Excellent value for money! But to get to the center you have to take the train 10 minutes and arrive at the central station

Very friendly staff. Great rooms with enough utilities and great comfort. They also have a nice breakfast choice. It is not the closest place to the center; however, it has great connections (bus and metro). In addition to that, it doesn't take you more than 35 minutes to reach the center.

Nice staff, easily accessible by public transport and very modern and stylishly decorated on the inside. Also suitable for events.

Convenient location, but terrible service.

Pros: The hotel is located 5 minutes away from Amstel station. Rooms are nothing to write home about, but clean and in good working condition. If you like tall, hard pillows, you will sleep well.

Cons: Breakfast was barely edible, all canned food the likes of which you get in a cheap supermarket, and no variety at all. Most importantly, the staff were utterly incompetent. And I don't mean one or two, but all of them. One couldn't operate a cash register, three couldn't order a taxi for us, and none could tell us how to use the usual discount vouchers piled up on the reception counter in front of them. I travel a lot, and see all sorts of fancy and humble hotels, but this one beats everything I've seen in years.

Mr.Thomas from East 57 restaurant showed very wrong attitude by just throwing the coffee at me, very poor attitude to the foreigner like who is from Asia, really poor attitude for racism.....

And he arguing me, go and tell manager or Any One you want....really poor behaviour.....

I recommend to all the gest to avoid this racissum hotel......

nice hotel to stay the night only the tv could be better and pizza ordered in the evening they could also be better they had forgotten our room number we had to drive for an hour and a half but otherwise everything was neat

I loved my stay here. The check-in process was a breeze, the reception was friendly and the wifi was SUPER FAST! My only complaint is the restaurant. For breakfast, there aren't many options of foods (but there are 5 varieties of juice). Also, the location isn't the best in terms of nearby restaurants.

Location is very good. Overall clean and neat. The restaurant and terrace are closed at 11:00. The rooms are well appointed. Room cleanliness maybe a little disorientated.

The hotel is centrally located in Amsterdam. A perfect base. And .... The most delicious coffee ever. Recommended.

It is very good accommodation, very complete for what is required in Amsterdam. They have bikes to rent and the staff is very attentive. It is very close to the canal, but a little removed from the center. Still, it is next to the train station and it is very easy to move from one place to another.

It was a clean and modern hotel with all friendly staffs.
Very near to station, easy for travelers.
My flight was at 7 am today, left hotel to bus stop near by hotel at 4:55 am.
At around 5:20, I was robbed by two middle eastern guys on motorbike.
They attacked me from different side for at least 4 times.
It was still dark no one on the street, thought i was going to die.
It was the most scary day in my life.
It was lasting for 5-7 min until another guy passed away. The two guys ran away.
However the tan guy didn t want to help me, he asked me to call police.
I had very good experience in Amsterdam, people are super warm and friendly.
But these three guys, I hope god will punish them.
They made me become racist now.

Love the East57 Bar in the basement. They have awesome coffee! And recently, they also opened their new rooftop terrace. Often crowded and loud, but still a nice place to celebrate your evenings.

We got this room at the 10th floor with an amazing view of the rooftop and the canal. We had an amazing experience. The staff is nice, very well prepared and willing to help. The location is not far from a metro station that can get you anywhere you want. Also, AMAZING breakfast, you have got to try it.

Very overpriced for what you pay for. 2 adults staying one night costs 230 euros. Only plus was location. Breakfast was OK. No AC in room, noise coming from above, below and rooms on either side & outside!

Really good place to stay for business, with good connectivity

The location is alright, quick to jump on the subway and reach downtown Amsterdam. The lobby is beautiful and so is the building, but the rooms are small. The heating doesn't seem to work and there isn't an iron in each room. There's a restaurant connected with the hotel, price is over the top for the portion given.

Located very near to the metro and the bus stations. It will take a good 30minute by any means of travel to reach the major attraction. The breakfast spread is very good and sumptuous. They gave complimentary breakfasts for three days as it was weekend.

Stayed here for a couple of nights on Business. Basic rooms, clean and tidy. Would recommend for a couple of nights stay for work or a city break.

Hotel Casa is at a good and accessible location. The neighbourhood is calm and quiet. You can always go take a walk along the canal. There aren t any markets close by, so you may have to go all the way to De Pjip which isn t very. There are a couple of supermarkets at a walking distance. The rooms are nice and spacious and they come with a good view.

It really amazing hotel from location to shampoo in room :) Hotel located not in city center, but not far from. For us is excellent, firstly, because almost all hotels in city center are in old builds and Casa in new (is a big advantage), secondly, it so quite hotel - best for rest. We didn't take breakfast, but ordered in hotel lobby bar. Service was excellent and food was very taste (and shipper than in town). To Amsterdam-center are buses, train, metro and tram - all stations close to hotel (4-6 min walk). Personal very pleasant and smiling. Every month are hotel's events for quests (as drinks on root or dinner in hotel restaurant) - nice to visit!

Nice place to stay in Amsterdam. A bit outside of down-town but the train is 5-10mins away.
Very clean and the people working there are friendly. Oh, I almost forgot to say they have an amazing terrace on one of the top floors.

Very good stay at Hotel Casa Amsterdam. Room was spacey, well finished and had all the usual mod cons you'd expect. Well located to get into central Amsterdam quickly, about 5 mins walk from 2 Metro stations. Staff were helpful also. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel meets expectations, and in my opinion exceeds the 3 stars of the official category. Location Top near Amstel train station and on a canal with green areas. The story with the combination of hotel and affordable dormitory, which lies in the rooms, comes across sympathetically.

The rather cold and strong blowing house air conditioning in the room, which did not react to switching on the room thermostat and could not be switched off, was slightly disturbing.

On my subtle hint at the second, personal complaint that it could cost up to 2 stars in my rating, a house technician found himself surprisingly quickly, who closed the ventilation grille with tape ;-) Also acted as if he did not have the solution first time applied :-). Because of this reaction (I hope it did not cause it to blow even stronger in the neighboring rooms) and the above. Overall impression 5 stars, also because breakfast and evening service / offer in the hotel bar very good. were.
