Went on Christmas and the staff welcomed us very courteously. We requested a baby bed in the room and we were surprised with a very nice card and a small teddy bear for the baby as well. Nice rooms and clean place. The only downside was that the parking was quite expensive.

Great place to stay. Very friendly personnel. Perfect location for business trips as well as vacations. 5 mins walking distance from Subway Station. Hotel breakfasts and food are delicious.
Very nice hotel, well located (not far from the metro and also not too far from the city center that you can therefore walk to). The very attractive price. Possibility of parking (not to be neglected in Amsterdam ;-)). A very pleasant bar. possibility of renting bikes at the hotel itself.
The regret no bath (is this my room only?), Even if the bathroom with walk-in shower is very pleasant.
I spent my birthday in Amsterdam with my boyfriend. The hotel is close to the Amstel train station. 5min by foot.
The hotel is very modern and nicely decorated. The staff is young and friendly. You are warmly welcomed and noticed. The rooms are clean and you have everything you need.
We didn't have breakfast there but the cafeteria and lobby looked very inviting.
Clean, good-sized rooms, good location near Amstel Station. I'd rate this a 4-star (it's a travel hotel, so it's not luxury 5-star) if they did a few things better. First: I've been traveling for quite a while on this trip, and I need to do some laundry. There are no laundry facilities at the hotel - they ship it out for a day or more turnaround, I'm sure at a premium rate. This doesn't work with my schedule, and I'm happy just to have some coin-operated laundry machines. Why do so few hotels understand this? So now I'm doing laundry in the sink, and have zip-tied the hair dryer trigger and have it pointed at my shirts hanging in the bathroom. Clearly non-ideal, but it works. Secondly: ironing. Most of my shirts and pants are wrinkled from packing, and I have meetings to go to. Unlike every other hotel I've stayed in over the last 30 years, they have a novel and completely unimpressive solution: Bolt the ironing board to a wall inside the service elevator, and tie the iron to the same plate. Also, it's the cheapest and worst iron I've ever seen. This is ill-conceived nonsense, and I'll not ever stay here again. It seems like a minor inconvenience until you've got several pairs of pants and shirts to deal with.
Very decent, nice and clean hotel, excellent for the price. Breakfast is good, rooms are clean, I would recommend it for people visiting city or business people.
A large hotel in a quiet location but still very close to the city center (5 minutes). The reception and a part of the ground floor are under renovation now, but the hotel is functional. It has its own parking, and a restaurant with a very chic terrace.
Friendly young people at the reception, you can really contact around the clock. At night, he took a bike. Clean, neat, quiet. Conveniently located in the sense of public transport (just a couple of minutes from the subway and Amstel railway station) and for taxis. Breakfast all overslept: (. Excellent rental bikes with a box machine (I'm not kidding). Next to the channel with swans and ducks. WAyFay catches another 100 meters around the hotel. Any small tricks like greetings with your name on the TV, chocolate on the door on Valentine's Day, they are encouraging and raising their spirits. In general, my request level is almost perfect. Of the shortcomings (but already in order of the magnitude), sockets are not very convenient, the front door from the street to the hotel sometimes did not react at night to my card (well, you had to wait seconds 10 bye concierge Well, press the button) and the beautiful inner courtyard has disfigured a slightly rusted pillar.
This hotel is very good in arrangement, neat and clean with quite professional service, because it is located not on the main road so this hotel is not too busy with motorized vehicles, the arrangement of the main lobby makes guests feel very comfortable with nice and organized sofas , the rooms that look beautiful and clean are accompanied by adequate room facilities including a comfortable bathroom with sufficient lighting. With relatively cheap hotel rates, this Cassa hotel is worth a try when visiting Amsterdam.
One of the greatest hotels I've been to. The rooms were always clean and spacious, the staff very polite and the breakfast more than enough to get you full. It was a great experience and I will surely come back.
Good: price is reasonable, everything works, clean room, okay shower, impressively large safe for a hotel. Bar open until quite late. Bad: breakfast was a bit unpleasant, especially the hot food, though bread and cheese selection is fine. Neutral (to me): Fridge in room is empty (no minibar), no gym, no bottles of water in room (tap is fine).
Really a good hotel to stay in Amsterdam ... although it seems somewhat remote from the historic center of the city is very accessible via the tram or subway ... about 300 meters away is the Amstel station that connects with virtually any point of the city. City ... very complete breakfast and also has a very interesting restaurant in addition to a terrace that at the end of the afternoon gives a spectacular view that gives you a few beers or drinks ...
Great location clean and functional hotel the staff is really nice prepared is very professional the terrace is wonderful all the common spaces are very pleasant it is very comfortable the exceptional breakfast and also the meals are good
Great hotel! We were allowed into our room before 11am, which is not common for a hotel. The room was very nice and the bathroom had enough space for two people to straighten out at the same time. The staff at the service or in the restaurant were young and friendly with excellent English skills. The breakfast buffet is quite small and yet they managed to convey the feeling as if nothing was missing. The connection to the Amstel station was excellent. You could get to the Central Station with any train and from there with any of them back as it was on the way. So we never had to wait like 2 minutes.
This was my third visit to the Hotel Casa (originally Casa 400) so far and I can only recommend it with a clear conscience.
PS: The location around the bar is worth a visit Really great !!
Clean hotel with modern rooms, no frills for a reasonable price. WiFi is fast and staff are friendly. Location is approximately 20 minutes from Amsterdam Central via Metro in what is essentially an office park neighborhood. You pick this hotel for the price, not for the location or for luxury. No bars, restaurants, or convenience stores nearby so make sure you bring any food, drinks, or snacks you want. If you are going to Amsterdam to party, keep in mind that you will need to be able to make it out to this neighborhood at the end of the night and plan accordingly.
Great staff, good location, OK food. We've been to Casa for meetings and their hospitality is something to cherish -especially in a city like Amsterdam Tip: I understood from a colleague that the sleeping rooms are rather expensive
Good price quality. Beds are comfortable. Good breakfast and nice coffee bar with good coffee. Very massive, large and busy! Often full lifts and therefore a long wait. Staff young and inexperienced what.
Although it is 10 minutes from downtown and a hotel that is well worth it. More comfortable than the central hostels. It has on-site bike rental service, comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast.
The rooms are not clean enough, stains at furniture and walls and mould in the shower...rather than a hotel, the structure looks like a student dorm. too expensive for it offers.
