The reception team is excellent and the staff of the cafe exceptional. Very good atmosphere and know how to listen to customers.

Well, you could tell that a general cleaning is missing. Tiles in the dirty bathroom, slightly dirty floor, dirty windows (I understand that the workers do not have much time to do their work and the effect is like that) the cabinets on the outside with finger stains (I think they have made a good love;)) and toothbrush and a comb were missing (maybe new company policy I don't know).
Sheets very clean, towels tb, room smell good. One more point for a kettle in the room and the possibility of having a coffee or tea. 3 stars ok ...

Large family room with bath and shower. Hotel separated from the center but with pick-up service at the airport and Santiago Bernabeu stadium. Hotel to NOT return. They define themselves as a luxury hotel when they do not deserve, practically, any of the 4 stars they have. No kindness of the reception staff, who does not show any interest in solving the problems. The cards of the rooms are unconfigured just by looking at them, so it is common to go down several times to reception during the day. The rooms have nothing of privacy, so if they are not shared with an acquaintance it can be quite uncomfortable. The breakfast is pathetic, I have been in hostels with more complete breakfasts, of course you forget that you are in a 4 star hotel and much less "luxury". On the other hand, both the attitude and the managerial capacity of the hotel manager leave much to be desired, being "overwhelmed" (said by himself) in situations to which you are frequently exposed when you run a hotel. They simply do not deserve to be paid a penny.

Good rooms and gym. The cars at the reception are a plus in your favor and the transfer to the airport. The bar is too expensive and in the surroundings you have to walk a lot to find something open to eat and / or drink.

In reception, it smells like food. The carpet smells wet. Far from public transport. 15 min walking. The good things are the restaurants they have around.
