Big hotel without any activities, Spa and pool swim is bad and should paid to enter, I will not recommended

Very disappointed !
I booked a night in an apartment which was in a very bad state : the kitchen was disgusting, the AC not working, strong smell of moisture, the bed not comfortable...etc
As mentioned above, the air conditioning was not functioning and even after informing the reception there was no reaction from their side. The ambient temperature was around 28 degrees.
We found a big insect in the bathroom.
Besides to that, at 07:30 one employee was tendering the grass very loudly in the garden near the apartment which woke me up immediately.
Breakfast was somehow not included in the booking and must be paied as an extra.
A very bad address, I will never come back to this hotel.

Beautiful area. Large and well equipped rooms. Very professional team. Good food, very varied.

My room was smoking. They changed it to me and the room had several small details that were broken or no longer working. Pity

Good hotel, 20min from airport by Taxi (17TND on Fridays is enough per ride). Hotel is solid, clean, but not worth the asked price and dinner is too expensive. So only four stars. But nearly no tourists, some Arabs (business and holiday), therefore very calm, especially the pool area

Does not deserve the 5, as far as the bungalows are dirty and with an old furniture.
The hotel has nice rooms, the staff is not very kind, the Spa has to be restored ...

I went there several times, being Tunisian, I went there in 2012 and the service was very good. I went there several times a few years later and was really very very disappointed the last time I was there.

The service has changed since, because when you are Tunisian, you get poisoned!

My grandmother got sick the day before we got home and my mom and I the next day. We were all affected.

I had Staphylococcus aureus for over 19 days! Extremely shameful!

You don't deserve any stars for this stuff!

And that's not all, twice the last two times people have dressed in clothes and the staff have done nothing to fix it! The pool remains dirty!

The hotel no longer corresponds to a five star, far from it! I will not give him any stars! Horrible!

An ok place, decent bar and in a large complex which one can jog around. A little out of town but that can be a bonus if there is any problems and it is quite quiet. There is another bar in the complex that the locals frequent and it can get a little rowdy at weekends so make sure your room points elsewhere (away from the tennis courts).

The hotel is really nice! I'd come again on my next visit.

This place looks like a palace from the moment you enter the proberty. There is an ATM and a souvenir shop in the lobby. Also turkish bath and spa with a good scrub. The room is beautiful, and some even have a balcony where the near view is only roof but the farther view is the village, nice place to enjoy the sun. Facilities are above average as well. And a wing piano in the lobby. The restaurant gave me the best Iftar buffet I've had so far! Only the welcoming staff in the underground restaurant weren't very genuine and hospitable. But I would surely come back to this hotel.

Good hotel to reside in Tunis ... One of the best situations ... Gammarth ... good service ... quiet ... variety for different tastes ... food, music and entertainment ...

the hotel was once very nice. unfortunately it is now a bit run down.

Unfortunately we noticed the spa very negatively: a very bad-tempered receptionist, the hammam is very shabby and it also looks like a check-in. we booked a massage, which was also very unprofessional.

1. AC was great; something you cant find a lot in 5 star hotels.<br/>2. Food quality not that great, compared to other 5 star hotels in tunis.<br/>3. Only 1 guy at the check in reception. Imagine the line.<br/>4. Cleaning was ok.<br/>5. Breakfast was 5/10. The staff over there should seriously be told that it is not ok to give a guest cutleries from a used table.<br/>6. Executive lounge doesnt offer much. <br/>7. You can hear any whisper coming from the other room. <br/>8. Staff were kind.
9. Electrical outlet covers would fall off when u try to plug in something to charge.
10. House keeper would knock on the door like she was a military lieutenant; unprofessional.

Great place. I ve got such a great time there. Like it. Well done guys.

Nice experience as usual ... this is the second time that I come and I will surely come back, I chose this hotel of course for the calm and the discretion of the staff, my little blow of heart would be for the Spa center that is really up to the task, madam olfa is mademoiselle rabaa spa center are really listening and are really very kind. The hamam is designed in the old way so very original with the hot rooms and scrub that comes to fill a beautiful day of sport swimming pool and tan;)

The location is excellent. The rooms are good. Not excellent. The bathrooms need maintenance. The hotel team is excellent in the service. High security and close to the tourist area of Carthage. Guidance service is available.

Ok but some details are missing for a 5 star hotel. Traces of mold on bathtub seal and receptionist not always pleasant.

Excellent hotel but I wish change in buffet and diversification

In my personal opinion 5 star hotel unjust and reason The hotel lasted more than 20 years without updating a few rooms, to be honest I will raise it 3 stars currently
