HOTEL DOME MADRID Review

Well beautiful and cheap, a great deal of your employees and in the lobby an exhibition of really precious antique cars.

I visited it for the Brooklyn Fitboxing event and although I can not evaluate it with a guest, the rest of the services give me the impression that the hotel is up to what is expected from a departure from its category

Well, a great choice for this hotel. With a spectacular reception with sports and classic cars, pool, parking and a very efficient staff. I will be back. 8/10

The cleaning leaves much you want, the pillows stained with blood and hairs on the mattress.

HORRIBLE.... The quality of the room (417) was just as horrible as the smell that came from the bathroom. I open the windows to air it out and added shampoo in toilet and sink in an attempt to get reed of it. Anyway, I came in very late and was too tired to head back down.. checking was a long experience. In addition, the heater did not work as expected for a 4 star hotel.
As I woke this morning, the smell was back. I had a really disgust feeling.. I packed my things and checked out. Reception apologized but did not seem unaware. I was supposed to stay another night.

The equipement in the gym is very old and most are not working. Access to the terrace was not possible. Pfffff

I ended up booking into a 3 star hotel in the center of town. The quality was a world a part.

Anyway, HOTEL DOME DOES NOT DESERVE TO KEEP ITS 4 STARS. At least 2 stars must come down.

A hotel with a very nice reception x its variety in old vehicles but what was my surprise that when I arrived at the room I found that it was dark old and small, good luck began when at the beginning of a heavy rain we discovered leaks in the bathroom ( a bathroom that is in the room on a fifth floor of nine) and thanks to that they moved us to a more updated room, seeing the weather conditions we decided to stay for a drink at the hotel and the truth was that it did not improve much, slow service and That we had 3 or 4 tables alone but even to pay the bill it took more than 20min and when we thought that nothing could happen any more the morning we were leaving we discovered that if you wanted to take a shower it had to be with cold water, a joy !!
In short, a very bad experience paying for services that have not been had, I do not recommend it at all.

I spent an excellent afternoon watching a few classics that they have in the lobby, as well as the theming related to the motor world: watches with the hours of the world circuits, large panels, exhibition of miniatures ... ah! The coffee, first!

We have been staying 3 nights. The first without hot water, they told us that the next morning there would already be and we had to shower with cold water. They changed our rooms because the boiler in that building was broken (the hotel is made up of two buildings) and we have seen how they continued to rent those rooms without hot water and the guests complaining the next day because there was no hot water.
The receptionists a bit unpleasant, except a young ribita girl who is very attentive.
Breakfast ok; but the cafeteria dinner is scarce, minimal offer and not well cooked at all.
Of a four-star hotel it has rather little.

The setting is spectacular if you like the world of motor, has clocks with the local time of almost all circuits in the world in addition to classics exposed in the hall.
The room is correct, with neutral colors and a half bath integrated with the room.
The hotel is intended for business trips, tourism or similar because it is not near the center.

I liked its location to leave quickly to the Airport. Good breakfast. Regular service as some of the employees are grumpy.
For car lovers there are some classic models in the Lobby.

I've been a couple of times before and we had no problem but this time we had a bad experience as soon as we entered the room on the table a roll of paper and wrapped papers and then at 8 and a little later in the morning the girl the cleaning opened to the door of the room when we were still asleep ... and 1 hour later the same. This should not happen since you pay for a service and you have the right to leave at 12.

Hotel located in Las Tablas. Madrid. The common areas are very good. There is a collection of old cars that are worth seeing. It is spacious and in the halls the events of company or brands are organized in detail. Good service and quality.

I went because they organized a surprise 40th birthday event and it was impressive. They turned up to complices provided projector for the surprise video you can not ask for more. Better service and impossible attention thank you very much.

Very cool in Alfa Romeo Giulia GTV, the Alpine A-110, the Shelby Cobra, the Lambo and the Rolls.

I booked it by booking and asked for a room on the upper floors. They made a change to a superior room (suite) as there was availability.

Hotel lobby clean, nicely decorated. As for the rooms, they were to be desired. First room we were assigned smelled very bad, we could not even get in. We asked for another and were promptly taken care of. In the second room we had no where to throw the garbage outside (we had no dustbin). Housekeeping staff knocking on our door at 9am (we had until 12:00 to check out). Reception staff only communicated in Spanish, despite saying they spoke English. Not to repeat !!! Hotel does not match the 4 stars assigned to it, save the price of drinks, which are exorbitant.

The hotel is very nice, with the Rolls Royce in reception to the rooms. Fine for wheelchair users as lifts are the only way to access the 9 floors. The terrace and pool are closed during the winter, but the Gym is very nice as is the breakfast. The bar is very expensive. Cleaners were very good other than replacing towels when we asked them not to and moving beds back to their original position, again after asking them not to. The location however, is what this place back. There is not a great selection of bars/restaurants in the close vicinity, through only about 10 minutes walk from the nearest metro station.
