Hotel Crescent Court, Dallas Review

Beautiful hotel, currently going through remodeling (Dec 2017) which can be noisy at times

for being a four star hotel the beds are not comfortable, many hotels i been to have better beds that's including the sofa coach. the sofa coach is a cochairs i would find at a cheap hotel not at a four star hotel. the services could be better including the in room amenities. i would call this hotel a 3 star not a four star hotel.

Above and Beyond service... Made me feel very important.

A beautiful location filled with great staff members. We enjoyed some food here and were served with the utmost respect and care. Slightly expensive, but hope to visit here once again!

Had Christmas dinner with the family at Capital Grill.

The hotel staff is professional and friendly. The hotel is elegant and comfortable. Very restful place.

It was amazing. You need to make sure you use the spa. They provide shorts and t shirts and there's a Shana and hydrotherapy pools and the gym. The rooms are also amazing and extremely cool and comfortable. I would stay back here no problem.

Phenomenal hotel. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were modern yet elegant. Courtney one of the managers could not have been more helpful and everyone at the hotel made sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend!!

Love the hotel, only negative, the pool is above the dumpster garage full of rotting food. Pheeeeehhhooo

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I booked this hotel to get a good nice sleep after finally having a night away from from my babies for the first time in 4 years. All I wanted to do was get a good night sleep. NOPE. I was given a room directly above a wedding going on in the hotel. Our room was vibrating because the music was so loud. We could hear every song blaring in our room & could hear every word the DJ was saying. I went to the front desk to request a new room. They claimed they didn t have anymore rooms and the only thing they offered me was earplugs. Needless to say, I did not get a good sleep and the service by the hotel for the inconvince was absolutely horrible & they couldn t care less. I was so disappointed they they didn t care about the noise or offer me anything for the horrible, loud, obnoxious noise we were left with late into the night. Not to mention the bedding was lumpy and uncomfortable! Horrible linens, actually the worst linens I have ever had in a hotel. The cheap Hilton we stayed in a few days before had nicer linens and was at least quite and cared about their guests! I will never stay at this hotel or recommend it to anyone again. You DEFINITELY don t get what you pay for staying at this hotel

It is in uptown Dallas. Paid packing is available in the garage. I went to Ocean Prime and they were nice enough to validate. Service was on point. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Food was spectacular.

Just back from a weekend stay for the JFK Assassination Researcher's Conference that was held at the Adolphus...was greeted upon check in by the charming, delightful and ultra professional Dominique who made the process a breeze... she is a real asset to this property..The room had 2 king beds, was super clean and recently updated...beds comfy and plenty of pillows..bathroom well appointed with marble and glass enclosed shower with a waterfall style showerhead...Lots of history in this hotel...Queen Elizabeth II stayed here upon visiting Dallas...that's good enough for me...there are some renovations going on at present, but nothing that would detract from enjoying your stay.

Yes the hotel is nice, but the staff is what made this 5 stars for us. We have never had a more pleasant and easy experience with hotel staff.

It was very noisy outside the hallway. I could hear people talk and argue all night. I was also woken up by a car honking around 1:00am.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and amenable. I enjoyed myself!

Still one of the best places in Downtown Dallas. The Cresent Hotel is superior and there are great restaurants and bars all within a close radius. Cheers! JMAC

The Crescent certainly lives up to its expectation as a top level Hotel.

We went to dinner at Nobu, which was amazing. Excellent 6 course tasting menu.

The atmosphere and spa services are wonderful and relaxing.

The location of the hotel is located right in uptown where all the party is at. The rooms were spacious and cold wgen we arrived. It was clean and the vibe from it was great! Would book again.

From the moment we arrived the majority of the staff was less than helpful. Many times we were made to feel that we did not meet their standards for guests for whatever reason. We booked our hotel and paid in advance through American Express fine hotels. At check out they told us we needed to pay again. After speaking with the manager they found our previous information and that we had already paid. Unfortunately after we left they charged our credit card again for the full amount of the stay. When contacting the hotel we were informed we would need to email accounting for assistance. The hotel has continued their poor service that we experienced in person. We have stayed at many fine hotels and resorts and if you are looking for quality service we would not recommend this hotel to others.

Extremely disappointed in this hotel on my stay Fri evening. Bathroom was dirty (hair on the floor and splashed of something on the walls). Carpet separated from the sleeping area/entryway that I tripped over hurting my back. <br/>Ordered in room breakfast which was burned to the point I wasn t able to eat anything but the eggs.

Although I've never stayed overnight it's a great place to visit.

ZERO! Threatened and attacked after entering room from dinner. No electricity from 11 pm to 5 am! Literally screaming at door to open! He would not leave our door ! Never been threatened like this in my life ! LAMAN AND TOLD US HE COULD SPELL HIS LAST NAME! I have been thrown into better! I would fight roaches before I came here ! This is the first horrible review of my life and hopefully my last!!!!

Hands down the best experience, ever in Dallas. We frequent weekend getaways at Dallas higher end hotels. The service, hospitality, and intuitiveness of the staff here is the best in Dallas. Actually hating to leave! We will be back soon.

I've been to several Nobu spots and they never disappoint. Whole fried fish, sashimi, shishitos, rock shrimp. All excellent and our server kept the sake coming. Beautiful and cool spot.

The spa is out of the world sophisticated. The Conservatory restaurant has a real good menu and view of the courtyard.. the hospitality is of very high class.

It was everything. Took my mom here and she fell in love with the presidential suite

Very nice staff and amazing rooms. It's in a prime location and it's great for walking.

We were there for an Opera Cast Party in a lovely room on the first floor. We were served wines, appetizers, and a light dinner. Very nice affair.

The hotel is amazing at its customer service. The front desk was accommodating despite having three weddings occurring that weekend. The lobby is decorated so beautiful. The hotel lobby bartenders and waitresses was accommodating and the food was good. The breakfast was expensive, but good. The staff was so kind and helpful. The gym was big and had a lot of great up to date equipment. The spa had a sauna and steam room which was free if you stayed at the hotel which was a plus. Craig was the best bellhop , he was so nice and helpful. Mark from the Philippines was awesome with our in room dining service. The room could use some maintenance with peeling surfaces and stains, but overall it was comfortable. Would stay here again.

The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were nice and clean, and they do turn down service. I wasn't expecting that.

Lovely grand old hotel elegance. Great location. Well trained staff and Starbucks and Nobu on site. Love it.

I went for tea. The food was tasty. The staff was helpful and attentive. It would have been nice if it was a little more private. Other than that it was lovely.

Visited here to attend a talk by an author about his recently published book. I was amazed by the gorgeous decor. I almost felt as if I were in a Parisian hotel. Would like to stay here again for sure before I leave Dallas. I may add that the food was great too.

It's a beautiful place. The building is showing its age a bit. But still so beautiful. The restaurant we went to was Nobu, which is new. It was great. Great food, great service, great atmosphere.

Ate at Moxi's food was great...wait staff gave off a racist vibe the entire meal.

I went to the spa, AMAZING! They have a steam room! The only true steam room in Dallas- service is top notch- i love in Dallas and this is the only spa I'll go to- the amenities and staff make it amazing.

A well keep business hotel. Breakfast was too expensive.

My nephew's rehearsal dinner and wedding was held here. Extremely nice hotel and service is top notch. No complaints.

The social life here is great and pretty unique as far as upscale entertainment. The rooms seemed ok. Nothing spectacular but the amenities seemed world class
