Nice service and fabulous hotel , clean room and best service

very nice place specially for pool & food.
rooms r good to explore jaipur city.

Restaurant ventilation system is recommended for improvement, dining time, the entire restaurant is smoke

Extremely slow restaurant service. It took almost an hr to get the snacks on table

We checked in on 22feb and ordered tea of which they charged double price. Next day when we asked about prices they made morning tea complimentary.Next day we asked to clean our car and they straight away declined .My husband cleaned the car and a guy from housekeeping was smiling and didn t even offered to help even after asking.We don t recommend this hotel to anyone This will be our last stay in Sheraton.

Its a luxury category but needs a bit of work
- Located along Tonk road it is very easy to access & has ample parking area. Most sites are close too. The hotel has a nice pool on the roof
- The service is what you expect from the Four Points but found the housekeeping to be bit slow in service
-The rooms are big but need some refurbishment
- The restaurant food is Ok but found the breakfast to have limited items
The hotel has always been good but some small changes can make it better

A business hotel, professional behaviour by staff, food is ok, room ok aimed at business travelers

Some rooms are cleaner than others (some stink like smoke); linens are stained and unappealing. Amenities are average. Wifi is nonexistent. The spa is grungy and the services can be creepy. Breakfast is better had elsewhere. Service is hit or miss.

Good rooms, Nice staff, Prompt response to in room dining and other services. Two things which took one star away : Exorbitantly priced in room menu. The view from your window is the crowded city - well, you can't blame the hotel for that, but still...

Very small bar. Poor furniture with no proper interior. Three stars because the Barman was very good and made some really good cocktails.

Very good hotel and location is also good. They have very good open terrace restaurant and the view from there of the city is beautiful. But if you are looking for a cost effective hotel, then this is certainly not the place

Excellent hospitality.we were so humbled by the personal touch and care offered by staff namely Karambir ,Subrata and Roshan.
Mahender lal and Shashi were absolutely amazing in taking care of every little details. They all were so polite and went an extra mile in making our stay a memorable one.
The staff were very professional and diligent.

Nice hotel with Good service. The best part is that they allowed to do early check in and late check out. I give one additional star for that.
The breakfast was also awesome.
But two less star for the following reasons:
not so good Pasta and Pani puri served during the dinner
They gave 2 Bananas and one mango in a plate and called it a fruit basket
They gave a complementary foot massage which they mentioned would be 15 minutes, but lasted only for 10 minutes

Great infrastructure but still in construction and stalls are vacant

The service of the hotel are AWESOME. Good food , good behaviour of staff, and the room was so nice. Best place to stay in jaipur.

Had dinner at the buffet restaurant called "The Eatery". The food was lip smacking, waiting staff was really helpful. But the tax they charged me over the base price of the buffet was about 18 percent which is too much considering the fact that buffet restaurants like BBQ nation charge only 5 percent!

The place is old and in needs of a serious upgrade; breakfast was disappointing and is far from the main city attractions

Good place. Nice food. Buffet spread was good and food was also awesome. Nice Ambience. Must visit. Only Starbucks is that the place is a bit congested. Staff is also courteus .. Highly Recommended.

Our experience of Buffet Dinner at Etary @ Four points by Sheraton Jaipur. It has good ambiance. Food is good but quality of many food items have been compromised. Staff is helpful and courteous.

A very decent place to stay, visited often by tour caravans, this place is perfect for launching into Jaipur sights and getting back. A little far from everything, but closer to the airport. The breakfast spread was awesome and had something new for us everyday.

Great hotel.
Stayed here for two nights. Had a pleasant stay here. The staff were cooperative. Stayed in the east facing room in the 6th floor which was one of the best experiences I had in any hotel, because from the room I could relish the beautiful sunrise which peeps out of the mountains. Worth the money spent here. The hotel is close to the airport and also all the other tourist places in Jaipur

Entrance is an issue to this beautiful property rest everything was fine.

Awesome place but quite expensive as you would expect
