The Hotel is fine although it needs some renovations and maintenance. Cleaning could improve as well.
Average hotel, on arrival we changed rooms twice, the first time because we had requested a sea view which we did not have and the second time the cleaning had not been done from the previous people! We therefore lost almost 1 hour !! When we left we had more drinks so we lost 1 hour to explain to them !! Bathtub full of limestone

A horrible experience This is the worst hotel I have been to. Since I entered through the door everything has been problems. The first thing was to be circling in its tiny parking lot because I infer that they have more rooms than parking. I opted to call and ask, and the suggestion was to park quite far and come walking. At the reception desk it was obviously full of people complaining. Once they gave me my room, they had made a mistake and they had to give me another one. This other instead of having a double bed as we booked, had two small beds with an extra flat pillow, a tiny TV, an empty minibar and if you do not pay 6 euros a day ... without WiFi. Access to the beach closes at 8pm. Then we decided to go to eat and with all the lost time we missed the buffet. They have a chiringuito where they lacked refreshments, sandwiches and pizzas. The service of the chiringuito towards comments on changes of unfair shifts instead of attending to us. Then the dinner again horrible. It is all chaos. This comment is being written while I am sitting waiting for someone to deign to assist me while I hear complaints from other people around me. I would not go back, and if you are lucky and read this before coming ... trust me and look for something better.

We went on the weekend of 13/10 to celebrate my mother's birthday as a family and it will be unforgettable. Highlight the delicious food, quality and variety. We booked the rooms with sea views with jacuzzi, spectacular !!!! And what to speak of its SPA "Sa La Mar" very complete, ideal to relax.
The entire team of reception, dining and cleaning, very friendly, special mention to Mari Ange, good professional, attentive and friendly.

Very beautiful league, magnificent view. The hotel rooms are quite spacious. The built-in Jacuzzi is definitely a must to relax. The pool is well maintained like the majority of the hotel. The food is more than good and the staff is very caring. Several languages are spoken, so no worries to communicate. The only negative that I found: -nothing animation, it is a hotel before any relaxation.-is far from any trade, to refuel you must go directly to the city center, otherwise it will cost you clearly more expensive inside the hotel. Otherwise I had a great stay, it deserves the 5/5.

In general very good everything, but the room was not very big and with two beds, instead of marriage. The spa has disappointed us a lot, the water in the pool was cold, the jacuzzi was not working and the hamman was not running until someone arrived. The Buffet very well, but they would have to put the names of the dishes, you had to ask ... Regarding the facilities it needs a reform all in general. The unbeatable, beautiful site, that's why if they fixed and refurbished it would be a 10 hotel.

Spectacular in its location and facilities. In the middle of the coastal path, surrounded by several small coves to which you can go down in the hotel's own elevator. The pools and the garden to relax with spectacular views of the coast. However, it has two faults for a 260 per night hotel: the dinner buffet, very poor and the furniture and decoration, very outdated. Free private parking.
We asked for a room with a sea view and upon arrival we found a shabby interior room, with humidity and 4 beds.
Add to all this that the hotel was under construction. When we go to reception to complain, the director attends us, with a very unprofessional treatment. He hides that he does not run the website through which we make the reservation and practically refuses to give us a solution.
Finally, we decided to leave, but not without first discussing with the director so that, at least, he could provide us with the complaint form.
Honestly, an absolute disappointment, since it was a birthday present and we had traveled quite a long way to sadly end up losing the reservation and the illusion due to the dire scenario and subsequent treatment.

We went with a 2 year old boy and the first big surprise was an amazing ball castle which made his delight during the stay. The fridge in the room. The pool with q area covers little, the rich buffet, elevator to the beach. A little old but with a lot of personality in the decoration, incredible views and location. Free parking there or in the vicinity, we had no problems. We will be back.

The rooms are dated and the decor of the hotel is outdated. Dinner and breakfast are excellent. A real plus for the view of the room is beautiful. We were in the EDEN ROC 3 weeks ago and very well, we have been in the CAP ROIG these 3 days and it leaves a lot to be desired. Excellent food and beautiful setting, but the rooms are very noisy because they have zero insulation. While the neighbors filled the bathtub you could not hear the TV. We had to wait 45 minutes because they had to fix the room ... anyway. Comfortable beds I doubt it will come back. At least the price was very cheap and you can not demand too much either.

Outdated hotel that urgently needs renovation and improved maintenance. We had a room with beautiful sea views. It has direct access to the cove and a free spa. You have a bar service at the pool all day until 12am and a restaurant with barbecue. The breakfasts are very complete. The right staff attention. Free parking spaces are very limited and there are 10 minutes walking to the town center. The first section is on the road without sidewalk.

I made a call the day before to make sure that there were designated areas for pets, obviously apart from the room. They answered yes, but that the restaurant and the spa were strictly forbidden for dogs to enter, which seems to me 10 because if they allowed it it would be an important lack of hygiene. When we arrived at the hotel and checked in, we were told and I put it in capital letters so that there is no doubt, THAT THE DOG COULD ONLY BE IN THE ROOM, THAT IT COULD NOT BE IN ANY OTHER STAY IN THE ENTIRE HOTEL, AND THAT IN THE BAR THAT IS JUST IN THE ENTRANCE OF THE HOTEL WE COULD NOT BE IN. Upon hearing this, I told them that I had called the day before to confirm all the limitations that had with the pets and that they told me that I could be in all the rooms except the spa and the pool. The hotel's response was that they were very sorry but that they had hired new staff and were uninformed. As for the comment that the hotel tells me that I am a lucky person to feel scammed for free, it seems to me a very serious lack of respect because a good professional should never attack a client with or without reason and unfortunately it did cost me money because I spent days on vacation from work to end up at home, 4 hours on the road, and tolls. We made a reservation at this hotel for a weekend, for personal reasons we had to be accompanied by our pet and that is why we chose this hotel because the website indicated that they accepted pets. Being aware of the problems involved in going to places with animals out of prudence and to avoid all the problems that I later encountered, I made a call the same day in the morning to make sure that the dogs were accepted in the hotel and that there were areas enabled for them. The hotel told me that there was no problem with the dog and that it could be in the room and in the areas enabled for it, the surprise was that upon arrival after 2 hours of travel and with the corresponding expense in tolls, it is that upon arrival and to do the checking (which lasted an hour by the way and with a very unpleasant girl) they tell us that the animal can only be in the room and that there is no space in the entire hotel where it can be except the room. Obviously this was a very serious problem because I do not go to a hotel to leave my dog locked up in a hotel room for 2 days and not being able to have breakfast or have a beer or have anything in the company of my pet. The first day we ate from the menu and it took a long time between courses. The first course was rather weak, but the second was better.
The other days we have had breakfast, lunch and dinner from the buffet. The weakest Friday but Saturday was quite good in variety and quality. It should also be noted that we were in low season (December) but it was a long weekend and there were quite a few people.
