Some of the best hotel establishments in relation quality / price

It's a pretty nice hotel. It is set with cars. Recommendable.

Hotel acceptable, but I expected more from those 4 stars. Its decoration revolves around cars, with classic models in the hall, clocks with the current time of various circuits of the world and multiple references in the rooms.

The rooms are not overly spacious, and ours smelled of tobacco ... during our entire stay. Yes they are well equipped, and the bathroom is perfect. They did not give us the tea or coffee we used every day, and no sign of the water bottle advertised on the reservations website.

At the reception they were friendly and diligent. The girl who did the check-in changed my room to a double bed without problem, and the next day one of the receptionists gave me alcohol, gauze and bandages to heal me of some injuries that I had done running, so in this set aside a 10.

Good, comfortable, clean, nice ... No major problem.

4 star hotel located in an industrial estate with a slightly peculiar decoration.

Fine decorated hotel, good rooms and very nice staff. The problem is cleanness: there is not possible to find a clean glass during breakfast buffet and lot of hair on the floor in the room.

Quiet hotel with easy parking, away from the hustle and bustle of central Madrid. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

The roof terrace and the decoration of the reception are the best of the hotel. As for the rooms they are very nice but the bathrooms grant little privacy. What I liked least was the restaurant food.

The end of the year party has been good dinner has been good and the service has been good the only thing has been breakfast the small dining room to be so many people that we have been year-end everything else well greetings

Important: parking is not free from Monday to Thursday, costs 10 euros a day. The weekend seems like yes. That was the receptionist's information

The hotel is not ideally placed to visit Madrid 20minutes walk to the metro. The shuttle takes you if you warn it in advance otherwise you have to think about preventing for the return. Clean level is fine except the weekend. Restaurant a little expensive for what it is! However there is still positive staff and breakfast. Be careful the pool is very small.

The hotel and rooms are nice, but it is very far from the center.

The only entrance to the metro is more than five minutes walking, but you can ask to be approached and picked up by car, it is still a bit annoying.

The restaurant service leaves a little to be desired, there is a waiter who is usually in a bad mood. The dishes are very tasty.

Nice staff. Very clean hotel and new appearance. My good price. Only pegita, the mattress of the extra bed that they have put for the child was much narrower than the mattress and all the ironwork of the mattress could be seen. We will be back without a doubt.

3rd floor room was not the best. A week later on th 6th floor the room was amazing

It's clean, has large rooms and the owner has a passion for Cars but to be honest they could do with a general hotel room refresh. Breakfast is a bit weak.

Room with little cleaning enough dust on furniture. Off hooks x both sides. Hotel that you have 2 stars. The best loz waiters of the hotel and the reception guys attentive and friendly. A girl who is usually in reception very arrogant leftover. 10 less than she has to learn to be educated

APPALLING!! They are THIEVES ... I was lodged in the studies they have at the hotel for 6 months. In bad manners and from one day to the next, they told us that we had to leave the hotel because they were going to raise prices (double !!) and change owners (it smelled funny) ... Today, more than 6 months that I left the hotel and continue owing us a lot of money to all the tenants of studies, since they did not return us the paid days that we went before neither the bail ... IT IS A SHAME !!!! You claim it and they do not answer, it is clear that it is a scam, be careful!

This is a really nice hotel to crash for a few days. I was sad that the terrasse was closed for improvement.

The front desk: They are just wonderful and welcoming, nothing to say.
The lobby: just perfect! I love cars and the design was made for me :)
The bar: only provides a few choices, you better go elsewhere to get a drink with your mate(s).
Foods: I didn't try the food, wasn't that attractive to me.
The breakfast: just excellent, you have choices, that's a good point. they even had freshly cut pineapple, yummy :P
The gym room: they really need to change the gears inside.
The room: perfect except for the TV. I could only watch one channel. Thanks the devil I wasn't with my girlfriend who happens to watch a lot of tv *sigh*.
The pool: closed on my stay :(
Wifi: Free as said and really good quality on my stay
The price: I'd sas, this is really ok for the service you get there.

I stayed 7 days in September 2017 where I informed the first day that the mini fridge in my room was not working. No one solved the problem, where I stayed every day without a fridge.

A beautiful hotel with the exhibition cars inside the holl, bar, etc.

Comfortable rooms, nice exhibited cars. Its approach is a bit complicated mainly by public transport. Transfer service is completely inflexible.

The room was clean and spacious.The hotel bar was quick and the food tasted pretty good. The AC took a while to kick in but when it did worked well. The WiFi was a bit spotty but worked most of the time. Its location is pretty close to the airport but the one way streets and the confusing signage made finding the parking a bit of work. Overall had a good stay and would recommend.

Quite good hotel overall but I'm giving only 3 stars because of bad smell from toilet and cleanliness (dirty windows dust etc) towels not changed, room with humble decoration I was expecting higher quality from 4 stars European hotel.
Another room was offered to me when I said about this stench - that's good. Staff was very friendly breakfast simple but tasty. Location 800m to tube. What was great - transfers to London Santiago and metro.
Bad smell was only thing disappointed me that much

Functional hotel but not at all according to the 4 stars it has as a hotel. No pillows for everyone, if you hit at night a poor receptionist who can not cope. Very normal bed and room too.

Excellent hotel, helpful and courteous staff. Not far from the airport and the city center easily accessible by public transport or taxi.

Very surprised by the lack of a door to the bathroom, i.e. When you enter the room, the person taking the shower is completely visible! There is a door to the toilet, but it is glass and the gap between the door and the wall is about 5 cm!

Reception staff great. Public transport is a medium and very hot walk away. Why stay here ? It s not even near the airport. Mostly business people, so a fairly sad place.

Simple but practical hotel. Clean and tidy rooms, although far from the city, it is well connected with the metro at 10 min and several bus lines

We were in a convention of our company ... everything very nice to arrive .. first a borderia of the first receptionist who attended us (aciendose the funny) that we let him pass because maybe it is another humor his ... but already to burst a hotel 4 stars and leave us without hot water brutal !!! We called reception and they told us that it was a fault ... our anger increased when after showering with cold water we went down and they told us we had rooms for those occasions with hot water ... sorry ????? and you tell us aora ... great attention!

Nefarious cleaning service, there was a girl who cleaned very edge that looks bad to customers. I will not come back

Spactacular decoration Accessible prices in restoration. Punctual chauffeurs who approach you and pick you up for free at different points 24 hours. Excellent cleaning service and rooms. Fitness center. All care to detail. Super polite and friendly staff. We loved it!!!! A 10

The design is not very functional, maintenance is lacking and the room service has much to improve, however the cleaning and breakfast are correct.

The hotel is visually a pass, but really then it is not so much, it seems more than it is.

4 star hotel that is quite good. Only problem that is not well connected with public transport services (metro and buses), if with taxis and VTC cars

Hotel with very good communication with the rest of places in Madrid. Shuttle service to different places in the capital. Each floor of the hotel is of a different atmosphere. Buffet breakfast correct with the price. An 8/10.

The truth is that the hotel is good, but all the common areas and the rooms are closed, even the views. When they reopen, everything will be good again.

A disappointment. In order of experience first of all with the reception good experience, friendly and polite people. Secondly, the room, impossible to rest with a continuous noise like a propeller on the ceiling that made it impossible to fall asleep. Finally, the ominous cafeteria service, reasonable prices for a four-star hotel if it deserved them, but it is not the case, expensive sandwiches with a slice of ham and toast of no more than four fingers ... Rude waiters who are not at the level that a category hotel requires. We will not return

Wonderful at a very affordable price the very clean comfortable and beautiful rooms with all kinds of details, I have seen many negative comments and I don't know why. There is an exhibition of luxury cars the shower with a lot of pressure and it was nice to shower

Great a great hotel well deserved the stars that it has, free parking, a very wide buffet, spacious and very comfortable rooms, everything a little detail of the glass of the bathroom the reception one last a good collection of cars, the soot of the plants a exquisite decoration.

Of the 4 stars of its category I give only 2 a whole day without water product according to them of an inspection of the community of Madrid that must be done every 12 months and without previous notice to its guests
