We have come for a weekend and it is a past hotel ... the super friendly staff, and everything very clean, the breakfast buffet very complete ... I can not fault the hotel, if we return to Madrid I know where to sleep! !

A 4-star hotel must have a space for breakfast adequate to its capacity.In 5 days at the hotel for work reasons a very large overcrowding at breakfast with groups of tourists who go on excursions. Available tables were exhausted and You even had to go to breakfast at some tables outside.

The hotel is not up to a four star nor a joke. Dirty walls, TVs hanging from the wall, no hanger to put the towel is broken pq, super small double rooms, bathrooms without doors and without privacy etc. Yes, the reception staff are super friendly and professional. We had a problem with the room and they moved us to another one besides apologizing. The owners should opt for fewer luxury cars in the hall and more worry about having the hotel as it deserves a 4 star

The hotel is located in a remote area from the center, it takes 15 to 25 minutes to reach central Madrid (by taxi, which costs around 25 euros). It is close to big business, which is good for corporate travel. Very quiet and very dark room allowed to rest well. The hotel reception is very friendly and very helpful. The decor is older, which even has its charm, including the small museum of vintage cars. The room we stayed was very large, space, well clean and comfortable. Missing doors to insulate environments, such as the bedroom bathroom, which can be inconvenient if you are sharing with someone less intimate. Overall very good. We don't buy breakfast, so I don't rate it.

It is a 3 star hotel. The room gives a feeling of sadness. It is spacious with a small bed and a regular mattress. It is simple to the maximum. I went to the restaurant at 11 and 1 min and they did not give me dinner anymore. I do not recommend at all.

Trip in May 2019. A transfer driver was a big bum. If he can avoid taking you, he will. Mainly without notifying you. We had reserved a place to return to the airport. We had checked out without our presence and that was the excuse to say that the driver left. We did not solve the problem and we had to take an urgent taxi on our own. The room flooded when you showered. The rest well. The hotel has a very nice theme, away from the center and the breakfast is very good.

The hotel is fine, it has everything. But the attention to large groups leaves a lot to be desired, making barely a reduction per group and not including breakfast, which in my opinion is unacceptable.

Hotel in the middle of nowhere, horrible location. A taxi to downtown Madrid more than 25 euros, so you know ... pay in another hotel that is in the city yacht will be cheaper and more comfortable. Noise in adjoining rooms unbearable. It is a hotel for young people and its price. Last night the corridor full of smoke and smell of Maria (joints) pulling back ... Call reception to bring some towels and when they go up and tell them about the smoke and the smell of porros they laugh ... hence, each one decides. Really disappointing experience and with the issue of smoke, drugs, anti-smoking law I do not understand where the grace of the staff is ... (I guess they laughed at aspiring these substances) NEVER MAS
A great hotel, for breakfast they have natural orange juice with a machine to make it yourself. They also have pick-up service to the subway and the airport that is phenomenal. I liked it a lot.

The hotel is a show, in terms of decoration. But they bothered me a couple of things.
That the heating temperature is set at 21 degrees and cannot be modified. Stayed here with my girlfriend for two nights, the only good thing about this place was the room.
After being out all day, we came back and the room had not been serviced which was a little annoying. We then went out for the evening and when we came back, our room had been left open. We looked inside and someone had been in, did a really poor job of servicing the room (basically just put clean towels in the room) and left leaving the door wide open for anyone to walk in.
Terrible customer service - everything was too much trouble for the hotel staff. Hotel looks nothing like the pictures! Definitely wouldn't rate it a 4 star. We sacrificed location for the quality of the hotel, given our budget, but the hotel was not as it appeared online.

I came here to spend only one night. I am in Madrid on my way to the airport and I stayed here to sleep. All I needed was for the cafeteria / restaurant to have some dinner and it couldn't be. There were only two boys working for the whole restaurant and when I called to ask for something in the room, at the reception they told me no, to ask for a pizza because the cafeteria didn't fit for more ...

The bed was ok, a bit squeaky but I slept well.
The breakfast room was very noisy, this was a downer because I very much appreciate peace and quiet at the breakfast table. Even the waiters made a lot of noise cleaning the tables.
But the worst part of my stay was the minibar. After a long flight I was very thirsty and helped myself to a Fanta from that minibar. From the very first sip I noticed a strange taste. But since Fanta is known to be different from country to country, I though it was just that. But after a few tries it just got nasty. I checked the date on the bottom and it was already 3 months overdue!!! I reported this to the front desk and they promised me "a few free drinks" to be brought to my room. No drinks arrived. When I checked out, they tried to bill me 8 euro (= 4 drinks from the minibar!). After I got angry that they poisoned me with 1 drink, they let the bill go. But still! This was a very lousy way for a 4 star hotel to handle such an embarrassing situation!
