about to come to a fight)

Conclusion:

I'd get a room here only if it has a good good price, otherwise I'd look elsewhere.

Breakfast showcases a great variety of traditional Tunisian dishes and foods. Restaurant staff were entertaining and sweet. Sizeable pool and general appearance of the lobby in rich blue arabic style patterns. Reception staff on the day was unfriendly and tried to rip us off when trying to order a driver to take us to and back from the nearby town, asking for a ridiculous amount of money for 2 hours, when a taxi is only a few bucks to go and come back, hinting at the fact it would be very hard to find a cab for the way back - which was proved untrue. Rooms are old and smelly and the furniture and style inside the rooms seem overused and damaged. Cleaning was average with hair lying in tub and on the bathroom tiles.

Good hotel for relaxing far from everything in the city middle of nowhere but quite . Room good big .stuff is excellent all service is available including spa pool parking safe and secure exchange money Internet .guest relations . Only the tv screen is small not big

Everything is Old inside. Broken showers broken handles. NO AC despite rooms are hot. Housekeeping never attends when u call them.

It is a resort located in an elevated area, which means that it is very cold in winter and moderate in summer. What is wrong with it is the employees who need training and how to deal with the inmate.

Nice hotel with very good breakfast. 20min by car from airport. Hotel has gym and sauna but in separate building. Good for business not for holiday

Good structure near Gammarth, near Tunis. Very professional and helpful staff. Many beautiful rooms, bathroom fixtures maybe a little dated.
The swimming pool is also very nice.

Poor soundproofing of the rooms. You get lost easily, no logic in the arrangement.

Bit dated hotel but no maintenance. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Bed is good and bathroom has a good shower and bath.

I've been in a lot of events in a lot of hotels in tunis like movenpick, 4 season, helya beach... and i've never been putted in this situation
That's why i dont recommend this hotel, there is a lot of hotels in tunis that have bigger space so they can get all their visitors in :)

Luxurious and one of a kind hotel, welcoming and generous staff

Rooms are pretty spacious, clean and comfy bed with a large screens.. Spacious balconies.. Breakfast buffet has an amazing variety.. Staff are really friendly and try to do their best..

The place to be, excellent service, excellent food, professional staff. Liked every minute

The style of this hotel is absolutely astonishing with ancient-like ruins ,mosaics and pillars incorporated in it, as well as its beautiful surroundings are traits that make this place worth visiting again.

Pathetic.sink was not repaired for last three days.232.tv didn work.
