Nice place for party and stay but a bit costly for budget customer

Nice stay. Good food with good service. Staff are very supportive. Rooms are neat and clean. Only problem we had with parking. Open parking so vehicle get dirty.

My first time at Four points and the stay was good. I stayed here with my family for 2 days in a deluxe suite. The best thing about this hotel is its location, roof top pool. The quality of food can be better though, the breakfast was good but not the best. Room amenities were good and I would surely stay here again. Giving 4 stars because of the food quality.

Had a good stay. Location is just perfect to enjoy all the locations in jaipur. A must try.

Not very good housekeeping and quality of toiletries. Everything else seems ok.

The banquet hall was awesome and the way to serving food was good

The housekeeping staff is terrible as I asked for a extra bed they provide me the soiled bed sheet and blanket
The lamp of room no 6622 is not working .
Shame need to update their status .I have a three more day stay ....

The marketing and promotional material are way too kind on this property. A bit low on expectations will get you good results.

The hotel is clean, modern, and overall very nice. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant has delicious breakfast and dinner. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Jaipur.

Room was Ok but the food wasn't even ok. Items in the breakfast were not tasting good. Even the salt was inappropriate in almost all dishes. Plus in our stay of 3 days they couldn't get their toaster repaired. The guest had to eat raw bread. The staff was just acting like they don't know what went wrong with the toaster. This wasn't expected form such star hotel.

We r fed up very poor service no glass in room no cleaning all r dirty after two time calling no response I think this is not belong to sherton it's type of lodge or we can called shelter very very poor shame

Very high class hotel. The buffet is delicious. There is a supermarket downstairs. It is very convenient to buy things.

Rooms were good. Not happy with the breakfast. Service was ok. Could have got better hotel in the same tariff.

This is at prime location of Jaipur,Tonk Road and at City centre,same location of Big Bazaar and opposite of Kanha Restuarant.Rooms are today but service is quite poor as lazy Staff.Foods are not upto the mark.I suggest to see it's beauty,not food.

Very bad and fraudulent services provided by the restaurant out there at four points, I ordered food, firstly the food served is rotten and spicy, Then I asked for the water, To my shocked they provided me impure dirty Tap water, When I complained they provided me Himalaya water bottle which generally comes in 60 rs for which they charged me 120 rs, Such a shameless hotel I haven't seen in my life
