The casa is ideally located for a visit to Amsterdam. Only five stations with the metro and you are in the center. The restaurant, bar and especially the roof terrace are great. The rooms could be a bit cleaner though. And in a hotel like this, I expect German to be spoken. Unfortunately it was not the case. Therefore point deduction!
