Great hotel of youre looking for one which is for business people

I have been there twice and if the offers are interesting I will come back without problem. There is a roof terrace to admire the city. You can have a drink. The rooms are very clean and the staff very friendly. There is underground parking. Privilege the individual places by putting you near a wall or between the posts because some places are narrow and certain does not hesitate to put door blows. Thanks to the one who parked next to me! Easy access to the hotel. It's located very well. You have a station right next door to get to the center of Amsterdam.

Cool and cozy. Sumptuous breakfast. Bicycles available on rent and a nice cafe below for some coffee. Nothing to complain

After initial difficulties with the gate of the underground car park, the stay was easy and good! The underground parking space is quite expensive at 25 / d, but we did not have to walk through the city with our suitcases. The hotel also provides a certain number of bicycles for hire, from which we borrowed ones. And by bike everything is really easy to reach from the hotel! For breakfast I can not say anything, but the roof terrace is very comfortable and recommended! The room is for that you only sleep there absolutely fine. I would stay there again !!

Horrible housekeeping.. dirty glasses were not washed properly.. coffee stains still there.. floor not swept well..

Modern hotel, spacious bathroom, extremely nice personnel. Incredible value for the money!! East 57, the restaurant, is also incredibly good for such reasonable prices. The roof terrace is always buzzing with interesting people. One of my favorites in the area.

Very fun, friendly and competent staff. Walking distance to great local neighborhoods.

Best coffee in town. On the glound floor of this hotel, there is a cafe called East57. They really have some of the best baristas in town.

Great location, clean overall. Staff was professional but not overly helpful. Towels were not absorbant and bathtub was old. It felt a lot like a common room on a campus in the lobby.

Great hotel very close to city centre. Staff was incredibly friendly and the hotel room was spacious, very clean and quiet. Bar/restaurant downstairs offer an array of food and drinks which is very convenient. Prices were very reasonable and would absolutely recommend and/or return.

Well located for Amsterdam visitors. In the bar we were on the 1st evening not noticed (served), on the terrace there was on the 2nd evening at 22.15 no more coffee (machine already cleaned) and on the 3rd evening the beds were not made. Also the breakfast is not to be recommended, on us a lot (tables, cutlery) looked dirty.

It's a strategically located facility ideal for accommodation, conference and dinner. It's rooms are clean, breakfast, nice. Given a second chance, I'd choose it again

Very nice hotel. Room clean and big, great view, very good rail connection, delicious breakfast. The only complaint: some guests block the lifts during the day, talk loud at night and listen to 3 music at night ..

Well friends this is definitely a very nice hotel nothing too fancy but it s very comfortable and convenient not far from Amsterdam downtown it s got nice restaurant the staff is very friendly a 10 minutes walk to Amstelstation where you can take the underground to Amsterdam Central,buffet breakfast its so delicious a most have before you hit the road

Our son brought to his student hotel room. Despite the crowds, the key issue went very smoothly. Neat room with double bed, bathroom and large table to study.

Excellent! Clean, quiet, friendly staff. It is not, of course, a central point, but it is very close to a tram, metro, etc. so it suits. I highly recommend it!

Location is convenient to travel anywhere in the city. Very neat and clean. Breakfast is great.

Decent room size and bathroom was OK. Bed was creaky and a bit too hard for me. Worst thing was the non-existent soundproofing though. Our room was in second floor and trucks on the street kept us awake and/or woke us very early. We could hear everything from upstairs, corridor and especially adjoining room as well. And I mean EVERYTHING.

AC was not working but luckily it wasn't too hot in town at that time.

Cleaning staff did not provide bathtowels for two and tried to enter the room even when there was Do not disturb sign on the door.knob. They seemed to start cleaning and making noise very early around the hotel.

We skipped breakfasts and had only one dinner in the restaurant (East57) which I would not recommend but I ve had worse too. Coffee and baristas I enjoyed so plus for that.

Nice place, nothing wrong with it, but for me something is missing to make it a 4 star place. Almost no vegan option for breakfast

This is an interesting hotel that had it's start as student housing, with a hotel side that subsidized the student side, as I understand it. The rooms are streamlined, clean, and the bathrooms are modern. The mattress wasn't that comfortable, but everything else was great. Additionally, the transit station is nearby, and the office will stow your luggage for you until your room is ready.

Not so far or near from city centre, takes approx 30 mins by tram, 5 mins walk from Amstelstation. You need to change the tram to reach the city centre. You can change at either Fred Bolstraat (to 24) or at victoriplein(to 4).
Hotel cafeteria at ground floor is very nice, good coffee.
Rooms are decent with a fridge and kettle.

Value for money more than reasonable.

Good location, tram line downstairs, modern room, nice breakfast and cheap (5 ), however the hotel was under construction and being woken at 9am by a drill is really disappointing especially at price of the night. View of the office building, transparent open bay window style, super awakening ... the staff all the same very nice

Bad .. far from the center. No one speaks Italian. Not even 1 Italian TV channel in the room. The key opened 1 time on 2 the room. In addition, we were charged a credit card for a third bed that was not present in the room and had been canceled. However, when we paid the room bill, we were not told about it but charged after 30 days. Furbetti. There definitely will be back

Modern and nice hotel, a bit removed from the center.

Beautiful, clean, dynamic and trendy. I would say even ultra connected! Well placed to travel in transport and affordable price. And in addition they are nice!

Decent modern hotel in a walking distance from the central. Service was pleasant and room quite comfortable. Could rate higher if the bed were better. The one we had was bent to middle and was very uncomfortable.

Good hotel to stay with nice ambience and good connectivity with Amsterdam central station.

Great coffee and tea selection. The barista staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about their stuff.
The only drawback is that a visit van be a tad pricy.

This year (2016) the BABBQ Amsterdam was held in this hotel. The hotel was easily accessible by public transport followed by a small walk. The hotel itself serious out because of the giant logo on the side of the building, which made finding it a lot easier, I could even put my Google maps away!
The venue was held in a total of 4 different rooms, all of them were big enough for all the participants. The amount of toilets was a bit low (we could only find 3) for this type of event, but it was easily manageable.
The staff was extremely helpful, when we arrived in the hotel we were a bit lost, but one of their staff members got us in the correct direction.

Good atmosphere in the hotel. I had an overnight stay with a colleague in 1 room. You do not sleep right next to each other, but because the room was not very large you are not completely at ease. This will not be a problem if I lie next to my wife;). Good breakfast and we were well looked after by the hosts during the training we had at the hotel.

A modern and clean hotel. Spacious rooms with very nice beds. The restaurant serves great food and has a wide selection of beverages. The hotel is next to Amstel Station, so getting around is very easy.

Good location. 40 walk to Center of amsterdam. Metro and tram close by. Decent rooms. Bike rental tho I found it expensive. Found cheaper options close by. Expensive parking. Overall good and cheap. Would stay again.

The bedroom is amazing and comfortable, at the end of the day you look forward going back to the room. They have strong free WiFi and a nice bar/ restaurant in the lobby. They let you keep your luggage after check out as well.

The hotel is not so nice from the outside but convinced the lobby already with very nice and decor and a restaurant.
The rooms are very classic but you have nothing to complain about. The technology in the room works well too.

Highly recommended! Just 5 minutes from the metro station, from there you go anywhere in 4 to 10 minutes. Spacious, comfortable, excellent service and reception.
