Worst food quality and late service.
Disappointed totally. Never coming again.

The hotel I'd short of staff, the bell boy take 45 mins to take the luggage to the room, the kettles in the room dosen't work , and housekeeping dosen't reply to calls , the reception is help less and the person only pleads helplessness .

A very bad experience

Okay it was good exp at this price of point !!! Pros 1 central location at Jaipur 2 Good staff eg . G.S.A - Mr Bhupendra Joshi 2 Trainee H M.& C.T. Mr. Mukul Arora !!!! Keep it up !!! Cons 1 little far from railway station !!! Rest will keep you posted !!!!

The entrance of the hotel is behind Big Bazaar. The parking lot is small and likely to become inconveniently crowded in times of a large gathering. The decor of the reception desk & lobby isn't commensurate with a 4-star or 5-star hotel. I'd say it's mediocre at best. The staff is hospitable and cordial. Dining at the restaurants of the hotel wasn't a good experience in terms of the ambience, decor and seating arrangement. The chef was kind and concerned. The food was decent. Value for money at this place is open to question.

Four points is a must visit restraunt , you can rely on it for any occasion or for throwing a great party. The food they serve is delicious and savoury. The ambience is nice and the staff is friendly. Although the parking space is sufficient but the traffic on route can prove to be a problem sometimes.

We had an awesome time.Nice spacious rooms with great breakfast.

Poor service had to wait for black coffee in coffee shop early morning to be told its not available

This is like a bazaar but It doesn't have Mobiles or Tech items .
The prices of the items in this place are vary from other store it is expensive than others

Overall the hotel was good however I had a very bad experience on the services from the hotel. I had requested to arrange for a cake (3 days before arrival) on my wife's birthday however same was delivered at the end of the day when the celebration was practically over.

While I would recommend the hotel to any regular traveler but I won't recommend anyone to rely for any special celebration or having any special service expectation.

Worst hotel to stay! I got scammed booking their room. The initial room allotted had a malfunctioning Aircon making consistent noise. On calling the front desk, they told that they do not have a different room at first, but after half an hour they allotted another room. And, while entering this room, I noted housekeeping personnel cleaning the room without wearing mask. They just asked me to check in and gave me a dummy key just to switch on the electricity. Because of this, I had to wait for an hour worrying whether my check in is complete and have I made a good choice. This is a perfect example of bad customer service and no one is ready to apologise for this jeopardy. An advice to fellow travellers- this property is not even worth last resort. Please choose wisely!

Pleasant stay at the property.
Service was a bit slow but because of too much occupancy at last the service man are also humans .
A good stay . At very less rates due to covid i suppose . Thumbs up for the location as well.

The awesome swimming pool and gym facilities, I felt great here and it is very very good and I liked the decor.

Four point by Sheraton is a reachable hotel and visible from plain site. Has good space for parking. I attended a professional meeting there at the banquet at third floor and size of banquet was enough for a 50+ people meeting. Breakfast was decent and hotel staff is supportive.

Excellent welcome, food little bit costly. Rooms are excellent as per your deal, paisa vasool.... For me yes to stay.

I didn't felt that I was in 5 Star property. there was no one to attend guest . safety standard wasn't properly followed . Poorly trained staff. noise was coming from kitchen . guest asked for finger bowl to which they (hotel staff) replied 'usko bol ghar jaa k hath dho' to waiter in such high tone that even that guest heard that and left from there. One employees (Miss Geeta) she's wiping cutlery on restaurant making unnecessary noise . pathetic

Great service. Good hotel restaurant that's convenient and tasty for a fast meal. About 30min from old Jaipur.

Excellent property in the heart of the city. Very well managed and kept. Food is really nice. Rooms are bigger in size with all amenities inside. In the same complex you will find Big bazaar (which I was but skeptical, but it's fine). Staff and service both are up to the mark. Managers are inevitably on the round to assess and monitor everything (which I like). Fitness centre and swimming pool is well kept and tidy. If you are looking for good hygienic stay and ready to spent 3k per night at this season, it's the place.

Good 4 star hotel but buffet breakfast was average in quality

We had organized an Engagement party in party hall Aravali on 7th April 2021 at four point by Sheraton. This has been by far the worst and most terrible experience in a 5star Hotel. They spoiled such a special day for us. The service provided by the Hotel didn t match a 2-Start hotel too. Details about the terrible experience is as below

1. The food service was extremely slow. The waiters servings floating starter to guests had no idea how to serve food. They were hardly reaching out to any guests, a waiter came with snacks but didn t had tissue papers, when he came back with tissue papers, he forgot to get tooth pick required to pick the snacks. Had to literally take waiters personally to guest to make sure they serves to all guests. Looking at waiters you can easily make out the waiters were not all trained.

2. The waiters were not dressed well: You expect a 5-Star hotel waiter to be dressed well but here you could see waiters with their half shirt out- half in. At no time I Felt the waiter belonged to a 5-Star Hotel.

3. Every time had to ask for hot breads to be served else cold breads were served.

4. Biggest blunder was done by Reception staff: The room which was given to us for half day was checked out without our prior permission. When I asked reason for checkout, they said since the time was over for checkout, they checked room, there was no baggage in room so they thought we left without intimating them, but they knew the engagement party was going on. When I took the keys and checked room, there were 3 bags in room. This is absolutely pathetic and very irresponsible behavior.

To go place for travelers. Good spread of food in their buffet.

Clean and good service. Dinner is good with spicy Indian food. American standard.

Very nice rooms. The service was good. And the breakfast spread too was very good.

It is nice hotel, people are very attentive and are always trying to please their guests. They need to improve the cleanness in the showers.

Nice hotel but service are comparatively poor..had to call 3 times for room service..no welcome greet by the hotel staff..the valet kept our luggage in the wrong car and had not clue...i would not prefer to come again with such services

Rooms are good. But forgot to serve few things in one of the rooms.

Commence from the main entrance. There was no valet facility, i had to go to the basemnet to park my car and the guard who met me in the basement, made me enter from the employee gate.

Secondly, i booked through booking.com, wherein i clearly mentioned my prefrance, i need a double bed room as i would be coming right after my marriage but i have been given twin beded room and upon asked the front desk adviser went rude and we don't have any other room available.

Third, I ordered chilli chicken, dry machurian, noodles and brownie from IRD. Upon recived i found the order was wrong and 1 item was not sent too.
I got chilli paneer instead chilli chicken and brownie was not there too.

Forth, The food made my wife sick.
She had dry machurian and noodle, which was purley not digestable and got stuck in her throat. Eventually, i had to take her to the hospital.

The overall experience was bad but i would appreciate the duty manager MR. Aroroa who had helped me to take my wife to the hospital.

Comfortable hotel and wonderful hospitality. Will definitely stay here again.

Been here for a buffet dinner party... Nice yummy food...

Is it still under the Sheraton? ? ? ? What? ? ?
The room towels are old and almost grayed out!
There is no exhaust fan in the shower room, and the whole bathroom is full of heat.
There is only one set of toiletries? Is it a common bed for two beds?
The room drawer shows a hair dryer? But where is it?
Calling, actually waited for forty minutes, but then called, actually laughing?
Restaurant meals are also very general!
What is the use of such a hotel?

A very good hotel with luxurious rooms and an awesome dining with some arrangements for the entertainment of people like puppet show and etc etc stuff

Awesome food! F&B Manager Mr. Vipul is a gem personality. Overall great experience.

Hi , very courteous staff they are so upfront to say sorry on everything but to resolve the issue , so called 7th floor of the hotel is the deluxe floor and I was upgraded to the floor with all the humming sounds through out the night and the air conditioning which was working fine till the evening became a just a fan in the night so much so that I am writing this review from my room at this hour of the night bcoz i am not able to sleep on the so called deluxe floor and there is nobody to rectify it as well .
Surely , my last visit can t say about anybody else .

The place is very easy to reach from the airport. Excellent helpfull staff and excellent tasty food.

The hotel is on top of Big Bazar and hence very convinient to get any needs if u have any.

Travel desk is expensive hence dont hire a vehicle from here for sight seeing.

But the point still remains that excellent service makes it a " value or money " place to live.

Could be better as seats are really not comfortable for a bar , and opening the enclosure of bar and restaurant is bad
