Location on tonk road, behind Big Bazaar Takes 10 - 20 mins from airport. Locationally very conveniently placed Check in and check out: it was a breeze. They even have a WhatsApp number to submit your id proof in softcopy. Similarly checkout was also swift. Rooms: large. Well maintained. Neat and tidy. Water bottles are replenished free of cost. Rooms have the following complimentary: Fruit basket, Iron Cookies 3 device wifi. Instead of loading thr washroom with dental kit, sewing kit etc they keep it as optional furnished on call basis. Breakfast: excellent spread. Wide variety of options including dimsums and smoked fish. Tall glasses of juice are served instead of the smaller 150 ml ones Customer service was also prompt and proactive. The inroom dining is also good

The hotel is near city center, but I wouldn t call it a 5-Star hotel, more like a 3.5-4 stars.

The exterior needs some updating, inside our room was missing stuff we come to expect from like hair dryer without have to call for them to deliver it, I guess they fear someone will steal them? The bathroom towel are little gray and very thin like it s been washed tooooo many times.

The breakfast buffet was plain, one of the worst among all the western hotels we stayed at in India

I really had a great stay here the staff is really helpful and the property is really nice equipped with all required amenities.

its just ok.. location not good, only plus point is its proximity to railway station. but luxury/service wise they maintain standards.

Located very near to Jaipur airport in city center. We got a nice combo option of breakfast and dinner. Breakfast had a decent Indian menu options and limited continental. Dinner spread was also nice with various choices. Having a mid sized fitness centre and an adjacent pool. Only issue found is that the piercing fragrance all over the floors instead of a soothing one.

Air conditioning system went for a toss random cutoff every now and then.
Room service you call them 10 times they might pick up once.
No matter how good the infrastructure is and how good the extra services are if the basic requirement is not met its no good to re visit that place.

Nice hotel but service are comparatively poor..had to call 3 times for room service..no welcome greet by the hotel staff..the valet kept our luggage in the wrong car and had not clue...i would not prefer to come again with such services

Decent hotel. Got a very good deal due to corona + lockdowns. Breakfast had a nice spread but the zing thing was missing. Room service definitely requires up grade.

Stained bed sheet was the First impression and bathroom with ashes. Hotel claimed that they completly sanitise every room but our experience was the opposite one. Housekeeping staffs were cooperative enough to clean it. Breakfast average.

A Luxury hotel in Jaipur with all modern amenities. Enjoyed pool and spa.

Well, i guess after staying at the ITC Grand Maratha, Hyatt regency, JW Marriott; this hotel seems way below the mark. However, guess this is for a different clientele. The rooms are extremely tiny and the washroom though clean, needs a renovation for sure. The WC had turned yellow with age. When asked for water in the room for three of us in the room including my seven year old daughter; two tiny bottles are provided. There seems to be every effort taken for cost optimization. This is definitely a positive attribute of the employees, however should not be evident to the visiting guests.

I went here for the buffet in the eatery and i must say it was yuck.

Ok hotel, ask myself why the lobby was so hot all the time? Food was good. Room was nice, pool was nice was to cold to go into it, in the summer must be used alot. Hotel is a 3 * hotel never a 4 * hotel.

Poorly maintained hotel and bad room service. Our bathroom was not clean and neither changed the towels and the starter. They just spread the sheets. Lacking the hair dryer the front desk only arranged the next day after insisting 2x. In the restaurant there are no options for international cuisine.
