Big problem with the spa, cold water not pleasant at all. My great regret, I who wanted to relax in these rather cool afternoons. For the rock concert on Saturday night, exceptional guitarist, but too loud the decibels, and not suitable for an evening in this hotel.

It is a pity that such a pleasant location is managed so badly.
After our stay in June, we booked a week in September asking to visit the different rooms to find the one that best suited our needs (dog + 1 month old baby) precisely because we wanted to avoid being surprised at the last second.
They suggested we call back to remember the booking in the second half of August and to date they have not been able to confirm the requested room for September 2nd.
They made no attempt to find a solution and meet the needs of their customers ... we were forced into the uncertainty to cancel our booking as we could not run the risk of finding ourselves in a smaller room less suited to our needs despite the 'we had done this since June. It is definitely not a 4 star hotel behavior.

First of all give the congratulations for having made two customers wait 3h for not knowing how to manage a check-in from an external provider such as Rumbo.es. The communication shines by its absence among the staff of reception, nor the responsible one of reception knew how to do the check-in ... lamentable. You can not know how to do the check-in, maybe it's the first time it happens but it can not be that a person knows how to do it and the 4 or 5 that there was at that moment no! The mouth and the communication serve for something. I take to say that both personal and exploited is not the best efficiency in a job ... the poor girl who attended us had not even eaten, but what is it? Once already 3h after having called Rumbo and to give us solutions (poor of them who were not at fault giving us solutions and apologizing, which the hotel has not done) we decided to go to the hotel to say that we booked and that we would already claim the money from Rumbo, a fact that surprised us that one of the reception had already checked-in.

Once inside the hotel the room was fine and the exit to the perfect coves, also the exit to the terrace with the pool was correct with an area to be, but the spa did not work even half of the things (neither the jacuzzi nor the saunas).

hotel comfortable, resting, well relocated, our room with sea view exceptional and very clean. Discreet and welcoming staff. Evening and morning buffets very good: varied and hearty. Only point to improve significantly: the welcome drink (not the height) .Note: our room reserved was upgraded without price increase.

Very nice view of the turquoise sea, staff nickel very good home catering buffet free just what you need fresh and good products.
Room with Jacusi in the bathroom convenient after the beach.
In short, I would advise him around me.

When you arrive on the "private parking" open to the four winds you immediately understand that your vehicle and its body will not be safe so when you are sold a stay with "parking" it is not true. .. Ah if there is another 500m from the hotel, it's super convenient !!! No sleep in this place do not be fooled by the display which offers you breakfast until 11 am because at 10:15 am everything has disappeared.

The lack of a real old-fashioned outdoor bar, rather than an awful area with a bar worthy of a fan club or a 2-star campsite, low-end music the day around the pool , unworthy of a so-called 4-star, the lack of a real restaurant rather than a buffet, certainly good, would also be appreciated for this category. PLUS, this is the crazy location of the hotel, with direct access from the hotel tel (elevator ...) to creeks and beaches by a footpath, certainly the most beautiful location in the area. Disappointing.

Disappointing.
The spectacular entrance, from here everything to worse. Rooms with little cleaning, dirty swimming pool, in the buffet they press to finish 20 minutes before the kitchen closes. Those responsible are not present.

A very pleasant hotel with its private beach. The lift takes you directly to the beach. The water is very clean.
You can request a room with the jacuzzi with sea view.
A diverse choice at the culinary level.
You can reach the city on foot 1 / 4h from the hotel because the downside is the parking lot is lacking .
We had been there 5 years ago and we are back with pleasure !!

We had booked the premium room, which was right on the sea, with a fantastic view. The room was very comfortable, so we felt really comfortable. It is a very quaint hotel, with many nice seating and very tasteful details. The location is of course unique, the view from the terrace of the restaurant incredible, the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and the food was good. The room smelt musty from not being used. But there was a view of the ocean. It is not too far from Patja d'Aro and you are next to a smaller beach. In general we enjoyed our stay most of the staff were really nice and helpful but there were a couple that were borderline rude.

The hotel, the views, the setting, the rooms and its charm make the place a place to repeat. The only thing is the meal times .. Something more is needed, at least until 4 pm. Very nice, romantic hotel that invites you to relax, although it is an old building is very well preserved and clean. The food is not much variety but it is good. At the reception I was greeted by Yennifer, I specified that I had been given a special room but he ignored it and I exchanged it for another one, he told me that the hotel was full and that if I did not like it, when I saw the room I went down with the corresponding one I pissed off and they changed it for me. - First, a room without heating, with an insufficient heat pump. Other people complained in reception for the same reason.
- We went down to the spa, and only the pool was available, at low temperature because "it had been damaged".
-We went for the welcome appetizer, and they put a plate with the leftovers of a bag of potatoes ... when we complained, they told us that "they did not offer this service, but they would do it exceptionally".
