We had a great night in this beautiful hotel with good restauran

Student hotel with perfect business meeting rooms. Good good and drinks, good service.

Both students and retired like this place. Clean, beautiful and quiet. Tasty meal. And yes, don t forget to ask for original waffles during checkout.

Very nice luxurious hotel, clean, staff accomodating and friendly. Me and my friend loved the place, the rooms are nice and in my opinion big and everything is very modern. The hotel is definitely more than a 3 star hotel.

The lobby is spectacular, invites you to stay. The rooms are very good and the service is good.
It has a spectacular terrace, but they kept it closed and we couldn't see it ..

Great hotel, good atmosphere and close to city centre

Quite ok clean and tidy. A little small room, forgot to leave the new shower gel. Very nice and helpful staff.

Location is boring But pretty close to the station. Good rooms, good service.

Great stay! The location is a bit out of the way but with the subway you are everywhere in a hurry.

Very good, nice hotel clean and there is the possibility to eat gluten-free. The only drawback is the parking in the parking garage which costs 25 a day. If you want to go to the city center you should rather borrow a bike but it is also too expensive to walk it is very far everywhere I would rather look for an even cheaper hotel further afield if I wanted to go to Amsterdam normally.

We ate at the East57 restaurant. Food was ok. Friendly staff. Atmosphere was pretty good. This restaurant is good for a drink. For meals I would go elsewhere.

I am a regular at this hotel, and last Saturday I was amazed that the reception new my name, and had arranged a room to my liking. Than at my room was a long hand written note welcoming me, when we left the hotel they rushed to hand us an umbrella (as it rained) and then the next day at breakfast they also knew my name. I was shocked. Never ever before in my life, even though I am an very high frequent traveller, have I felt so welcome and recognized.

Taking everything into account, having stayed in thousands of hotels in my life, ranging from 3 stars to the most exquisite hotels, this is my favorite. It has everything I expect from a hotel, done very well, and nothing over the top that would make it ridiculously expensive. Just my perfect mix.

This was an excellent choice for a hotel. The room was similar to a cruise ship in size and form, quite functional. The only drawback was that it was hot. If there was AC, it didn't work. The location was convenient near the Amstel Centrum which made it easy to get into the city. We ate in the hotel restuarant and it was convenient and delicious. The suburban location made it safe and quiet. I would recommend it to anyone.

We were 3 nights very well and comfortable. It is very close to the center and public transport. It has supermarkets next door and a park.

Lovely view from the window, great room service and very relaxing

The rooms were clean, bigger than I expected and the bed was the right amount of firmness. Location wasn't exactly opposite the metro, but close enough; as well, there are a few shops and restaurants nearby within 15mins of walking. Also, staff were very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again if I had to visit AMS.

An affordable hotel close to the center, clean, friendly service.

Nice food nice conference accommodation. Some delay with coffee machines with our large group. Next time make more issue points. Further friendly, easy parking.

Beautiful atmosphere, original contemporary hotel. Very well placed in front of the bus and tram lines. Young and nice team. The little booklet that explains the genesis of the hotel is to keep preciously.

Great place to stay, with an awesome view and location

The rooms where the congres was held were clean and nice looking. The lunch buffet was very good but there was not enough choice for vegetarians. The coffee was good too.

Poor wireless internett connection. But a great place to stay.

We stayed here for 5 days / 4 nights. The price was reasonable, the location was great for access to both trains and trams to the city centre. The room was very clean and a good size. There was also no noise from other guests. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food at the hotel restaurant was also reasonably priced and delicious. Although check in wasn't until later in the day, we dropped our bags at the hotel luggage storage with no problem.

A great hotel for a good price in a good location. In the old town you can walk, but is a bit on the way. Bus connection is available nearby. The hotel has an underground car park, the parking spaces will be charged extra. In our room the furniture was a bit worn. The edge of the bed was really cracked and friable and that is just disgusting when you sit on it. The front desk was friendly and fast. The breakfast is worth it. In addition to sausage and cheese, there are cereals with fresh fruit and scrambled eggs with bacon. The price performance ratio is very good.

The rooms are great and it's right near the metro. Love it!

The location of the hotel was as described.
The staff was courteous and friendly as well as helpful although hardly anyone spoke German.
The rooms may be sufficient for students but not for normal travelers
For example, there was no suitcase rack and a table. For this, the entire window front was provided with a worktop which made a view from the window impossible, let alone the opening of the window
Breakfast is too expensive at 12.50 euros. I would say usury because I am used to different things due to my many business trips.

A hard-boiled egg was also served, but without an egg cup or spoon
There was also no milk and no spoon with coffee

I went there with school for a field trip to experience how the hotel works. It's a really nice hotel, good employees and the stuff they offer to students is just amazing.

The staff was really nice. It has a parking garage on site (20 per day). The train station is fairly close as well. It's well within walking range. The restaurant is mostly eclectic foods. The room is sizable but it does get pretty warm. We tried lowering the temp but the rooms are temp controlled. Overall, it's a nice clean hotel but can be warm at night.

Far from the center but very close to the metro. Place in a strategic point Close to public transportation. The price is adequate for what it offers.

Oyster happy hour on the roof terrace. Recommended in good weather though. Good oysters and a matching wine. Nice, brisk and young staff.

Great budget accomodation with basic services only (no help with luggage, no room service). Modern spacious rooms, very clean, safe hotel outside the city centre. Restaurants, excellent roof-top bar restaurant is always hopping, great views, fun environment. Modern well-equipped conference rooms available, excellent service, professional and helpful staff. Full-service coffee machines (great expresso, capuccino etc...) with conference rooms.

An ideal place for Design lovers. Take about twenty minutes on foot to reach the center of Amsterdam, the best way to discover the city along the canals.

Great stay, rooms have everything u need. Bike rental a bit more than in town but worth the 50odd Km we rode them for - if you not from a cycling nation (or used to hand brakes) good to know that Casa bikes are back peddling brakes (and not very sharp brakes). Great late morning breakfast and view from roof top bar. Our taxi information from multiple front of house staff said 40 euro to the airport however we paid over 60, did leave a bit of disappointment on this note as that is a substantial difference. My advise rather use public transport if u can-allow the extra time rather than feeling disappointed after a great stay in a beautiful town in the summer.

Very expensive compared to the size of the room and the services

The casa is ideally located for a visit to Amsterdam. Only five stations with the metro and you are in the center. The restaurant, bar and especially the roof terrace are great. The rooms could be a bit cleaner though. And in a hotel like this, I expect German to be spoken. Unfortunately it was not the case. Therefore point deduction!

Everything was fine. A little bit cold in first night, but in the second night they turned on the heat. The heat is coming from the floor which is very nice.
