Great hotel in a great location! Lots to do within walking distance. Great breakfast and friendly service. Not the biggest rooms around but great for 2-3 night stay.

Had drinks and dinner at the bar. Food was excellent, service was outstanding

I had a gift certificate and selected the facial and pedicure. Both were wonderful. Ask for Steven for a pedicure. We had such a fun conversation and he did a great job. Loved the relaxing facial. The included lunch was a choice of a packaged sandwich or a custom salad. I loved the salad and it was pretty big. Bottled water was extra and expensive. I bought a turkey club to take home to my son and it was huge. I ended up sharing it with my son later and it was delicious! It was $12, but worth it. The first 3 hours of parking are free if you have your ticket validated, but I was over that by 30 minutes and paid $3. All in all, I enjoyed the pampering, but my income would not allow me to go again. Wish I could.

Positives: location surrounded by restaurants with lovely weekend crowds and live music, free driver that will drop you off within 5 miles, gym, turn down service, free hbo streaming, nice decor, staff attentive

Negatives: restaurant expensive (plenty of options nearby much cheaper), no driver on sundays, no option given for room selection when purchasing thru 3rd party website, no luggage rack (end of bed bench worked fine)

Loved the atmosphere. I can tell this will be one of our favorite places to frequent. Staff was very welcoming, and very helpful. This particular time we came around the holidays so everything looked beautiful with the lighting and decorations inside the lobby.

Parking is ridiculous. Overpriced. NOT even the cleanest place I've stayed.

Stayed Saturday night for my daughter's birthday. My mom planned this trip for her and had called and reserved the bilevel suite. We called at approximately 5pm saying we would be there within the hour and they ensured us the room was ready. When we arrived at 610pm we were informed it however was not ready. Check in was at 3pm. We were offered "drinks" at the bar and we could wait for it. We had my 12 year old with us and my mother And I do not drink. We had dinner reservations at 730pm and needed to shower and change. They told us they could put us in another room but that's all they could do. My daughter had her heart set on staying in the bilevel suite and this was her birthday present. We were put in another suite with one bed. (There was 3 of us) and a pull out couch. We asked that turn down service be done at 8pm while we were out at dinner. Came back and the pullout was not out and no sheets in the room. No hairdryer in room. We ordered a fruit bowl from room service and it was litterally strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. We had to call back for whipping cream and it was like they just threw it in a bowl and sent it up. For 40.00 you would think it would have something special with it. There was hair on the floor by the bathtub. The sinks looked dirty. The next morning housekeeping entered our room at 1040am without notifying us they were coming in. The service was horrible, the room was not worth what we paid, they lie to you, and it certainly wasn't what it used to be. Very very disappointing. We will not be back. The market is too high in Dallas to spend that kind of money and not get what you paid for. There are plenty of other options and we will let everyone we know not to waste their time or money there.

If you are wanting the best week nights of your life this is the place. Everything is incredible. I love this place and plan on returning! The deluxe suite is huge and amazing if you want a beautiful suite this is it!

Tasteful and Elegant! The rooms were recently updated and they did a fantastic job. Large TV, great mattress, and fantastic sheets. Highly recommended.

A truly sumptuous destination in downtown Dallas. Everything speaks to the finer things in life. Fountains, gardens, excellent service, beautiful rooms.

The food and ambience were fantastic. The service was attentive. We head a great date night at the restaurant.

Never again- crazy part is the rooms are okay... service is okay for the most part..(bellhops and room attendants).. what bothers me is that the hotel kept part of my deposit that is supposed to be refunded- this occurred due to the errors of a front desk associate Angel... I was told I would receive my money back on my Husbands payment method even though I used my own card for the transaction.... oh and let me not forget George - finance director - lied and told me I should receive my money by 7/09/2020... and to give him a call if I didn t - so I call him and he avoids all of my phone calls... look hotel is okay but I m assuming they find ways to keep your DEPOSITS!

Went to Nobu right by the hotel. Amazing little place. Quite expensive but we'll worth it.

The rooms we had was big and the kids love the rooms, the housekeeping service was great
