Hotel adequate for reception and accommodation in the rooms but sometimes the staff, especially at meal time, was not welcoming

Despite the construction site, the best of the hotel was made! It is highly recommended!

For a 3 star hotel, it doesn't get much better than this! Easy to get into central too.

Good hotel right next to the metro station, nice welcome, clean hotel, unfortunately I find that this hotel does not deserve all its stars, ok rooms without more, shower siphon that evacuates the water badly. The price of parking is exorbitant 25 per day ... I understand that parking in Amsterdam are expensive but we are already paying for the room ... And the parking was almost empty ...

The rooms are not very isolated and you can hear a lot of what goes on in other rooms, well connected to the center and modern.

Very good Hotel ... all renovated rooms not too big but for two people the perfect place ... clean and new bathrooms. The hotel has private parking. 3euro per hour or 20euro for good

Hotel is ok. Seems to make difference what you pay and what kind of breakfast area you are allowed to access. Rooms are clean but a bit functional- it s the style of a conference hotel.
Be cautious: Wifi is completely free- without any encryption funny if I like to fish all your accounts you use while on hotels network.

Public transport (within two cigarettes reachable, and then you can easily go where you want.

Great location near Amstel Station and river. Nice, clean rooms.

Normal mid-level hotel. Its atmosphere is more like a hostel, however, its size is very large. The whole is quite cozy and comfortable hotel. To spend the night and move on. Breakfast is quite normal. Buffet with a good assortment. Also, there is a bar-restaurant where you can order food at any time. It was in November and the rooms are very cool but, apparently, at night include a warm floor. In general, I can recommend a stop for a night shelter, more is not needed here.

Great hotel! We booked online without looking at many reviews or anything. 5min walk from train/metro station. They have their own restaurant and roof terrace. Clean and nice rooms and price is decent.

The location is great for visiting the city. Metro, tram, everything practically in front of the door (unfortunately over a huge intersection with dozens of traffic lights). The beds are comfortable. The rooms are very small. With 2 small hand luggage cases, the path behind the bed was already completely occupied.

However, the reception staff is terrible. When we checked in, we were left standing in the middle of it because the phone rang. This seemed more important. After a short time another person took over. She scribbled an amount on a note on which there were already various amounts that we should then pay. Then we got 1 key card and our room number and we were told which elevator we should take. We were also given a map of the city and an information brochure of the hotel, and that was that. And already we were said goodbye again. The change of over 30 was forgotten where breakfast or the like was. is, we were not told that you have to hold the key card in the elevator and then choose your floor, neither. Unfortunately, neither is the metro or tram.
Of course we got the change after asking and everything else is just as easy to find, but I have never experienced such poor service at the reception in a 3 star hotel. By the way, when checking out it went the same way.

It is spacious, clean and the staff is friendly. However, they should give their guests more ease. There is no airport service.

Hotel Casa Amsterdam is within walking distance about 8 minutes close to the Amstel station .. The hotel is located in a very quiet residential area. It is easy to reach by train from your destination from abroad. The tram also stops at the Amstel station. There is a restaurant, a well-stocked bar. You can also organize large events for example a lecture / info day. There is Wi-Fi. The building is wheelchair friendly. There is a toilet.

The room itself is great, just a pity that no second key can be made when you have a temporary guest in the room with permission

A good quality hotel with nice stuff. The location is a bit away from the center, it's OK to take metro by walking to the station.

Very nice hotel. My and my friend rented bikes from the hotel to tour the city which was nice.

I don't like the beds though, they felt a bit uncomfortable but apart from that this hotel is very nice.

Location is fine, service is usually slow depending on who's at the desk, no iron in the room (one per floor and barely works). Branding is super nice, they give you a map which is handy.

The room is very modern and it's just a few metro stops away from the heart of the city!

Everything was pretty dirty and worn. The bed was awful, the heating did not go out and ran at full speed (thought there was no sauna there ....) blower in the bathroom was constantly running. Breakfast was not cleared and really dirty. The only positive is the staff at the front desk. The rest a scrap in front of the Lord. I know old youth hostels that are better. Would never stop here.

Friend of mine lives there as a student and the place seems quite nice.

Excellent service, quality rooms, the hotel is close to the terminal and tram. Totally recommended.

Terrible noise everyday!!! They are renovating for the past few months, if you want to live in a construction site, you may come here!!!

We stayed here for a couple of nights. Despite it being under renovation, the hotel was well presented and offered an alternative entrance to check in, with a comfy and cost restaurant/bar which has a fun selection of games if you have time to sit down with a group and have a drink. We we're impressed by the security measures the hotel had in place and by it's staff, who greeted us every time we walked past reception. Our room was very comfortable, supplying a large double bed, tv and bathroom. The bathroom extras and the tea and coffee supplies were appreciated!

Location close to Amstel station made it easy to get around. Room was basic for our needs and price point. Staff was good. First room had a sour smell but they immediately moved us.

Clean place and welcoming staff. Strategic location for the metro. Available rental service (not included in the room price) for bikes. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel but would recommend the pub at the time (breakfast / lunch / dinner excellent)

The hotel is great, but service was sometimes really slow or unhelpful. Nothing except the room is included, everything costs extras (breakfast for example was not included and costs 13 per day per person)

Spacious modern rooms, high-quality room service, excellent rooftop bar, friendly and friendly staff, there is a bike rental for 18 / day. Great location: in half an hour you can walk to the center and 7 minutes to the bank of the Amstel river. Nearby there are two supermarkets. In-room minibar, hairdryer, kettle and tea accessories. Spacious desk, huge wardrobe and very soft beds. Next time in Amsterdam I will stop only here.

5 minutes walk from Amstel Station? It's a good location. Amsterdam is so small that it's good to stay here! It takes just 20 minutes to get to the central station. 3 stations if you get off the subway, so I'll be right back!
First of all, the hotel was clean, clean and well designed. It looks like it was just a new building, but it was very clean and modern!
I arrived early in the morning and checked in early and the staff was very friendly too ~
It was a very satisfactory hotel except that the water pressure in the room was weak! ^ - ^

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. The lobby is nice, with a cool restaurant attached to it. Only had the breakfast here which was good. The rooms are simple but clean. Only thing I ve noticed is that they don t always change the cups when you use it. It happened a few times, which is weird as the rest of the room is cleaned well.

Was there for a meeting, but this was provided by Casa with great catering lunch was also high class. The appearance of the building was also attractive and stylish. Entirely right. Friendly service too. Parking garage a bit chaotic, but plenty of parking.

Always nice to spend the night here. Spacious room. Simple, not excessive, facilities. Affordable.
