Modern design in the rooms. The service was excellent.

We had very good service and a nice room. It's new. The only negative: the two times we went to the pool, there were no towels available.

We had a lovely stay. The room was superb. Except that the SPA package does not include massage and facials as shown in the photos. It's just the hammam and the detention area. We enjoyed the breakfasts at ZIBO restaurant, the waitresses are very good and do a great job. Thanks to them.

Misunderstanding. Last Thursday I had a bad experience at the Sheraton St-Hyacinthe for 2 reasons. First, the thermostat is controlled at 20 degrees Celsius minimum. I called the front desk at 1am to get this information. I was unable to sleep because it would be too hot in my opinion. I was offered to change rooms, but I refused. Then the temperature of the water in the shower was lukewarm at the maximum position. In fact, the positioning bar on the shower head was obstructing the temperature control handle. I did not understand the operation, obviously.

When I checked out, I clearly informed the hotel receptionist of my 2 inconveniences and that the price paid was exaggerated for the experience received. Just before writing this review, I attempted to contact the hotel directly. Faced with the difficulty of finding a specific phone number or email (invoice? Marriott website?) I allow myself to write this negative review.

I understand that this is only one experience among many to come and I stand firm on my 2 out of 5 stars.

Very nice place. The staff are friendly and it is nice to go there to attend the conferences. Big room.

Luxurious hotel. Comfortable and beautiful rooms. It's like being in a castle! Polite and attentive staff. Everything is WOW! Shopping center and restaurants directly accessible from the hotel! Magnificent!

Nice hotel good room service super helpful staff but I but 3 star because at the price of the room there was not even a breakfast included for that leaves something to be desired and we had a company dinner in a room and the dinner left also wish we even ran out of bread either without saying that he had planned a bun per person in short the room great nothing to say but the rest

Excellent hotel. Staff are extremely courteous. Well located and well maintained. Zibo (restaurant) has wonderful choices and caters to diverse needs.

Here is little bit par from Montreal. But good facility and very clean. Especially this is first time what I sleep over then 10th floor. Great taste food from Zibo restaurants. I wish come back again.

The hotel is new and the quality of finish is excellent. Unfortunately, they have forgotten the main purpose of a hotel: to be able to rest.
Last night there was music in the bar so loud that we had to shout for the recording and it was impossible to have a phone conversation in the lobby. So far, it was fine. Now this morning, at 5:20, there was a maintenance truck just downstairs from my room making a noise and waking me up.
The reception of the hotel told me that it was possibly for the maintenance of one of the restaurants ...
Next time I want to sleep, I'll go elsewhere.

Beautiful conference rooms, good meals, huge glass roof bringing lots of light inside. OACIQ conference day very pleasant.

Wonder of the hotel world ... at a competitive price, very tasteful design ... located in a strategic location in St-Hyacinthe .... worth the trip

Nice design hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Warm welcome and excellent service. There is a nice indoor pool with large windows, but there is no cloakroom other than a bathroom. A small gym is also available. An independent spa and restaurant on the ground floor. Indoor parking reserved for hotel guests. Without going outside, you can go to the shopping center and the cinema. Very good stay.

Currently in lapping very slow registration and inefficient room very well except information on the services offered if maintenance is not taken in control cleanliness is going to be a problem.

New hotel or completely renovated ... very clean and courteous staff.

Wow finally what's beautiful in st-hyaya which is the most launted top city in Canada. Congratulations. Nice and beautiful ideas. But please find a solution for your conference rooms. Removable party walls do not cut the sound properly. It ruins an evening! We could hardly hear our orchestra when the one from the other room started to play.

New and modern. Cleanliness is a trademark. The spaces are large, the ceilings are high. Very good soundproofing in the rooms, quiet air conditioning, but a lot of system starts.

The comfort of the mattress is very adequate, but the body pillows are too hard to ensure normal sleep in headrest mode.
The showers are modern, but the taps do not really save water as much as expected: drawbacks of duckbill sinks let water escape after closing; adjusting the temperature of the water in the shower is not easy. On the other hand, the 2-flow toilet is very effective. For stays longer than one night, you are offered something like not cleaning the beds in exchange for a $ 5 discount at the restaurant / bar, just put a card after the handle, but we are not sure we understood, nor is the maid who nevertheless knocked on the door, despite the sign. We did it for the environment!

The furniture is very adequate except for the small table which is to serve as a desk (see photo). This is rather inadequate for a hotel located in a convention center . For the internet, I was disappointed to have experienced several WiFi outages on the 5th floor at frequencies of 12-15 minutes.
The rooms are fine, but there are a few disappointments.

Fantastic hotel with a decent gym and an awesome restaurant (Zibo!).

Fairly new, about three years old. Rooms are beautiful and includes complimentary water. Hotel, lobby and meeting rooms are very spacious. Plenty of free parking outside and also guest parking indoors for bad weather. Joined to a shopping center and a theater. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance including a Tim Hortons. Zibo is adjacent to the lobby of the hotel.

Great place to host events well located and modern look.

The room was spacious.
The snack bar wasn't 24 hours, but at least the lounge was.
The pool was amazing.
This is just a very fun hotel.

I am from Quebec passing through for a company party I have done a few hotel in my life but this very chic room 412 ultra comfortable bed pillow also what a pleasure to have 2 pillows per person soft as you wish clean super shower full of storage the only toilet problem very far from the rooms Thank you

We stayed for a total of 5 nights in a 2 week holiday. It was beautiful and newly renovated. Very quiet on our floor. We wondered more than once if we might be the only ones on that floor, but it was just a well laid out room with good sound dampening I imagine. The restaurant attached was great! Good food and fun cocktails! Would happily stay here again!

Very warm welcome despite the grandeur of the hotel. Safe place to store bicycles. Direct access to shops. Smiling staff. A WOW!

Fantastic hotel, very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The duvet was very thick and heavy, felt luxurious compared to many other hotels. Large screen TV where you can stream Netflix and YouTube. Internet was fast. Room service food was amazing, I ordered the artichoke linguine twice. Free parking as well. Staff was very friendly, profesional and nice. I travel a lot and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Only drawback is that the hotel is a little remote and about an hr drive to Montreal.

Nicest Sheraton I ve ever stayed at! It s only about 4 months old and is such a beautiful hotel. If you re a SPG/Marriott Gold or Platinum member you are treated very well. I got upgraded to the beautiful Junior Suite! Plus there is a club lounge for members.

The rooms are large and spacious. The beds are super comfortable. Everything is new and very modern. The staff is very nice and bilingual. Plus the restaurant downstairs (Zibo) is quite delicious!

I wish every Sheraton could look like this! Thank you for a great stay.
