The service is excellent and the tacos are delicious

FINALLY, a taco stand that puts more than a tablespoon of food in the tortilla's. I can normally eat 4 tacos (seems like a lot, but my kids can eat 8) from any of the other restaurants that sell breakfast tacos. Not so at Lolita's. My taco was so stuffed with potatoes, cheese and bacon that I could only eat 1 and a half. THE COFFEE WAS AWESOME! And the price was more than reasonable. There's nothing like fresh tortillas, I think they are made at a local bakery not a factory. And to top it all off, the lady's who work there are so nice and friendly. I am a picky person and they always get my order right. Love this place!

There are two drive thrus, but even that's not enough for the volume of customers coming to this humble shack. You won't find any skimped tacos here! Not only are they filled generously, they're also reasonably priced.

A staple in San Marcos. My favorite is the picadillo taco.

My boyfriend sent me on a taco run from Loki s this morning... I had never eaten here. Let me tell you... the tacos are so good!!! The bacon... I m a picky bacon person. I like it crispy with no fat. I don t know where they get this bacon from but it s heavenly!!! I will certainly be back! Thank you Loli s, for a super delicious breakfast!!!

Decent tacos but to expensive! El Sazon has better tacos and are less expensive. During the week you can but 3 tacos the same ingredients for $3.50!!!!!!

Good tacos, open early. Prices are very reasonable.

If I could go lower that 1 star I would. The Tacos are terrible. They are dry, no flavor and the tortilla's are hard.

I tried them 3 different times and different items, but they were all the same; dry tasteless and tough tortillas.

A lot of food inside doesn't matter if it taste bad.

Decent and cheap tacos - customer service is nonexistent. I don't expect much, but when I'm made to wait at the window to place an order while they're on Snapchat, am not even said hello to, and after I pay they don't speak a word to me, not even a "thanks," well, needless to say I won't be coming back. At that point it isn't even customer service - just basic human decency.

I really thought their breakfast tacos were gonna be awesome due to the good reviews but they just weren't all that great. Pretty dry and bacon was super chewy and hard. Prolly wont eat here again but they were at least nice

I have very fond memories of driving through Lolita's late Saturday or Sunday morning when I was in town staying with someone who was special to me. We usually had a great time out the night before, and Lolita's would hit the spot for when we were a little hungover.

Look out for the driveway when coming here. For us it was always fun in my lifted Jeep. It was like a fun little rollercoaster when leaving, but it could pose problems to lower cars. Be sure to lookout.

This is a San Marcos staple for that perfect barbacoa taco that you need to function after a night out at the square. Get there early cause the line goes out into the street, and that's on a light day! Top three for breakfast tacos in San Marcos.

If my children were able to decide on breakfast tacos every morning this is where you'd find us. Even if we didn't enjoy the food (Which we do! It's great) we'd still go here for the simple fact that the owner is so kind, so involved and cares for her customers whether they are new or old.

I lived in San Marcos for 7 years and have always loved Loli's. When we moved away, we talked about how much we miss their breakfast tacos all the time. Coming back to visit, this was the first place we stopped for breakfast! Their carne guisada is to DIE for, and I love their tortillas. Bacon is thick and crispy, eggs are perfectly moist and fluffy. I don't even really like cheese on my tacos, but theirs is thick-shredded and fresh. Delicious. Can't find tacos like these anywhere else.

These people just throw some ingredients in a tortilla and serve it. I've gotten basic tacos and they come out looking like the person who made them hates me. I cook for a living and wouldn't serve their food in my restaurant. My seven year old could make a better breakfast taco.

Will Not be going back. Our order was messed up, the potatoes lacked any taste, and the overall breakfast tacos were awful to say the least.

Soooooooo good! Definitely my favorite taco place in town. I judge a taco place by their bean and cheese and they deliver on flavor! You'd be surprised how hard it is to create the simple yet complex bean and cheese. After six years away from San Marcos, this was by far the restaurant I was most excited to get back to!

Be warned, both of the drive thru windows may have long lines during the lunch hour.

My favorite taco place in the world. No exaggeration. 2 drive up windows or 1 walk up window so if you're in a hurry, call it in. Otherwise hang out with the locals or the college kids and wait 10-15 min max. Cold day, get the Carne Guisada with bean and cheese. Best I've ever had. Chicken fajita with rice, beans and cheese is another fav. Pico is always fresh, and can be a little hot for some. Another perk, if you bring your dog, she'll give you some free bacon to go. Literally the best place ever.

I am adding my 5 post to Lolita cafe not just because the great tacos but the honest women that work there I stoped in grabed a taco then washed my car right after well I pulled my backpack out and set it by vacuum . I finished cleaning my car I picked up my floor mats and jumped in the car and took off. Well 2 hours later I realized I for got to pick up my bag so I rushed back and it was gone I was checking all over for it and thought it was never gonna pop up. So right before I was going to give up I asked 1 of the ladys named Martha I think sorry if I got it wrong but she was very honest with me and said she saw it and put it up when . she was giving it back to me she also said she didnt even look inside and said there was a can with a lid that was beside it she thought it was trash well it wasn't it was were I stashed my money it was all there not a dollar taken out .Thanks again for being honest . My favorite taco place! And my parents when it first opened. Tacos are amazing and well priced, extremely friendly staff, and those tamales are to die for. I almost had my sister ship me some because I miss them so much .Great place/food/family. I love this place

I hate to be a hater, quality issues always happens from time to time. So this is just my experience. Went for the first time today because of the reviews and location. The bacon is my main complaint. It was super chewy and honestly kind of gross. And I love bacon lol I'll usually eat it no matter how it is but I actually ended up eating around it. Tortillas were decent, not very fresh though. Egg and cheese was decent as well. On another note, my chorizo egg and cheese taco was actually pretty good. Not the best but was quick service which is great, but id rather go to fuego and wait a few extra minutes for the quality. Just my opinion. Hope this helps.

We love Loil's. Best tacos in town. We moved away 2 yrs ago, we are in town for the weekend and came everyday n got some to take with us. The ladies that work there are amazing. We never have had a bad order.

Love coming here in the mornings for breakfast tacos! Can be a little busy in the drive through at times though.

I love this place their lunch tacos are my favorite- they are all good! The piccadillo breakfast taco is my favorite breakfast treat too. The ladies that work here always make me day. They always seem to be having fun and have great customer service. The food is fresh and always seems like its made with care! That gorgeous, vibrant grern sauce is so delicious and spicy!

Best breakfast tacos in San Marcos. I get tacos here like 3 times a week and this place never disappoints. Plus the bacon they use is phenomenal. Instead of strips it comes in huge chunks. Idk if it s pork belly or what but it tastes sooo good. Highly recommend

Lolitas is a staple for any student living in Bobcat Village and would recommend to anyone stopping in San Marcos. Expect this place to be busy but well worth the wait.

Good place for breakfast tacos, especially of you need to get your basic bacon, egg, potatoes, etc.. but also a good place for the more advanced cuisine like homemade tamales .

Double drove thru, but one side has to order from the passenger window. Something a little different.

We live in Kyle TX, but every chance we get to enjoy the cuisine of Loli's Cafe DRIVE THROUGH , we take it! The food is fantastic and the staff is very clean and polite. They also ALWAYS provide a little something special for our dog Jericho, who stands at the car window waiting patiently for his own order!
The only thing I can say about improvement is that Loli needs to make another Cafe in the KYLE TX AREA!!

My favorite tacos is San Marcos! I get the picadillo "loaded" and barbarcoa on the regular plus homemade tortillas.

Love this place. Though i don't make out to often. Loli's Cafe has the best make your own combo selection in San Marcos. I like to order chorizo with bean and chicharone taco. It's the bomb it is what i would expect from my own kitchen, and I just cook for myself and my wife. Loli's makes life easier with great food.
