Used them for my grandparents - great team and support!

The staff are so friendly and helpful, when I was talking to them I could tell they really cared about my loved one and wanted to help get her the best treatment possible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of help for your family member.

Not only is working for a company with such positive energy, being able to help families and our community is what has really set us apart as a home health care company. We don t look any one as clients or business, we see them and treat them as family!

Steve and his team are truly angels sent from heaven! After a HORRIBLE experience with another home care agency, we were referred to Steve by a social worker and I don't think words can convey our gratitude...Because of his care management team and amazing caregiver, my grandmother (social butterfly) went from sleeping all day, not eating, constant pain, extreme paranoia and severe depression to her bubbly, spunky, singing and full of life self. Seeing the change has brought tears to my eyes and I will never forget what this team did for my family. This was not an easy feat, but this team has the patience, heart and knowledge to work miracles. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

The Senior Company was wonderful to work with. My aunt needed a live in aide after she came home from a recent hospital stay. I am very happy with all of the arrangements that were made and with the kind and caring staff that were assigned to take care of my 106 year old aunt. Everyone went above and beyond to make her stay at home as comfortable as possible. A special thank you to Steven for taking the time to explain everything, setting up everything, and responding very quickly when there any questions I had. I would definitely recommend The Senior Company to anyone in need of at home care for their loved one.

We host Calvin and and a senior company recently for my father who had a hospital and rehab stay.
Calvin was extremely attentive and made sure we had an aide anytime we needed one. There were a few times where we did not leave him a lot of time and he still came through. The aides were all attentive, caring, and knowledgeable.

My caregiver Pamela is a God-send! She is so caring and capable, and is taking care of me like she's known me our whole lives. As a first-time patient, this is my first experience with a live in home care provider, and I put my full trust in The Senior Company to find the right match for me. Pamela is so kind, and compassionate, she truly loves her job and it shows. My sincere gratitude and high praise go to Pamela and The Senior Company for helping me get thru the hardest part of post operative care. I could never say enough good things about this angel they call Pamela!

Their response was quick. I am grateful for their help with my 94 year old mom. I would use them again if the need arises.

I had the best experience with Steve from the Senior Company. My sister, who lives with my Mom, was ailing, and my Mom was unsure how to deal with the situation. Steve came by to explain all the options for care, including a 24 hour live in care giver. We were so impressed by what a nice and caring person he was, and how the company offered very clear and flexible options at what seemed to be reasonable pricing. Sadly, my sister passed away before we actually used the services we had contracted for. Nonetheless, we would heartily recommend them. Steve has continued to check in with my Mom from time to time to see how she s doing. You don t find that very often!

I think that the Senior company is the best. I have been dealing with Home Health Aids for over seven years, with different agency's so I feel I can judge the service of this company. Calvin is a pleasure to work with. If I have an problems he takes care of it right away. And he answers both his texts and his phone whenever I call.
I would also like to point out one care giver. She is Chichi. What a worker. She knows her job and goes with it. She takes care of my Aunt with ease and never complains.
I am also not young and not in need of The Senior Companies service but it's nice to know that I have them in my back pocket if the needs arrives.

I used The Senior Company for private duty for my grandfather. I have to say it was so convenient. They are highly professional. I called on a Friday and they were able to start on Sunday . The caregivers name was OJ. I cant say enough good things. The company also has an affiliation with a wound care dr who was able to come out and treat my grandfather,,,in his home!! I highly recommend this company.
