Great hotel. 3 km from the city center.
300m from underground station (5 min underground to city center)
The room was big enough. The staff very nice. There is also the possibility to rent a bike for 15 euros per day, so that you can easily reach the city center.
There is a kebab shop right next to it. The price per night is also rather cheap for Amsterdam.

Loved my stay at Casa. The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly. The hotel has great facilities and the bar on the roof is a very nice place to spend time chilling and having a drink when the weather is good. The only downside for me personally was the bed matresses, they were way too soft and the single beds were tiny that i kept falling off. Still a great hotel.

Great hotel, with lots of people, fair breakfast. The bar and restaurant always has someone (not like most hotels where it's always deserted). The rooftop is always crowded and it is very pleasant

I had short, but nice stay at Casa Amsterdam.

I had short, but nice stay at Casa Amsterdam.
The room was clean and cosy. Huge bed, complimentary coffees and teas. Check in after 3pm , check out til 12am. Underground parking available 20 euros for 24hrs or 3 euro per 1 hour, depends of your stay. Coffee bar and restaurant at ground floor. Bikes available for the guests.
The hotel has easy connection from the motorway and walking distance to Amstel Station, where you can take metro and go to city centre.
24 hours pass for the public transport cost 7,5 euro , which is decent price compared to other European capitals.
If coming to Amsterdam will be happy to stay there again!!!

Perfect location in the south of Amsterdam.
Friendly welcome, very helpful.
Accommodation was perfect, hygiene excellent, good bed.
Cozy rooftop bar where you can drink and eat something.

For a street art enthusiast like myself, parking was a feast for the eyes, spotting various works by artist friends, TOP!

Great place! Nice room, friendly front desk staff, clean and numerous amenities. The location was farther then expected, however it's close to trams, metros and buses with quick access to the centre

The rooms were very clean and wifi was good but the outlets were impractically placed. They we're on both sides of the bed but far down and partially covered by the bed side tables. Very good showers and clean bathrooms. They had a very impressive lobby with multilingual receptionists and stylish decoration. That's all I can really say since I only stayed one night

We arrived 2 hour's before settlement, and it's was not problem at all. The price was'nt high, so I'm pretty happy with my choice, though the mattresses was too soft, and a shower have no side, so the water was all over the bathroom.

Wonderful Hotel!
Specialist serve well.
Take the opportunity to rent the hotel bikes, as they are good and help you get to know the city the right way.
The hotel food is very good too.

Nice hotel, modern. Good IT with regard to e-mails and reservations and arranging things digitally. Lovely room, neat gas room, great bed and nice pillows. Breakfast was a bit sumier ... not very inviting but nice but just not fitting with feeling hotel. A great pity that no decafe was served! The staff, on the other hand, were very neat, cheerful and kind.

The hotel is well located for getting around by public transport or by car.

It is a simple hotel, with everything you need but without great luxuries or added services.

The hotel is very new, clean and the rooms are quite spacious. It is also quiet. The only downside was that there were only curtains on the windows and a lot of light came in in the mornings, but that happens in many hotels in Europe.

The buffet breakfast is good and they also have a cheaper one consisting of coffee, juice and some pastries with butter and jam.

They rent bicycles to explore Amsterdam and there is a train, metro and tram station within a 5-10 minute walk.

The Wife and I stayed here for a portion of our Honeymoon and it was wonderful !!
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable.
The bed was huge and soft.
The staff even set the mood for us by laying rose petals throughout the room! Amazing experience.

Was a good hotel, has a great bar on level 8 has a great view of the city. Was great for sitting around drinking with friends.

The only thing it needs is working AC something not common in Europe. But it is humid in Amsterdam was a sweaty night

Located 1/4 of the city center by metro (lines 51, 53, 54), the hotel is convenient to access (a few minutes walk out of the subway) and quiet.
We had a relatively spacious room, with air conditioning, king size bed, safe, fridge, large work table very convenient.
This hotel seemed perfect for a weekend stay.
Note: Line 12 of the tram will take you directly to the Van Gogh Museum or the Rijksmuseum in less than half an hour.

Until 3 weeks ago I liked this Hotel and its staff, and visited it several times whilst working with eBay in Amsterdam.
I was booked in to stay from the 11th to 13th of September, all paid for in advance, however on the 12th all of my clothes, wash kit, belongings etc. were cleared from my room and it appears they have subsequently thrown my belongings away. Whilst the incident was unfortunate, and I put it down to just one of those things that happen from time to time, the worse thing has been their attitude and general lack of consideration since this all happened.
I was informed on 17th September that they could not find my belongings or explain what had happened to them other than to say they thought they had been thrown away by mistake.
Since then I have sent several emails, spoken to numerous staff and left messages apparently on the General Manager's voicemail but have received no reply trying to find out what I need to do next to get compensation to replace the items. I have even mentioned the fact that if they do not respond I will report it to the local Amsterdam police as theft, and yet this still has not encouraged them to take any action.
I will carry on and I will get compensation for all of my lost personal belongings from this Hotel either directly or if necessary with the help of the local Koninklijke Marechaussee.
My advice, if you stay here think wisely and take care before leaving anything of value unattended in your room...
