Not been here long but the concept of this hotel is so cool. Love Hopp the beer garden on the roof.

Hotel in a great location, clean and modern in style. Courtesy and kindness of the staff and an excellent bar / restaurant inside. Perfect!

Well connected, friendly staff. The beds a little uncomfortable, the mattresses sink too much. Few elevators for the number of floors you have. In general well although improvable.

I went there to have a few drinks with some friends. I didn't see much of the hotel, but what I did see was very positive. Everything is very clean and works as advertised.

I recommend the place to spend a few days in Amsterdam. The only thing is the price of breakfast. For the rest everything perfect.

The coffee in the bar would taste even better if the crockery is sufficiently preheated and the service does not make you wait that long for your order.

Lovely hotel, was very impressed. Excellent price, got a last minute booking easily. Little out of the way from the centre of Amsterdam but its in a quiet area and right round the corner from a metro stop, 3 stops to amsterdam central.

Clean, good facilities (including tea and coffee in room which was nice and topped up everyday), the rooftop bar is amazing!

Staff were friendly and helpful, there were no language barriers.

Location wise it's great, there's a supermarket just up the road, a few restaurants and easy to get elsewhere.

the hotel is great and staff is nice but on the day of my checkout someone from housekeeping threw my book IN THE TRASH, when cleaning my room. who does that?? I got a refund for the book's price but still...

Cold room, very cold and without great luxuries, very modest even, friendly staff but certainly not hotel repeat.

Friendly staff, rooms clean and functional, food choice limited but of good quality. Only down side- rooms are very warm.

Downstairs they have good coffee and the people are nice.

Bit out of the city but excellent transport links take you to Centraal within 30 minutes.
Bright and spacious room; really comfortable beds. Lovely roof terrace with coffee bar and views over the city.
Great service from the friendly staff and good food and beer from ground floor bar/restaurant too.
All at a very reasonable price.
We will definitely be back!

Overall experience is very poor due to housekeeping and soundproofing of the hotel.

Really great hotel! We could check in at noon and were greeted very warmly. The rooms were modern and very well equipped. We could spend the evening in the sky lounge in a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff there was also very courteous.

A not to expensive hotel near a train station and police station. This is definitely a hotel used mostly by business people and large groups for congresses.

There is only one way into the hotel and that is locked during the night and can be accessed both the key card you receive. Same goes for the elevators power/light control in the room.

The room looks pretty basic but the bed is really nice.

Several options to have some leisure in the hotel. Fitness, (cocktail)bar restaurant.

Only downside was that there is construction work going on on the opposite side of the street. So for now this isn't a good place to stay if you want to sleep in. The hotel management did apologise by having a letter up in the room.

So in overall its not a bad place to stay, especially after the area is finished construction work.

Comfortable place, near a transport station so you can go out in day and night. Just check before how to get back.

Hotel with very comfortable and quiet rooms (it is a luxury that the wheels of the suitcases or the voices of the guests do not wake you up), super friendly and professional staff (especially Anna), very good quality - price, with a bar on the super cool terrace. To put a but I would say that the hotel is located a bit far from the center, in an office area where there is nothing, so you have to take the metro continuously, but it is very close to the hotel and five stops from Central Station, true heart of Amsterdam and from which all buses, trams and trains depart.

Close from the station, you are in the centrum in 30 min with the subway. Room are clean, not too small, good bed.

Fresh rooms, good breakfast and 10 min bike ride to the city center. Thumbs up!

Near Amsterdam Amstel station, friendly staff, tasty drinks and a great atmosphere!

The hotel is beautiful, and in a great location, a short walk from the Amstelstation metro station. The staff are very welcoming, very helpful and the rooms are very clean and cleaned every day. The rooftop restaurant offers a superb view and the setting of the restaurant on the ground floor (Restaurant EAST) offers a very nice menu. The value for money is excellent, really! In addition, we are greeted with a map of the city, some information as well as a very pleasant little book telling us the history of the hotel and we were even able to have the keys to the room before the scheduled entry time. (10 a.m. instead of 3 p.m.). I recommend 100%, and if I return to Amsterdam, I know where I will sleep!

In terms of location, easy to reach and the interior looks neat. A great lobby and the rooms are great for giving seminars.

Neat neat hotel ... student hotel? Given the spacious neat layout - a bit school-like - but good rooms for a reasonable price with good breakfast and sustainable food

Very nice . Dynamic environment. Modern decoration. Good situation .tramway at 4.70. Taxi to the center about 22 euros. Attention those with 8 seats at the same price. Very large garden terrace.

Such a fantastic hotel with all the conveniences of getting to downtown Amsterdam. For our stay, we rented bikes from the front desk which run you 15 euro a day per bike, but you get the first day free! The bike ride downtown was superbly easy and straightforward, making experiencing the city stress-free. The rooms were clean and roomy, plus the hotel is tucked away enough from any major road that we were able to leave the window open at night to get fresh air. The beds are Dutch, meaning they are amazingly long (great for someone who is 6'5") and comfortable. Food at the restaurant was delicious and affordable, and the breakfasts were similarly good. There is also lounge space in the lobby with a bar, a must for relaxing after exploring the city by bike all day. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this hotel when we are next back in Amsterdam!

Was here for a business meeting. Weird that there s no way to order drinks and food when you're in the business meeting area. You have to go to the bar to order.

Excellent hotel, modern and with a very good service from the people who attended us. It is not located near the tourist attractions which makes your stay more peaceful. The food of his restaurant was very good and the restaurant with a very nice view to the outside due to its large windows. I would go back to this hotel without any problem.

Good location, clean (and small) room. No room service. If you want a sandwich, it better be daytime - it's part of their lunch menu but not if their dinner menu. No club sandwiches for me... :(

positive: new, big hotel, however, quite calm. no rush in the lobby and in the corridors. friendly and helpful staff. free coffee for 3 check-ins via 4sq. to my feeling the location is ok (5-7 mins to metro station, 10-15 to the Amsterdam central station). tea/coffee in the room, wifi and cable Internet.

could be considered as negative: 1st room had a view on the construction side, 2nd - thin walls and a locked door to another room. the cleaning service is not perfect (sometimes they forget to take empty bottles and don't change blankets and pillow cases every day).

we didn't take a breakfast, but it seems that it's not that good while being costly.
