Hotel integrated in the congress center but with their own fully equipped and modern meeting rooms.

One of the nicest places I've stayed in a long time. Say what you want about the recent Bonvoy changes, but the staff here are top notch.

Excellent accommodation and great service. I spent 4 nights as a guest in the hotel while attending a trade conference also in the hotel. The staff were very accommodating and the service was first class. The property is very new and has all enemies that one could ask for. Shopping is right next door in the attached shopping mall. The restaurant has an excellent menu and portion sizes are generous. I had a great stay. Highly recommended.

I took a room and gave a pre-authorization ($ 228) on my credit card, in the same evening I realize that a second pre-authorization was loaded on the same card ... it was necessary that I insist twice that it be verified because they told me that in their system everything was ok. Finally they realized that they had used my card number for another hotel guest ... What an incredible lack of security!

I stayed here shortly after the hotel opened, about 1 week after the official grand opening.

This Sheraton is spacious and clean, with really nice furnishings. The lobby has some great seating areas, and there is a nearby bar and business centre/lounge area.

The young lady who checked me in was warm and polite, as well as bilingual. She offered to help me in English, but tolerated my request to practice my French!

My 4th floor king room included a small couch and a chair. The bathroom has a separate shower/toilet area behind a sliding door. The decorations are modern but still very classy. I also checked out the gym, which has a decent selection of machines and free weights. See some photos I uploaded earlier.

I slept very well in the comfortable bed. I didn't hear any noise, even on the 4th floor. All of the linens, covers and towels were of a good quality.
I also ate at the attached restaurant, Zibo, and had excellent service and tasty food. I had hoped to check out the Club lounge, but the hotel is so new that the Club isn't yet opened. I wish I had known when I booked!

Overall I highly recommend this hotel. My only negatives are that as a SPG gold member I did not receive a room upgrade from what I booked, despite there being upgraded rooms available, and despite asking. I also booked via the SPG app, but was not given the upgraded premium internet access that is a part of that process. Because my room was nice and I wasn't doing much work that needed the internet, these two things didn't really affect me on this visit. I also had an issue with a drunk patron of the restaurant, who tried to grope me, but this was handled really well by the restaurant manager.

So, in summary, a very nice brand new hotel, well appointed, comfortable, and great service, and at a very reasonable price!

Very nice luxurious and modern hotel where the staff is welcoming and professional. My room was nice clean and the bed soft. It was like sleeping on a cloud!

Very nice hotel and enjoying the mall without having to pull out a nice concept. For the room you should add opaque curtains for better comfort and in the bathroom no hook for hanging clothes. I enjoyed my weekend. Thank you

Really beautiful place, a new and look amazing. I attempted a conference and it was a great room. Only reason I put 4 stars is because the sound isolation was not great with the adjacent rooms.

I would have given five stars if it hadn't been for the young lady at the front desk. I know times are tough and morale is high, but the reception of a hotel is the client's first contact with the institution. A little smile? A less jaded air? The feeling of being welcome and not the "not yet another customer" attitude would have been appreciated.

Otherwise, very nice rooms, fairly well located and well decorated.

Cozy hosting use with a smile the only negative is the mattress a bit uncomfortable but for the rest it's a place I recommend

Have not been to this hotel yet ... but I guess it's fine ... but just a little flat ... I booked for 3chambres and the confirmation returned me all in english ... yet I spoke french So that's my negative side of the hotel without being there. But I'm not worried.

Lovely looking hotel, staff are generally helpful, large conference and ballrooms for events and parties. The bathrooms are a bit far, but quite lovely and spacious. Also, very accommodating for persons using wheelchairs.

Group meal whose quality and quantity is perfectible. More specifically, a small portion of chicken swimming in a cold sauce and too salty. Adequate parking.

Hotel is great, however the service needs alot of work. Train your
employees properly. I was at the hotel last year and I had a big issue. This year is my 2nd time a problem again? Why????

Room and restaurant are great! Everything new or newly renovated. Pool and gym are small and unfortunately hardly to use, as both as a playground for children (mostly without parents) used. In 50 minutes I was on the treadmill, it has thrown two kids off the treadmill with flip flops. The staff is in this area no one to see.

Attached to the convention center. Very nice place for a business party or association. Easy parking, restaurant inside, that's good to say;)

Excellent hotel, everything was beautiful. We booked a Junior Suite, very spacious. The bed was so comfy, the room was super clean and the hotel staff was very nice. Room service was very quick, in less than 5 minutes my request was in the room. The pool was beautiful and warm. I would definitely stay again! The Zibo in the hotel was good as well. Indoor parking was so convenient!

Really nice new hotel. The relationship with the restaurant to manage the lounge does not seem to be working particularly well. Seems like the food is of secondary importance. Should be 5 stars, lounge food (lack of attention) costs a star.

Great hotel and staff and perfect location with many amenities around the hotel to choose from. Underground parking is also convenient. The restaurant attached (Zibo!) was great for business meetings and the food was quite good for a hotel restaurant. Staff was awesome, friendly and very accommodating.

Nice clean rooms, great view, comfortable beds. On the downside there are no snacks in the business club, only drinks and the business club breakfast was often just lukewarm. Overall great, but business club is a letdown.

When I became a dog owner, I thought I was going to be doomed to a life of trying to find satisfactory accommodations where my pets would be tolerated and I would be charged extra fees. The Sheraton at St Hyacinthe changed all of that for me. Not only is this hotel spectacular and in a great location, the hotel staff welcomed me and my dogs and placed us in a stunning room in a pet friendly wing. The front deck staff were amazing and gave me directions to the local dog park and made us feel very welcome. The room itself was huge, modern and comfortable and so much more than I expected.

I have been a big fan of the Hilton Brand of hotels before this, but because of this stay, I will be changing my loyalty program immediately. You can bet I will be staying at this hotel again whenever I am passing through.

after paying for one night without being entitled to a breakfast we wanted to go to lunch at the hotel restaurant and we were told that there were only 2 waitresses so there will be a lot of waiting the hotel was full congress and game hockey plan your staff accordingly the room was great but not adequate service
