Nice hotel, good service, enjoy at swimming pool and the best was breakfast buffet. Its awsome.

A very casual hotel with all places easily approachable..
Big bazaar is on the ground floor of this hotel so you can go shopping when you get free from your usual works.
Rooms are basic and as required for your business stay..nothing much to talk about.
Food is great specially the breakfast.

Good stay, limited breakfast options at the buffet. Rooms are nice and cosy. The television doesn't have a USB port for content from USB sticks sadly.

The hotel property is good. But don t plan your trip in peak season at this time as because of pandemic there staff is only 30% working which makes worst for them and there customers. As hotel is full on weekends and Else the rooms are good, staff is awesome and food was yummy.

Good enough rooms and facilities for a four star rating, but my experience in other better hotels makes me rate this as a three. My main complaints are due to the very stingy nature of the place. When you pay this kind of money hotels are typically generous and friendly.
This hotel only provided TWO very small bottles of drinking water per room per day in 38 degree weather. The guest now has to go buy water or use the mini-bar. Every other hotel we stayed in gave large water bottles and offered to give more if we needed since we were doing a lot of sight seeing.
This hotel also limits your free wi-fi to two hours with a limited voucher. My wife's father was hospitalized and she wanted to be able to check email. It is ridiculous to have to go down to the lobby to check your mail. It is ridiculous to expect me to pay additional money to be able to check my email in my room. I realize this is a management driven decision and the staff seemed to b nice folks. It has been a while since I've stayed in a Sheraton branded place and I will hesitate in the future based on this experience.

Nice place is a neat atmosphere. The railway station is close to the bus station and the airport is also close to the scenic view.

Big city, chain hotel. Very clean. Reception staff very helpful and friendly not so in the restaurant where they are efficient but impersonal.

Went on 2nd October with may family and after so many months of lockdown. It was a very welcoming change.
Hotel took proper care of Hygiene on the property. Even to press buttons of an elevator there was a sponge affixed on the wall with toothpicks and after use u could drop them in a paper cup right next to it.
Food was super delicious, our special request of cooking Laal Maas with little less spices was entertained as well. Every thing we ate was perfectly cooked.
All in all it was an fantastic vacation, the staff was warm and always helpful.

Food was awesome but room service and room quality was poor. Found cockroach freely moving in the room. Was confused whether i have booked five star hotel or lodge..

Four Points has always been my go to place for mostly all family outings. This time was no exceptions as we enjoyed every minute & the food, drinks were so good that it was one of the best experience in long time.

It was an amazing experience staying at there.

The staff, especially front desk goes out of their way to make the guest feel welcome and cared for. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Food and Service both at the restaurant and at the room are really good. The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station as well as the airport. Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights on a business trip. Thank you to the entire hotel team for a comfortable trip

Yesterday I called at Eatery around 8.15 pm the female staff received call and I requested to avail coupon deal she refused that this is not available on any day.
I just conveyed then please withdraw such offers as it is mis leading to Customers then she handed over call to Male senior colleague and he even refuse to share his identity and was very rude and unprofessional.

The experience was unpleasant and feeling sorry about CRM of Marriot group.
Team require rigorous training and lot to do on their attitude.

Stayed here for a corporate visit for 2 nights and had an excellent experience. For the price you pay, it offers a lot lot more.
Very Courteous staff (so much that it can bug you!), big and clean rooms, commited seevice, decent spread of breakfast and buffet dinner (good for the price. Not out of the world.)
It is also close to the airport so it saves travel time for trvellers.
