The experience and politeness of the staff is commendable. Food can be improved upon to cater to even the Indian guests as I found slightly bland when it came to even authentic Indian cuisine
Rooms are nice and big. On-floor lobby area is good but that cigarette smoke smell in lobby can be improved.
Really the worst food I have ever had. I think even I can cook better than the chef here.

The place is very calm and cool...you could enjoy dinner with your family or other guests too or indulge in playing pool with other guests. The food served is very tasty and fresh, also the service is very good... nice hotel as well restaurant.

Very good hotel near Gopalpura turn on Tonk road on main road. Elegant interior. Rooms spacious. Service good. Space for parties and conventions available. Negative point is entrance from side of building. In the same campus, other retail mall are present.

Very well placed hotel with all the facilities but in terms of hospitality and service I can't expected such a silly and slow services from the shereton group. They treat the customers like anything. No salt and pepper in bolttes and even after asking we have to wait.... No finger bowls after dinner.... Food quality is very bad in their restaurant.... I don't know that what kind of behaviour they do with their guest. Very disappointed with this place.

The hotel is great with a very courteous staff to welcome and take care of your stay. Loved the rajasthani thali at the main restaurant. The main chef personally came and took feedback from the guests at dinner- a nice gesture to keep a track of what the customers want
