HOTEL CASA IGUANA Review

Nice value for money place a short walk from the beach. Food was excellent.

It offers excellent views, a little difficult to get to for those who are coming for the first time but that gives it a plus.

Buffette in the mornings, very large rooms only few places around to visit, economical.

The rooms are great for families. Larger suites have two bedrooms with a kitchenette. Great for families with small kids with a little splash pad. It is a 30 minute bus ride from Puerto Vallarta and the small beach is a 5 minute walk. Bring bug repelant if you go to the beach in the afternoon, there are tons of noseeums. Small little mosquitos that you do not even feel a bite. Then you go shower and see a hundred bites, and they are itchy AF. Just bring bug spray.

Good hotel. The cost is very affordable. The rooms are spacious and clean and you have a 10 minute walk to the beach.

The hotel is beautiful and picturesque, but in the restaurant, the service is dismal, except for a few, the staff is totally absent and ignorant of the basic elements of hospitality, the images they present are very misleading.

It is a very nice and clean place, the attention is very good.

Jacuzzi didn't work and is no one going to mention that this place was haunted? Bad experience! But let me tell you the view is beautiful and the cleaning ladies were really nice. Plus everything is super close.

The attention of the Restaurant really Very Very Good! They have a dog, recently relieved and they have her There is in the Hotel, That speaks very well of the people who run that hotel !!

The cleanliness alone leaves a little to be desired.
But with pleasure we would return again !!

Great hotel we stayed there for 9 night it was nice, the housekeeper she was amazing she cleaned the room so well and always put water in the room . Breakfast in the morning was also great the server was so friendly and nice , everybody we nice and friendly great job guys. The only this is I want to compliant about is the jacuzzi and Wi-Fi, Jacuzzi apparently is not working for a while they need to fix it .Wi-Fi was not good too . Three days without Wi-Fi but they got it work the last 4 days. However if you going to Mexico stay in this hotel bc great place good location from down town like 20 minutes in the bus. Beach is to close lots of restaurants around you so many activities to do .

The hotel is very nice but it is a bit neglected, it requires maintenance. The rooms smell musty. The service and food quality is good
