A very nice hotel with an exceptional location. A spa a little small but very good care and massages.

Stays from 13.07.2019 to 20.07.2019. Hotel very nice baroque decor, breathtaking green space, magnificent sea view of the House, very correct catering, super nice staff. I recommand it.

We have been great here, the food excellent. Unbeatable views. The super spa. The only thing I can say badly, in quotes, is that the hotel is a bit dated and would need updating. The maintenance of the hotel leaves to be desired. That's why I don't give it 5 stars.

Too expensive for what it is. Pool not very clean, cold water for the shower at rush hour. Decoration loaded. Breakfast not so good. Superb view!

Always very good, I have gone to spend my birthday, the only thing, as we have been before and the latter have begun to charge the pool and well with that, we will look for another place, it was plus to use it. Great views, but there are more hotels with the same views.

We had booked for 1 week and we extended by 2 days (stay from August 9 to August 18, sea view) the spacious room with a little outdated furniture but a lot of character. The Transat on the terrace grand Grandiose setting. The view, the exteriors are magnificent and green. The small elevator to join the creeks, the multiple sofas and armchairs to relax in the lounges, The style of the hotel certainly takes us back a few years with its busy decoration but that brings a crazy charm and a real soul (and this changes the modern style) it feels good. The staff are very pleasant (thank you to Mohamed, enric, youssef, manuel, Jessica and the whole team for your welcome). The simple but efficient breakfast in a splendid room with a view of the sea.
Management of the Covid without fail.
Indeed the downside is the very complicated parking. But as far as we are concerned we will be back.

Wot a fantastic hotel. It's not a modern hotel it like if you can imagine were the old film stars stayed wot a place. The food and service all so was fantastic. Beaches close by with a bar restaurant on to and beds to hire

Spacious hotel with spectacular views of the sea. If you like to walk, you have a path between Palamos and Platja d'Aro, leaving from the hotel. A weekend to repeat.

The hotel and its services in general are fantastic, and the rooms have magnificent views of the coast but, and it is very serious, they do not have wifi connection available in the rooms. if you wish you must pay for this service, which in 2016 is considered basic and essential.

The facilities are a bit old and the rooms are smelly. The food is OK and the beach is really nice.

We are so delighted with our stay at the Cap Roig hotel, that we will be back in a few days. And it will not be the last one!

A zero to the hotel staff and the services provided. The only thing that saves the hotel are the good views from the room and the coves.

Yesterday we did a good morning check-out and went down to the cove. Around 3pm we went to eat something in the restaurant but it was closed, so we went to the pool bar. After ordering some sandwiches and wanting to pay in cash, the lady at the bar told me that they didn't make sandwiches because they bring it to them on the weekend and that they only had bikinis and pizzas. He told me that since he did not have a room assigned, they could not serve me. It is the first time that in the bar of a 4-star hotel they leave me without eating having been a customer and on top of bad manners as if I was doing something wrong.

We finally went to eat at the hotel restaurant next door, a disgrace.

The rooms just the right size and decor not our style. Privacy on the terrace and spectacular views. Breakfast as they did magnificent. Another point in favor of the Jacuzzi that we did not have. A couple of pears had just disappeared from the toilet brush and the fridge and no complimentary water.

The stay at the hotel has been very pleasant, wanting to repeat, the beautiful and unbeatable surroundings have captivated us. The hotel staff could improve the attention given to the Spanish, it would be appreciated if the treatment received was equaled to that of other tourists, specifically during breakfast. The room with a spectacular bedroom would be improved with a higher quality mattress. The pool towel would have to be renewed.

A disappointment this hotel ... Very old, the old and deteriorated facilities, the spa is not bad, and the buffet very little variety. Not to repeat, the category of 4 stars would have it when it opened because today you could say it is 2 stars

Idyllic setting we were upgraded very good food parking difficult in the peak season of parking damage

Outstanding food! Both in terms of quality and variety, many options of meat, fish, seafood, salads and desserts.

The outdoor and indoor swimming pools were good too as well as their private beach (I recommend swimming shoes for delicate feet, the sand is not fine).

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating!

The overall look of the hotel is high specs (e.g. marble floors) but there are random things that need fixing, for example the rug to the rooms on my floor was badly tore and the top of the window in the dinning room was broken.

It looks like a pension and not a 4 star hotel. Uncomfortable beds and smelly room. In addition to little soundproofing.

I liked, the hotel.very nice, the food was all good my allergy to milk protein and lactose no problem (there was salmon that I love with cream and I did it without cream) staff all kind one place to go back

Good food, clean rooms, beautiful views and great beaches! However, beware of the following: no slippers or kettles in the rooms, you pay for milk in your coffee, by a double room they mean a twin room. No WIFI in the rooms (you can contact to WiFi in the reception area and in corridors not in your room), The staff although very helpful made quite a few mistakes in our bill which was a bit stressful. The airport bus which is 4 minutes walk from the hotel does not stop at that stop after summer season. Also Google Map times are totally incorrect regarding the bus times even for the main stop in the center of the town.

I liked the location, it is in an spectacular place but the truth is ... ... it needs a renovation ..... small parking and little space ...... very ornate and little cleaning .... ..the spa entered and left with irritated eyes was full of chlorine, we had to leave could not resist ..... the waiters mostly very unfriendly .... and they turned a deaf ear to all the complaints we put ..... it's only worth the spectacular views it has

Exceptional location, nice hotel although a bit old in some details, needs some renovations..Normal breakfast, coffee with milk needs to be better, it is bad machine, dinner good better than breakfast.The good and friendly treatment.

I expected something else, although correct does not look like a 4 star

Exceptional location, clean room and splendid sea view. just small defect in soundproofing and card and indication of games to visit.

It has great views, the buffet is very good, they have fresh fruit and a variety of salads. The waiters with their kindness; and at night the magician with his good show to enjoy with the family, super clean pool. I love this place. I recommend it.

Good views, if you pay extra. The dining room is small if the hotel has a lot of occupation, as well as the parking and the spa. Somewhat uncomfortable spa dressing rooms. All the staff very correct.

Beautiful hotel. I had a jacuzzi in bathroom. Breakfast was tasty. Best value for money hotel i ever stayed at.

This somewhat outdated, rooms and decoration in general, the noble areas are large and spacious, the situation and beautiful views.
What I think they should update above all, are the bathrooms and showers, since people with disabilities or older people find it uncomfortable to have to get into a bathtub or whirlpool. I think they should be able to choose, but the bathrooms and in general are very clean and correct

Hotel with very good views and a lot of vegetation, as a positive opinion.
Very limited buffet with little variety (quite poor) like breakfast.
In general, the hotel needs an extensive renovation, in the rooms (bathroom door -deformed by the humidity of the jacuzzi- balcony access door, down, curtains fallen and unable to close properly. There is no videl in the sink.
The hotel manager is notified on two occasions, making her pass, even inside the room, informing her of some more urgent damages and ignoring our claim. We left without having solved anything.
All this as constructive criticism, because I think they will fix it, when they can. I don't think I will repeat. a greeting

We were disappointed a bit ... for the rooms, we asked for 2 rooms for 5 adults and alfinal gave us 3 ... all very apart from each other and the 3 was room had shower and very small beds ... but for the rest the hotel very nice and the stay was very nice !!
