I was staying for two days.Much decoration blah blah blah. But then at the buffet you can not even sit down to breakfast because there is only one waiter for everything. And the orange juice I saw as they filled it with a carafe.

The room was quite good in size, the only thing that the sheet although it was clean had a couple of blood stains. The very comfortable bed and the perfect bathroom / shower. The pool is not as it appears in the photos, it is small and the terrace of the pool as well as the attic were dirty and left. The decor quite tacky and the carpet would need a change. The hotel is decent for one night but not for four stars.

The lobby is impressive, but the decor in the hotel itself has seen better days. Comfortable hotel with a transfer option to the airport, but it's a bit of a walk to the nearest Metro. I was staying overnight for an early flight, but I left before breakfast was served (started at 6, and I needed to be at the airport by 6). I did request it to be a takeaway breakfast when checking in but this was not arranged.

Fantastic. I loved the attention and kindness of the workers. The great car show. They make it easy for you to travel to the train or subway station for free and pick up from it. I will definitely return to this hotel when I go to Madrid.

Good location, close to metro line. Free shuttle to metro and airport, just ask. To improve the cleanliness (which leaves a lot to be desired), the Wi-Fi is weak in the rooms and the pool is tiny. Breakfast to improve, too weak for a 4 *. Free parking.

The hotel itself is quite nice and the hospitality staff very nice. Current rooms and very clean everything.
As for the reception staff, a very big fault. They charged me another room apart from mine, for the value of 75.
When I realized the error, I called the hotel and a very nice girl fixed it for me.

Hotel very close to the industrial zone of Madrid. It has a kitchenette. There is a very good restaurant and bar. Ideal for business or work travel. They have departures to the Airport and the historic center of Madrid. You have a Mercadona nearby.

The Hotel is reasonable, but there are much better offers for the same values in the Alcobentas area. The rooms are comfortable to sleep in, but the toilets are poorly designed, with shower cubicles that flood the entire bathroom. Breakfast has little variety healthy options

Very bad bad experiences two hours waiting for you at the airport to transfer to it and without response there is no hot water leaving for a long trip and not being able to bathe badly.

Weird location (next to a motorway), weird decoration, weird service. Rooms are nice thrlough and you can control the temperature. The bar staff and free shuttle drivers to the airport are great

Collection is very interesting. The food and the breakfast are excellent. Only the quality of the rooms left a lot to be desired. Very old kitchen, hard beds. With us the seating area with table is missing. The fridge was broken at the beginning. Only the bathroom is very good from the equiment. Only a door to the bathroom was missing, because you can always look in the shower.

Worst hotel I ve ever stayed in. We ve booked for nye after their staff assured us we could have dinner at their restaurant, and attend the party. When we got there this was completely false. The restaurant was closed, so we had to have dinner at the cafeteria, and half of their products didn t exist (our nye dinner was a hot dog). Also, no party that we could go to. The staff was rude, when I asked for the reclamation forms and how it worked they answered me: can t you read? .
Also, the photos they show of the view are photoshopped.

The hotel is very cool in terms of decoration and the room one last but as for the nefarious service. We arrived the first day and we could not use the bathtub because the thermostat was broken, we informed the reception and the maintenance man and for four days they offered us no solution and the pool a fiasco, a toy pool is much bigger. A pity for a four star hotel. The scarce and little varied buffet ... we do not come back for sure.

The decoration of the hotel is different, unique and very cool. The comfortable room, clean well. The closed attic terrace. They facilitate you transfer to the airport and the subway but you have to book it in time because it is very requested.
The bar, the two days we tried to drink something was complicated to ask because they were overwhelmed and the atmosphere among the waiters was not good and reflected in front of the client. This aspect inclines us to lower the note.

An excellent hotel with the only drawback of its location

I liked very much. Spacious room, super perfect duxa, super large and comfortable bed. Wardrobe fit all my suits and even had hangers for the shirts. Hotel offers option for iron and ironing board. I thought the cars on display in the hall were cool. Cool! Near the airport, restaurants close to the hotel if you want to diversify your taste buds.

Need a renovation, breakfast moderately, bar closes at 23:00, then no service, but too expensive.

On my occasion, the room lacked maintenance. The walls with coffee stains and scuffs on the chair, as well as the bathroom door, which was broken. The sink is small. One of the worst things about this hotel is access, since you have to enter through the parking lot going up a slope, since the access street has no sidewalk and you have to cross the cars, where an entrance is located and exit to the highway. The views are not the best either, as there is a large meaningless wasteland and the hotel is surrounded by offices and companies such as BBVA and Mediaset.
I would not qualify it as a 4 star hotel as the images shown on Booking are a bit misleading. I was expecting a bigger room for what I paid for.
The staff is very friendly, at all times I felt very comfortable.
The best thing about the hotel is the restaurant with excellent waiters and an excellent breakfast, where you will find a great variety and everything of very good quality. The reception is very beautifully decorated with a car display and also the hallways of the plants are very well decorated.

Badly located, dirty, rooms with damp "in sight", therefore very expensive for what they offer.

They were supposed to organise free transport for me from the airport. They forgot about me, so when I called after 45 min waiting, they said that person was coming and it is late because traffic. When we were coming back to the hotel, there were no traffic, so they were lying. We needed 15 minutes to the hotel, at that is the time that driver needed to come when I called them. Reception staff was rude, room eas small and super thin walls. You can hear people talking in the other room, like they are in your room. Would not recommend them to anyone

This is the second time I have been to this hotel in two months and I am delighted. The hotel is beautiful and both times we have been attended by the same young receptionist with a mustache. Super polite and nice that receives you with a smile, we also asked him several things and he served us super well. We hope to repeat.

SCAMMERS, they have kept the money from a reservation that could not be enjoyed because the establishment closed due to COVID-19. They give long and they do not give the face, thieves.

Only reason I am not giving it a 5 star is the gap between promise and delivery on the shuttle. The hotel prominently displays that it has a shuttle to the airport and places close by. I could not use it whenever I needed the three nights I stayed there.

If you like cars you have to come here. Worth it. That to begin with. It is also ideal if you want to visit Telecinco or Globomedia (The sixth), since it is between both venues. Price derisory for what they offer. Pay for one night (Friday to Saturday) 76 euros being a 4 stars with capital letters !!. As for, customer service is very careful from the entrance. About noises we did not have any. Very comfortable bed with pillow menu . TV with private channels. Coffee in the room. The chronothermostat better not as I was going but I had a perfect temperature throughout the stay. In summer they have a roof chill out that looks very good. Good lighting in the room. The one that we had had free water in the minibar and a microwave and small kitchen area perfect for heating food and you can also ask for it at the hotel with no additional expenses! To tell you the truth, I think that if you boost the restaurant a little with competitive prices (ten minutes walk there is a wide variety of taverns and restaurants) and a typical menu from Madrid would be better, you would not need that kitchen in the rooms, .. I say it for more hotel gain . As soon as the cleaning was fine, although there were some dust balls behind the towel rail, but it was certainly a punctual thing, the rest was spotless. To improve the telephones of the entrance of the car park that you could not hear anything. By the way, this is free on weekends and is broad in terms of places. Terrible!!! Smelly blankets!Bathroom smells like sewage! You see flies at your breakfast table at the restaurant on its ground floor. GROSS! Can not believe it's a 4 star hotel! This place is more like a motel.
