A three star type hotel beds are excellent toilets are small bath tub is not available in all the room the breakfast is very good for room service we call to called just for slippers and kits no fan in the room as ac is centrally it will be difficult when you entered in the room after heavy sweating and you fill very embraced when you have crossed the barrier for going towards hotel from the main gate of city Square they have narrow passes for pedestrian

Very supportive staff and food quality, taste is nice

Worst services being a five star hotel. My friend is staying in this hotel for quarantine and they are serving burnt chapati uncooked kadhi with tinde curry

This is a particularly difficult review.
The service is good but quality of food not so good at this hotel. I stayed here over the weekend for work. Rooms are clean, hygiene maintained. But food!!!! For a 5 star in a city like Jaipur with some amazing culinary options, the food served here on their buffet is unfortunately not up to my expectations. Although, the chefs & staff do tend to you well (as I mentioned service is great) but the taste of the food has immense scope for improvement.
Also, thank you for the puppet show, the puppeteers are very polite.

Room service was delayed and uneven glass in Shelves....no bathroom slippers

Room was Ok but the food wasn't even ok. Items in the breakfast were not tasting good. Even the salt was inappropriate in almost all dishes. Plus in our stay of 3 days they couldn't get their toaster repaired. The guest had to eat raw bread. The staff was just acting like they don't know what went wrong with the toaster. This wasn't expected form such star hotel.

Decent rooms, good buffet breakfast but extremely poor service.

Nice stay with a lovely aerial view of the city from our 7th floor room. Though the rooms could have been bigger especially the bathroom.

Very bad food and staff is also very bad and they are very much rude they are not having varieties in food

I went with my family had a very bad experience spoiled my holiday they have bed on wheels and whenever u toss on oher side it moves and ac was not cooling in night and called person he came and said its ok but it wasnt so i checked out next day

Sales staff is only responsible for sale. Once booking done they are least bother

Hotel is in outskirts of the Pink City Jaipur. Eatery is good and Mr. Prashant manages eatery very well

It is located on main road. East to notice from road. Property is good. Good hospitality. Swimming location is very good Swimming pool size is also good considering size of property. Hotel is very good considering room charges, amenities and location. Nice breakfast but need to add more variety. Need to add some greenery on wall at hotel's entry.

We booked 3 Rooms in the property, out of which we had to ask staff to change the bedsheets right after we checked in because IT WAS HAVING SOME S**MEN MARKS.. Bedrooms have mould FUNGUS on the walls, ( i am attaching all pictures, so don t think its a fake review) staff is rude and have to sense how to talk to customers, Room service for glass of milk took 2 hours and repeated calls and at the end served milk in a dirty glass with no tray and handling it with bare hands, Breakfast is nothing like 5 star standards, i have stayed many times with Four point by sheraton but this property is shame for the name, IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH NEVER STAY IN THIS PROPERTY

Had a great overall experience.Also the staff was also amazing.The people were very well behaved. And also amenities were amazing. Really enjoyed my stay and will surely stay again.

Even after booking room one month advance while cheking in they alloted me the last room which was far away from elevator after litle argument with front officer staff they offered me good room (I was traveling with famil)
The ala carte menu has very little option not good.. in the name of carona they don't allow you to bring outside food and snacks

The annoying thing was everytime while entering hotel they chek ur bags and this was disgusting and insulting I have stayed in many five star four star hotels but no hotel doest it.. over all not good not bad experience

Good place for the night staying. Service is good by the hotel management. Sweeping pool and other facilities are available for the guest. You must came here and share your experience.
You can go for the shopping purposes. I'll Different type of restaurants are available they serve good food

Nice place to stay. There is no difference as such between their lower and upper range of rooms. Swimming pool is nice for kids to make a splash. Rooms were good. Breakfast options are plentiful too.

One of the best hotel in Jaipur which is near to Airport and situated in prime location. It is just behind Big Bazar shop but sometimes it is difficult to find as the entrance is same for Big Bazar and Hotel.

About the services, the reception has a well educated staff with polite and humble nature. The restaurant an bar is at third floor and swimming pool at fourth floor. Breakfast and lunch-dinner timing are fixed for buffet whereas on order it is 24hrs open. The arrangement is nice, though I felt it is quite a small area. If it is fully occupied one might felt the requirement of bigger space.

The south Indian food taste is not up to the mark and could have been much better. Nor they have much fruits options available at the time of breakfast.

About the room, a single standard room is nicely created and well managed. I have added the pics and can be seen it is more than sufficient at the provided rates.

Very well trained and co operative Staff I was here with my family for 3 days but have already extended my visit .

The Buffet spread for breakfast and dinner was just average. We were expecting a good variety from Four Points. Apart from the food, overall stay was pleasant.

Food expectations were more from Sheraton, the chicken wasn't that good and same goes for soup and salad.
The staff However was friendly and the place was really clean with amazing views of the city and ambience was good

This palce is good for every people so are you vist so Harry up atmosphere is very good not for bad I am prefer this site so have been goes so u you this site

Great food and excellent restaurant staff.

Hotel infra needs maintanence. The doors make noise and are difficult to close. Even the washrooms have uneven amenities in same category rooms.

If you are staying closer to the airport.. this is the best option

All of the four points by sherton have the same standards and facilities, I love all their properties. Food is good, clean and neat rooms with free water, wifi, toiletries.

We had a very enjoyable experience at hotel. Rooms are very clean. Food was also very good. One thing that i will take away with me,is excellent staff. Very cooperative, courteous and exceptional service.
