I am so upset to have to write this review as I am from Dallas and have always admired this hotel from afar. Unfortunately we picked this hotel to stay in the night of our wedding. Big mistake. We were married on a Saturday and this hotel was a ghost town. Not to mention all the amenities we were promised, free breakfast, possible upgrade, were not granted. Even when we showed up in a wedding gown and tux they could have cared less. Our room was decorated in beige and brown and the TV was the size of a computer monitor. The bathroom was small and our view was of an office building about 100 ft away. Multiple times we tried to remind the staff we were newlyweds and that our reservation included breakfast, etc. and it fell on deaf ears. It was honestly so depressing to arrive at this hotel after the biggest night of our life and quite frankly the biggest waste of our money. Upon learning our reservation was not honored (a few days later), they comp d our bill $30 for the breakfast, and said they would look into the matter. Naturally we have not heard from them since. I do not recommend this hotel at all as there are plenty of updated, fun, reasonable hotels in the same area.

I paid $344 for a room at this hotel and was extremely underwhelmed. Also, I was charged an additional $28 "destination fee" (which I was not told about) after my stay, for access to the newspaper and morning coffee. I did not take advantage of either of these things, yet they will not remove the charge. The previous night I spent half as much money at the Fairmont Dallas and found the stay much more pleasant.

Hotel stay was one of the most pleasant stays I have ever experienced! Hotel is immaculate and rooms are beautiful and spacious. Beautiful hotel, Great staff (thank you Murad you are amazing), Dennis in room service was outstanding, Priya at front desk was sweet and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for its location, great for business, girls getaway, or just a staycation. I will definitely be returning.

I set up for a wedding here. The staff was so on point, they reminded me of Disney World staff. Working hard, getting it done, fixing problems (table seating). They were on point! My husband and I will definitely be spending an anniversary here. I would highly recommend this place for a venue.

Located in uptown, a stone's throw away from the business hub of downtown Dallas , this hotel is in a great location. We are able to put up board members here and host meetings there as well. Very professional and helpful staff. The shops, the lobby, the restaurants, the rooms, all kept up to clearly high standards. It is more pricey than others in the area, but I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxury stay or event.

Overcharged most of our guests' rooms for room service they did not order or receive. They orginally agreed on a discount for the bride and groom of the wedding and then overcharged them for the room. Many people in our wedding party were overcharged.

Three of my friends and I had afternoon tea today at The conservatory. It was absolutely horrible. The finger sandwiches were made with stale bread. The only tasty one was ham on wheat bread. The "scones" and other pastries were hard as rocks with no taste and they were also stale. The sweets were mediocre. All this for $45.00!!!!!!!!!! I saw another review similar to mine from 4 years ago. What is wrong with The Crescent that they don't care enough to offer good food. I will NEVER again go there for tea. And I will tell my friends.

Very clean, spacious, and comfortable room. Front desk and housekeeping personnel very friendly and helpful. They charge a $25 "destination" fee supposedly for the use of the standard hotel amenities but one doesn't get anything extra or unusual for paying this fee. Pool too small for a hotel this size and overcrowding is the result. Restaurant / bar in the lobby is overpriced and not very good in terms of food, drinks, or service. Most of the retail establishments were closed and the escalators were out of service. They turned the water off for hours while we were there and this made us uncomfortable. We could not take showers or flush the toilet .

Poor room and food quality. This was a suite. Urine on toilet seat upon check-in, damage to furniture. Management initially started making excuses. The manager compted dinner, food wasn't good from room service for dinner or breakfast. My wife requested a microwave,
upon check-in we were told it was in the room however no microwave. forwarded the pictures to the GM he never responded to my email. Sad, this use to be our favorite staycation luxury hotel. Better service when owned by Mrs. Hunt .

Stayed here for a week long business trip and had a wonderful experience there. Hotel room was everything one could want, plus I used the gym and swimming pool a couple of times. Also used the opportunity to indulge in a couple of spa treatments and received impeccable service. Would highly recommend.

Poor air flow in rooms making them very humid and muggy making them less than ideal for sleeping in. My room in particular had a very dirty shower cloth in the closet that had been missed. I've slept better in a Holiday Inn. TVs are old and dated with incredibly slow TV guide. There are some serious improvements needed for the type of clients they're catering to.

If I could give a negative star rating, I would. ...

If I could give a negative star rating, I would. Today my friend and I went to the Rosewood Crescent Hotel for our much anticipated afternoon High Tea experience. The service was mediocre at best and the food was absolutely DISGUSTING. Our first course was a plate of four tiny sandwich type items. Imagine stale bread with some creamy 'stuff' spread in the middle. The bread was so stale that it was barely chewable and the staleness also added some extra 'flavoring' to the creamy spread. Let us say that one can get better bread at Walmart. The second course were some lemon and strawberry scones. Only the lemon scones were edible. By that I mean that I was able to swallow them when washed down with tea. The third course were four small dessert items that were overly sweet and absolutely nothing to rave about. I suggest whoever created these food items and management taste their products before inflicting such products on customers. If the Crescent Hotel would like to rank themselves as an establishment for fine dining, they should make it FINE. This was only a reminder of most fine dining experiences to be had in Dallas (or should I call them NOT FINE dining experiences). Everything this afternoon was a sad attempt at imitating an English High Tea experience. From all my travels, I can honestly say that this is the worst high tea experience I have ever had. The only thing high about this experience was the price of $40 per person excluding taxes and gratuity. Do not recommend and will not come back.

Our visit at the Crescent Court Hotel was a wonderful experience. From the friendly bellman at the front desk, to the midnight Baked Alaska served in our room, our stay was ideal. My only disappointment was that we only had time to stay 2 nights. I could have stayed a week. I certainly will recommend this lovely hotel to all of my friends, relatives, and others.
