HOTEL DOME MADRID Review

Modern hotel, large room, very comfortable bathroom. Hotel with pool.
A little far from the center, attached to tv5 next to an industrial estate, I will repeat.

A pity that a hotel so well decorated and equipped, failed miserably for details such as that the Wi-Fi is continuously disconnected, the control of the air conditioning does not go, the curtains do not close well so between the early light, and there is a lot of noise from traffic despite the double windows

I have been one night including breakfast. The comfortable room, with shower with good pressure, fulfills its function for a very good reason since I was at a convention. Breakfast seemed very correct and gives you many alternatives to take. Advisable. Very curious the cars that are in the hall.

Close and well positioned. Near an area of restaurants, bars and McDonalds. It fails that the pool is like the bathtub of a small house .. But it gave it 5 stars.

The hotel, in MY OPINION, I have not appreciated the 4 stars or the views of the sky that the rooms do not have, design and decoration in wengue as vintage as the cars that are displayed there. The cafeteria food, mediocre like a potato tortilla skewer you buy at any supermarket. The only thing that I have taken in positive is the advice of reception to take a taxi after the failed and ineffective transfer service.

A 4 star hotel and a bit of a suburb from Madrid is hard to find a mini market

Perfect, the only downside is that they have a terrace on the last beautiful floor that was the closed bar.

This set with authentic models of old cars is in the tables but if you do not want to pay for a hotel in the center of pork they are very expensive there you have a great one for a reasonable price

We have been this Easter, and the hotel very well, the breakfasts too, but in the room the bed frame of the worst and the fatal pillow cleaning very well .. removing the bed I recommend it

The hotel is very good.
I have personally stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions.
It is perfectly equipped: swimming pool, gym, bar-cafeteria, terrace ...
The decor in the rooms is fine and the hotel is generally "curious" (motor lovers will love the decor).

It has a "shuttle" service that connects the hotel with the airport and is free for companies.

The only downside I find is that it is a bit far from the center of Madrid, although the hotel is 10 minutes from a metro stop.

Hotel away from the center, but in exchange is very new and has great services. I will surely repeat.

The hotel is not bad, but the management is crap. If you go there, I recommend asking for the "complaint sheet". We were robbed. A janitor stole a shoe bag. The hotel acknowledged the fact because it reported that it had dismissed the employee. The manager made a commitment to reimburse us, saying that we could buy other shoes and he would return the money with the presentation of the notes. But in time to do that he gave it back. It was thick and rude, even wanting to kick us out of the hotel. Poor experience

Attractive affordable hotel with sports cars in the lobby. Hotel is on the outskirts of Madrid with excellent shuttle bus connection to the center or train / metro. Private parking, excellent breakfast and beautiful view from Madrid on the 10th floor.

Hotel with very good facilities, spacious rooms with all kinds of details. But above all the magnificent attention of its receptionists always attentive to help you in whatever you need, and the gentleman who performs the functions of waiter of flats great person and great professional. In general, all employees make your stay a wonderful one.
Where they could improve would be on the mattresses and pillows, they do not correspond to the category of the hotel.

We stayed the night of 10/12/19, being our anniversary, my partner and I arrived at 3:00 am after a spectacular day, we arrived at the reception and they gave us the key, we went up to the room and at that time tired We go to bed, the next day we get up and I go to the shower and what is my surprise that they have given me a room for people with reduced mobility, well I did not care a bit but when I got under the shower I see that I can not, No matter how much I turn the shower head I can't and I had to shower bent over, I and my wife take a shower as best we can, we get dressed and go to reception, we communicate it to him and very cocky he tells me what it is, I do not recommend this hotel for Nothing, they pass the client and they give you the room they want without asking and when you tell them that you do not agree they do not ask or apologize or anything, they tell you what it is, period, it seems incredible in a hotel 4 stars.

Good hotel, but located in a polygon, better to stay for work

To be a 4 star hotel leaves much to be desired.
The pool is very small, the attic bar was closed when we went and the restaurant on the ground floor is a bit expensive. We ended up dining out.
The room anyway was very spacious and cozy.

Particular 70's style hotel, clean and big rooms !! Free airport shuttle both round trip. We enjoyed an excellent three-course "menu" dinner plus drink for just 13! We will certainly take it into consideration in our future trips. Council!

This hotel does not deserve the stars it possesses at all. I have been to four and five star hotels and nothing to do with this. The location is very bad, so it has a terrace that, of course, its views are only highways or buildings of a polygon. The treatment of the employees is how much less curious, when I arrived a girl from the reception told me that she only had rooms with two beds instead of one, saying literally "if you want to paint it". Not because I said anything to request it, but because it was his usual way of talking to clients apparently, which I do not understand in a hotel of these stars. When I asked for a Transfer, not having asked for one on arrival, they put a lot of problems to me, when in other hotels even to go out at night they would take me and pick me up at Transfer something that I did not expect in this hotel, of course, but what a minimum to take me about five minutes from the hotel in Transfer when I left. They left me at the subway stop and I had to keep walking my way, because that was what they had stipulated and period. There is no personal treatment at all. I would definitely never go back to this hotel.

Hotel great, I recommend it completely, we were a weekend and a perfect service and treatment, also the setting is very nice and more if you like the world of the engine, we will return there whenever we return to Madrid.

Staff abrupt and not very friendly. Restaurant bartender/wait staff more interested in their phones and changing the football game on TV than bringing the menu. Highway traffic and hallway noise permeates the room.

Thematic hotel with exhibition of cars and motorcycles. The cars are owned by the owner who shares his passion with us in every corner of the hotel. Each meeting room, each cafeteria and space has a car name, race track. The spaces are spacious. It has meeting rooms for 50 people. The cafeteria has a wide variety of drinks, tea and coffee. The staff is very attentive. It has charging sites for mobile, iPhone on pretty s tables. The rooms are fine, but the bathroom could be improved.

Quality good price. Correct, honest and professional hotel staff. They took us to the Real Madrid field at cost 0. The facilities are in very good condition. The breakfast is fine. The room is very good. I sincerely recommend them. I am not as demanding as some nonconformists who comment here that they want and cannot. I encourage staff and hotel owners. Count on my support.

We did some work and they did not pay us claiming that they owed us the money they subcontracted when they did not pay them xq they were compinchados. It is on good authority that we are not the only scammers. Many tickets with beautiful cars but the heart has rotten.

Great experience in this hotel, we have only stayed one night but the attention they have to the client is exceptional, although it is far away from the center, they provide free transportation to the nearest metro station and free airport transportation under reservation. The price is also affordable and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Here for a conference, so far the room has been great with a lot of toiletries. Breakfast is adequate with the usual choices. Food so far has been good.

The rooms are quite nice and tidy and the food is pretty good. Apart from no security cameras that work in the whole hotel which was an issue as some work colleagues equipment went missing.

According to TV, the TV does not work ... a very simple hotel ...

My first negative review. But, it really does not meet, at all, the expected for a four-star hotel. The location is very bad if you want to spend a few days in the center of Madrid. However, that must be known by users before arriving at the hotel. Our fault, but we trust that the subway would be closer to the hotel. Luckily we were only staying one night. Cold shower water and very small room. However, it is the attention of the staff that presents the most deficiencies. In spite of the kindness of some, they are noticed by far the lack of professionalism perhaps due to the lack of experience. Others, I think they simply lacked education. A pity

Clean rooms and air conditioning ok. Internet of poor quality, with cuts every 15 min. Impossible to work, I have spent all the data of my 2 mobiles. Breakfast of acceptable aspect but of horrible quality, the best the natural orange juice and the industrial bakery (but that is not worth 12e)

I went to a congress to that hotel and it was impossible for me to park the car. Office area at the end I had to put it in a parking lot at no cost for which I charged 13 for a period of four hours.
