Very well located if you are with a car, excellent service

Spectacular exhibition of classic cars, impressive suite, incredible attention, very nice area, excellent food and room service.
And if you prefer to go out for lunch or dinner, La Mano De Pablo, is very close and eats divine, I would recommend without hesitation the spectacular, chivito.

Excellent hotel but pool = paddling pool and look at parking lots on this one.
Not recommended for water space!

Impressive hotel in which you can contemplate inside, some show cars. Apparently they are from the owner, who loves cars. They have a Cobra and a Lamborghini Countach among others.

A hotel to stay without great pretensions. It is far from the downtown area, so it takes a while to reach almost anywhere in the city. It has free parking, although in the area there is no problem to leave the car. For a 4 star, the bed was quite uncomfortable. Mattress spring sprung up, which were nailed everywhere. Well no .. I call the reception, number 9, and no one attends on 3 occasions, I decide to go down and report the problem, with the chance that the maintenance manager was there who says he comes up right away .. It has been so .. He says I do not know how to use the air and that it was dry or heated .. Anyway .. The artist put it in his own way .. That I went to dinner and on my return the room would be an igloo in Siberia ... 1.00 in the morning and my surprise is that my room looked like the Amazon, a humidity of 80% and the temperature of about 25 degrees. I am not exaggerating ... I call reception and the older man attends me, who tells me that I would go up immediately with the key to the other room where everything works perfectly .. Well, The air conditioning is great, but there were animals walking on the walls, in fact I have killed some and I have left the evidence on the wall to see if you are ashamed ... They assign me the room for the disabled, with a huge bathtub (less than the problems) and no hot water (very important problem) ... It was only one night, thank goodness !!!! ... I have to emphasize .. The treatment of the youngest receptionists makes you feel in any picturesque market in Spain ... Bad .. Very bad for only 3 people who show their faces and service at the hotel reception ...

Room was well kept, lots of electrical outlets. Air conditioner works very well. Was able to get by without speaking any Spanish thanks to staff's patience.

The pool is a hoax since the depth is 0.80 and in the photo it gives a much greater feeling, they leave things in the fridge that you do not know the price, but apart from that the hotel in general is very good.

The price of a 4 stars and the quality of one of 2. We will not return, a horror, the water in the shower was always running, the pool was tiny, it did not even cover the waist.
Breakfast is NOT worth 10 per person at all, little variety, there is not even a microwave to heat the milk, the day we went there was a small fire and they kicked us out of the room, we couldn't finish breakfast even though we had already paid for it.
We booked the room months ago and asked for a bathtub and a double bed, upon arrival we were given a shower and two single beds joined together.
Dirty windows, you could hardly see outside. The only good thing that they put us in a bigger room.
The train is 20 minutes away, but in this heat it is unbearable.
Many years ago I went to this hotel and I loved it, that's why I returned, I wish I had not returned, what a disappointment.
One day there was an infestation of red ants in our room and we were in the 5th.
We asked the staff where to go to the warner and they told us badly, we ended up 2 hours walking around and we ended up asking for an Uber.
The gym is tiny, nothing to do with the photos, it has no treadmills, no weights, or anything, everything is broken or unplugged.
They treated the cleaning staff in front of us very badly, so the only thing I put 2 stars is because the employees were very friendly.

The location of this hotel is not the most appropriate for those who come for tourism or want to move around the city and do not have a car, since it is located on the service road of a highway.

The hotel very well but I have to say that for a four star hotel would have to include parking and on the other hand, also put a small complaint towards the cleaning girl, the room we had until 12:00 in the morning and at 8:45 we were knocked on the door to ask if we had much left to leave, otherwise everything was fine, the decoration very nice especially for people who like the theme of cars, very clean, no noise and spacious and comfortable bed.

Very cool, new. The bus and the train are nearby. It was clean and the staff very nice. The only thing we did not like was the mattresses, very hard.

It is a very good hotel, it is not cebutric but to compensate it they have sevice of tranfer at a very good price and special offers like the one that I have enjoyed riding in a limousine until the bernabeu for only 1 . In addition to the rooms, at least mine is spectacular with a modern design that I love personally. The buffet service that I have enjoyed has only been breakfast because I chose it and sincerely it is very good you can have breakfast without problems. But undoubtedly the best thing about the hotel are the cars that have been exposed by the same there is everything and everyone better than the previous one. I would recommend it without hesitation if you want to come to Madrid for any reason

The Dome hotel, I found it phenomenal and fantastic, what I did not like was its director did not behave

It is a hotel that does not just honor the four stars it claims to have. It looks nice but the rooms do not have any privacy, the bathroom does not have a space delimited with a door, you can not take a shower without being seen from the rest of the room. However my biggest complaint is with the hotel manager, who showed a very macho attitude and total inexperience in his position, made mistakes that I then try to remedy with free dinners and such ... Apart from that person and the Front desk people who were quite edge and inefficient, the rest of waiters and services have been impeccable, friendly and charming ... Especially the drivers and bar tenders. Honestly I would not go back. On the other hand I do not recommend anything for families and companies.

They told us that the next day there would be no hot water from 7 to 10 in the morning because they were going to fix the boiler. Is there no other time to fix it than during the hours of greatest use?

The hotel is not bad, the service is not either but we asked for some money and they did not bring it to us. We had also asked for the shuttle service and we waited 40 minutes and then it turns out that the driver was at the airport from 11 o'clock at night and we had stayed at 12:30. We had to return with a taxi because it would take 40 minutes more to arrive.

If you are looking for a hotel with luxuries, this is not your place, now if you want to rest and enjoy a good service it fulfills its task perfectly.

I went 2 weeks ago: I was 2 hours asking for some harder pillows, when I came back from dinner I had 4 equally soft; I tried to calm down drinking a glass of water but there was no water in the bar, and that first of all they ask for your credit card in case you get something from the bar furniture. this week I went back (pq. the company obliges me), after 18 hrs they gave me a room without doing, having reserved it a week before -It was nothing improvised-, and one of my classmates passed it to him, until after 7:30 p.m. and rest from a day that started at 4 am for me ... I've been in 3 * hotels in countries considered 3rd world and the Dome of Las Tablas (Madrid) does not have its quality of service

A very good option if you are looking for a hotel in Madrid. The treatment of the staff is very good and they care a lot about the guest. The rooms are very spacious and very new. I highly recommend going for its good value for money.

I do not recommend to anybody. The corridor of the floor smelled damp, apart from a meaningless decoration, dark and full of mirrors. The pillows of the room are very fine and they do not have extras, they charge you if you want to ask for more (pillow menu at almost 6 / night) .... In the bathroom smelled the drainpipe. Stains on the floor of glue, a socket with American tape that seems to hide the humidity of the bathtub that is just on the other side. Exit the air from the room with dust. Luckily it was one day.
