Located centrally in the city. Not the usual romanticized building like u would find in rajasthan area but it was clean. Hotel is not very big in size. Room did not have iron and haur dryer. Might have to call room service for those. Internet was not free but inexpensive, i paid INR 167 for 2 days. Would have liked to have a bigger spread for Continental breakfast buffet and less on the Indian spread.

Very comfortable stay. Hotel is centrally located & all the places can be easily accessed. Food is good as is the spa. Poolside is wonderful.

It was a pleasure staying at four points by sheraton, jaipur. Though our stay was short but the comfort and service was very good. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Breakfast was scrumptious,the variety was amazing. Its a great hotel.
Excellent property in the heart of the city. Very well managed and kept. Food is really nice. Rooms are bigger in size with all amenities inside. In the same complex you will find Big bazaar (which I was but skeptical, but it's fine). Staff and service both are up to the mark. Managers are inevitably on the round to assess and monitor everything (which I like). Fitness centre and swimming pool is well kept and tidy. If you are looking for good hygienic stay and ready to spent 3k per night at this season, it's the place.
Very nice plane. I visited the bar many times.. You will get good deals on beer and liquor. On Saturdays you have live music...

Location is the only plus point. Services are terrible. Staff is not bothered about guest. Only point to book this hotel if you don t have other option. Worst ever stay.

Has comfortable and clean rooms. Food served for breakfast during our stay was great too. The breakfast service was good.
It serves the purpose as a well maintained city hotel.
It took ages for them to fulfill room service orders and had to follow up multiple times.
Another issue during that time, was that they don't have inhouse laundry services and it takes 24 hours to get laundry done. It seems to be the normal for most Indian hotels, but at least overnight laundry or coin operated washers would have been a nice to have.

Jaipur is a beautiful city and four points by Sheraton makes the stay worth. It's not too far from the airport. The rooms are very spacious. Love the overall decorations. The food is amazingly delicious, especially chicken tikka. They also have traditional rajasthani dresses, juti, accessories store and it makes shopping easy. Staff are very helpful and polite.
Bad service food quality is very poor staff behaviour very bad total waste of money dont come this hotel siddharth was toraly wrong commitment

The hotel is nice, located off tonk road, rooms are cozy, and staff is cooperative.
The prices are high and am sure we could had managed something cheaper at this price range.
They have a nice open pool but it's not heated so stay away in winters.
The hotel is beautiful inside and the rooms were nice and clean. The showers were great and the pool was nice. My one complaint was that the location was not great in Jaipur. The surrounding area was not very walkable or charming.

Situated almost in d middle of city. Having big bazaar in d same building and lots of facilities nearby . As a tourist u can go to Famous malls ..WTP/ GT etc which are at 15 min distance by car. Old city is at half hour distance approx . KANHA (popular food joint/restaurant) is on walking distance. Hotel also allow you to order your food from zomato/ swiggi just by filling a affidavit. Also have a pool n in house restaurant, where u can get all kind of veg- non veg good. Staff is friendly & cooperative.
Awesome hotel. Stayed at Rajputana, meredian and four points. Comparatively it's a small property but equally hospitable with faboulus services. Huge breakfast spread in buffet and awesome pool and aravali view rooms..
Pathetic service, not worth the price. The staff was careless and unresponsive at the eatery restaurant. The crockery used to serve tea was not at all clean. Had stains of previous use.
I would rated that hotel as 3*. Lobby is small and not nice, there are not any caffee or restaurant but breakfast restaurant. There are not common space - only one place in the front of breakfast room. Swimmingpool does not look clean and nice.

Very Nice Place. Superb Coordination in Staff. They have recently launched CO-Working Space. Where you can work day time and have drinks in evening, with Live music. Breakfast is best in the town.
Didn't like the approach & entrance. It's definitely not a 5 star standard.

The lowest end of the Sheraton group.i hated it. Mosquitoes all around the lobby. Rooms is neat. The hotel should not be rated 4 star, it should be rated either as two star or max three star. Only plus point of this hotel is the guys at the front desk packed our breakfast neatly as we had to check out early morning.

It was great staff were very cooperative great location easy to find great interior I attend a seminar here and it was a great arrangements done by the hotel
