The location of the hotel is very nice, next to some very cool beaches. The correct food although not too varied. For young children there is no entertainment at night.

The hotel is very well located. It has a swimming pool, lounge, dining room, terrace and is on the beach. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast and food plentiful, varied and very rich. The rooms are large and have beautiful views of the Mediterranean. Without a doubt the hotel has charm.

I can not comment on the views because I had to leave this hotel that has so much name and perhaps it is the only thing that has, name, the treatment to the lousy client, by some manager, or superior, I do not know since he did not even have the education to present. The fact is that I had reserved room with views and not only had no view the room was painful, and tatty. Of course you complain and they tell you very badly that they are full and that is what there is and over with fumes and airs of superiority, a total disappointment on my part.
In my reservation I put with views, but of course if in front of me someone paid supplement we were left without the sea views.
Do not think that they are the only ones with sea views.
I wanted to be in Cap Roig, now just hearing it gives me an unpleasant sensation.

We had a great week's stay in their Marivent Luxury Apartments, a fully equipped penthouse with jacuzzy for a big family. A big thank you to the team for the wonderful breakfast they offered, it was perfect!

Hotel very well placed for a safe stay in the costa brava with beautiful rooms large swimming pool with its bar.
Then you will find down a private beach with a small Chiriguinto hut on the beach which offers very good tapas as well as the fish of the day according to the fishermen's arrival.
On Saturday you have a small welcome concert, and in the early morning you will find a breakfast with everyone on a terrace on the edge of the cliff overlooking the sea.

A beautiful place, a boutique hotel with beautiful rooms and super well equipped. A beautiful spa with indoor pool and a beautiful pool terrace or you eat with a buffet at the top. On the personal side, it is an army that takes care of customers with constant attention. From the reception to the services it's super classy. So yes I strongly recommend Cape Roig, especially since the rates are reasonable. I will go back for sure.

The views of the hotel without a doubt the best. We took a superior room with a sea view, not the kind that overlooks the pool but directly onto the sea and the views were really nice. It is worth getting up early to watch the sunrise and have dinner some day on the balcony. Large room, bed and bathroom. Very good breakfast and also with good views. Friendly and helpful staff and Covid measures enforced. The garden and the pool were very quiet, when we went they also had an extension of the garden with grass and another pool on the adjoining property. The hotel had parking, although a little small and some days it was necessary to park in another parking lot that is 4 minutes away.

After a booking made in February, they reserved a tiny room for us after we phoned from Italy to point out that we were coming with our furry friends. Dogs. We found a room where you can't even move. With a mini balcony facing the parking lot. The bathroom is large, but occupied by a huge bathtub that does not allow movement. The toilet is located where the door is theoretically opened and therefore inconvenient. The cleaning of the room is superficial, the sheets must be removed to be changed. The staff is rude to the Italians. I do not recommend this hotel because for what it costs it is not 4 stars but 2. The buffet is limited and there are always the same things to eat. You are in Italy

We waited patiently 1 hour to find a place, so once we found it we carefully kept this one. The other parking lot is not mentioned anywhere & it is far from the hotel which is inconvenient with a baby!

I remind everyone, do not park the car in the parking lot because it is not insured or filmed. And the hotel will let you down if something goes wrong. Like the last of the customers

- SPA: really disappointing. The water is COLD, people are loud and loud and nobody controls, the sauna is OFF, the hamman DOES NOT WORK (there is a sign that will take months), and there is absolutely no one to ask. Then the detail of checking in at 3:00 p.m. and closing the spa at 6:00 p.m.
- ROOMS: They urgently need a reform. Badly painted old furniture, 150 spring bed (!), Plastic chairs, radiator heating, old style wool blankets ..... The most curious thing? The television only takes ANALOG channels! The digital age has not arrived here ...
- RESTAURANT: Breakfast and dinner are buffet but the food is prepared and served exactly as in a work canteen (hamburgers, roast chicken ...), ideal for truckers who want to fill their belly with whatever, inappropriate for those looking to relax and live well. Obviously the noise in the restaurant (accompanied by the radio at high volume) does not reconcile.
- GARDEN: small garden without the possibility of walking or relaxing, in fact it is a car park.

Hi, been 10 days and the hotel has been the worst in which it was.
Old and poorly maintained rooms.
I had a family room with sea views and you couldn't see anything since there were trees in front of it.
Then they began to do works on the balcony above and began to throw stones and then cement. I was scared as I was with my little daughter and the noise was awful!
I am convinced that maintenance people are not qualified for that type of work because if it were inspection they would freak out!
then the tv didn't work and the girl at the reception called Berta was rude since she was very stupid and she answered me in very bad ways.
the parking is painful because there are only 25 spaces for the entire hotel !!!
The spa was closed early so you had to go yes or yes!
Just congratulate the entire restoration team as I give them a 10! both food and service!

It was my second visit to Hotel Cap Roig.
The place is amazing and hotel/kitchen an spa was with a high level.

However, I am totally disappointed with the staff at the reception of the hotel.
I have asked to change my room to a room with a view and they charged me 20 , telling that I am doing the change personally.

However, on the webpage of the hotel and at the booking the charge of the change is only 10 , ant the worst was there was the availability of rooms because of the low season.
No commercial strategy was incorporated to make customers come back.

Also, there was bad communication within the staff, it seems that even the employees don't know how thing works, and no personalized attention to the customers.

So disappointed, I wouldn't recommend people this place, there are good hotels nearby also to visit.

Beautiful location: friendly staff staff cleanliness geographical location. A little paradise!
