Building a house is a once in a lifetime experience. Ashwin sir and Anshul enabled this experience for us.
Every customer has a design / expectation in their mind. The true value and satisfaction for us was in the highly interactive approach that Anshul adopted. While he would come up with initial designs based on our inputs, he constantly incorporated suggestions and Co-created the design.
The end result has been a great combination of a modern design with elements of traditional design built in.
We now have a few unique design features which have become reference for people in Nisarga Layout.

The principle architect was personally involved through the planning and execution phases. We met many architects however, we found designs by Ashwin Architects to match our requirements. We visited many of their built projects and spoke to their existing clientele before deciding to give them the project. Our house is currently under construction and it is coming up in a good way. Overall, we are quite satisfied.
I visited Ashwin architects a couple of days ago to talk and get a to know the process of building a commercial building ,which I want to construct. To my surprise the person who actually happened to be mr Ashwin was very rude and ridge and not at all interested in designing a commercial building to our specifications his answers to all of our questions was either no or it would cost more money I guess he expected the size of the commercial building or the land which it was to be built in to my substantially larger. I wonder how people gave this architect a 5 or 4 star rating, it confuses me. I definitely do not recommend this architect he has a attitude problem and he certainly doesn't have people relation skills. This man is BS

I should start by saying that i rate Ashwin as truly OUTSTANDING . Working with Ashwin and team has been a wonderful experience. Initially I was little sceptical about getting an Architect to plan my house , consulted many in this field /visited few construction sites , I was little shocked to know the entire dynamics of this construction industry . Then I was pretty convinced about having an architect . Now who? Was the question . Many Architect in market were ready to give Design as per the needs but not ready to visit site and monitor the progress , Many had accepted the requirement without much suggestion (I was looking for some one who guides us on every aspect in design and construction) , Few were outsourcing the design .
Finally i zeroed in to Ashwin , Got the design freezed. Now next step was to find the right builder . Interacted with many and concluded that a single team from Start to finish would get the execution right . (Apart from selecting the right architect this was the second most important decision in construction) . Had seen many examples where people had changed many builders, lots of issues in project execution , complete lack of coordination between different teams during construction .
The above two right decisions got my house construction in right path and I believed in leaving the job to experts in the field .My each and every construction aspect(from the quality of Brick to Type of carpet to be used inside house ) and any concerns was resolved by Ashwin and his team .
To summarise, my experience with Ashwin and team was fantastic .
I visited their office today. I feel their behavior with customer was not amazing at all. Not even asked for a glass of water as we have traveled 30 kilometers to reach their office. He don't even ask our requirement. He even didn't explained his work. Might be you are a good builder but you should create first impression good for the customers.
Very well thought over designs and ideas. They definitely help in designing budget friendly classy residences. The designs are unique striking balance between natural lighting and air and at the same time ensures privacy is intact. Unlike most other architects, they completely listen to your ideas too and integrate them into the existing design. The best part is their practical approach to implement a design/idea. visited Ashwin Architects few months back, i didn't like works and office environment,peoples are very rude, when i am seeing the Review of this office ,Anshul Gajra told he visited this office for his residence,he got good response ,support and all, but i saw this guy working in the same office(Ashwin Architects) how can he give fake Review ,i dont recommend this office.

This review is not for their designs or plans. I visited the office as there were very good reviews, but as I reached their office, there was no one at reception upon getting inside the office , found one person who asked us to wait for 10 minutes in reception as ashwin is not at office and he was busy with other client. I was waiting in reception for 20 minutes and no one came out to meet us. After which I called Ashwin on his mobile and he diaconnedisc called. Keeping my hopes , messaged Ashwin on what's app and explained my project, but to my surprise there is no reply from him as well. I don't think they value their customers or already having many projects and busy and or not bothered about new customers..
We had approached Mr Ashwin two years back for our own house construction. I wanted to try newer methods of construction. Mr Ashwin was kind enough show those methods. He has all the knowledge and information about advantages and disadvantages of each method. That's how we delayed selection of our contractor. Ours being a 30*40 plot and small project. But we are greatful and thankful to Mr Ashwin and Mr Anshul their approach and guidance was never small. Today our house in the layout catches the eyes of everyone for its simple elegant, beautiful and spacious contemporary style architecture. I got my house designed by Ashwin Architects and constructed by his reference contractor in 1000 sft plot. Though I wanted to build Rental house i thought let me get a proper plan and details and searched on net and got this firm details and looking at their designs i thought they might not take up small project but still I called to enquire but the response I got over the phone made me meet Ashwin in person and from then there is no looking back at my decision. Me, being a govt employee I had to depend on loan totally and they planned so well that house got constructed in proper time which also fitted within the budget. It's been two years now and till date all my tenants are also happy with the design. One thing I must say that Ashwin can put himself in our shoes and guide us through out the project in terms of budget, material, etc., I would like to suggest for all who have a smaller plot and budget doesn't have to think twice for hiring an architect and enjoy the journey of building a dream house

I visited Ashwin Architects 4 years back and had a discussion about designing my house. However, I was not convinced with his ideas/concepts or explanations. I had my own ideas which I wanted to be implemented. I came away feeling a bit let down. However, my father later on took me to his friend s house which he said was beautifully designed. When I visited that house, I was indeed thrilled to see the ideas and I was totally surprised when I came to know the house had been designed by Ashwin Architects.
I visited their office again and had open minded discussion and then I realised that many of the ideas that I wanted was not feasible and was only a waste of money.
Ashwin, then designed our house with many space saving ideas as well as cost considerations and yet possess a rich & sophisticated look. Upon completion, we were all thrilled and all our relatives & friends were also equally surprised during the house warming. It was only at the end of the project that I realised how much effort & planning had gone into designing our house. Now, its more than a year since my house is complete and even today we appreciate the services of Ashwin.
In many instances, we judge people too quickly. Going through google, I realised there were mixed feelings about Ashwin Architects and I felt that since I had such a great experience with him that I should share it on Google.
