Perfectly decent hotel. The breakfast and free WiFi are great. However certain festires like problematic ehwiers and cramp inducing beds are not ideal.

Very friendly staff, nice location along a small canal (with plenty of quiet residents and ducks), easy location being close to both the Amstel wibautstraat metro stations, breakfast was delicious

Just an awesome place to be.. Location wise it's very near to the metro and tram..The staff was humble and very polite..The rooms were spacious and well maintained..We enjoyed our stay..

Hotel very good in office area, but very close to the train station, about 10 min. the tourist area of the city.

Room clean. Friendly staff and youthful atmosphere. Delicious food in the restaurant. Minus point with coffee and rolls.

World class grill dishes, the spare ribs were awesome. We are only shocked that we should eat on our lap. But if you're willing to try something different, it's really funny. From the outside it gives a very different impression than it looks inside. Just try it. Is super cool.

The beds are super comfortable and I love having fridge and the coffeebar downstairs. My only bit of feedback is that the breakfast staff have a hard time keeping up. So, you can pay 16 Euro for breakfast and not really get very much.

Went only for parking but it was a good spot to park. When we had a problem the hotel staff helped straight away

I m really glad we chose Hotel Casa for our stay in Amsterdam. The room was nice and hotel-level but also the cheapest we could find. There was also a fridge in the room which was super handy! There s a nice roof top bar as well as a restaurant downstairs and lots of places to sit and read/work near reception if you want to get out of your room. The hotel isn t super central but I could walk into the heart of Amsterdam in about half an hour and it s super easy if you have a bike (they also rent them for 15 a day I think). There is a secure area in the parking bay for bikes, although you have to wheel your bike up and down the stairs to get to it (slight ramp on each side provided to make this easier).

Hotel staff was very generous and maintain high standards of customer service. I didn't have an European charger they were generous enough to provide me one. Very luxury and cosy hotel. Definitely next time I am gonna come back and stay. Hotel provides local maps with best restaurants. Breakfast was really good and there is a pub on top floor and bar in the ground floor with food.

We arrived at Hotel Casa after 7 minutes walk from the metro and we were welcomed by Tom and his big smile, who recommended some places to visit.

We arrived quit early, wanting to leave our luggage and go exploring, but the room was already cleaned and we got the key.
The room was pretty and cozy and super super tall!!! And with a nice view on the 7th floor
And their lounge and restaurant incredibly confi.

Next morning we decided to have breakfast( 15 each) and it was worth it. It was tasty and we got it even the second morning. We loved the fact that they changed the buffet on the second morning and probably they are changing it all the time. :)

Ohhh, and not to forget about the amazing sky view terrace on the roof top Hopp that is an amazing place for day dreaming, coffee and love with the cutest guy ever who served us with incredible green eyes and Dutch name that I can t recall:(

Last weekend I came here to visit my friend. As an outsider, there is nowhere to read what the possible rules should be according to the hotel. However, an aggressive employee came to tell us that we were not keeping our distance when she had not even seen it. Instead of to apologize, my friend has now received an official warning. Ridiculous response from Hotel Casa!

Nice and modern. Food here is also REALLY good and its service with a smile. Not too expensive either.

The location is good, close to metro. The restaurant is good, coffee too and rooms are top. The wifi is also very good. The rooms are very minimalist

The staff team was very helpful, the hotel is super modern and the restaurant serves very good food!

The rooms were clean and well presented, pity that the beds were not confortable but the overall experience really made up for it.

Floor 8 has a rooftop bar which is a must see! Reasonable prices for drinks and a great vibe.

You can hire a bike and they will organise you a pass ticket to public transport which is super convenient.

Attended a professional event here. Nice conference rooms. Haven't seen the hotel rooms themselves. The bar and restaurant is nice, recommend the burger.

The breakfast was a bit poor for the price otherwise everything was OK.

Very nice hotel, nice rooms, everything was clean. Public transport is in the immediate vicinity and you can also spend the evenings in the hotel bar.

Very nice very comfortable hotel. Good position at 5 minutes from Amsterdam Amstel train and metro station. Bar and restaurant open until late and meeting rooms fully equipped for presentations and discussions. Rooftop bar open in the summer.

I loved this hotel!
Completely renovated and new hotel. With modern decoration and rest areas where you can read a book or study without being disturbed. Super friendly staff.
cleaning good. On the ground floor next to the elevators there is a tap where you can fill bottles with drinking water.
The room is quite large with a spacious bathroom, the bed is very comfortable. The room has a fridge, safe, air conditioning, hairdryer and cable TV!
The buffet breakfast is very rich and there is some variety. The orange juice is delicious, which is not the usual thing in most of the hotels I have been to.
I don't know the price of the buffet because it was included in the price.
The location of the hotel is a bit far from the center but it has very good conessions, if you take the metro in 10 minutes you are in the center!
In the hotel area there is not much atmosphere it is very quiet.
You have a Lidl and another supermarket very close.
At the entrance to the metro there is a Burger King because there is not much to eat in the area.
The prices are much cheaper than a hotel near the center.
I highly recommend this hotel!

The room we were given had been smoked in and smelled bad, the hotel was full so there was no option to move. Front desk staff was slightly rude.

We would be warmly welcomed, the hotel itself is very nice and well-kept. The rooms are clean and you feel comfortable. The staff is friendly and gave us tips on how to get to the city center and helped us with any other concerns. The city center is 15-20 minutes away by train and the train station can be reached on foot in five minutes.

The rooms are nice, but the cafe downstairs and the rooftop bar are amazing!

The hotel is so hot and you can only cool the rooms 3 degrees. It's cooler outside than my room!

I think it's well equipped in his own category. There is a large selection for breakfast. The only bad point for me was the too soft bed.

The only thing that bothered us was the underground car park. We reserved an extra 20 in advance, in the end, instead of supposedly 5 spaces, only 2 were free and it was impossible to park on them because they were so narrow. Too bad. Otherwise everything was great, including the connection (1 minute walk to the train station, 3/4 stops to the center)!

The rooms are very good, but it is indicated that some employees speak French, but on site, none speak French.
We had made a special request to have the room between 10am and 11am, unfortunately we got it at 3pm like everyone else.

Great location, reasonably good breakfast, but bed was too soft. Overall, this hotel is really nice - and the staff are all amazing. Lots of recommendations, and advice about ordering food to room etc. Annoying that there is not an iron and ironing board in each room - especially if you are travelling for business...!
