Excellent hotel, but the big difference is the people. Highlight for Patricia (from the reception) who always answered me as if I was coming home (a love). After all, it is priceless to be welcomed by name. This differential elevates any company to excellence. <3

The elevator from the garage to the rooms doesn't work, you have to go down the ramp carrying your suitcase, if you don't want to leave your car with a valet. I tried to negotiate breakfast, which was not included in the reservation, and there was no negotiation, it costs 40 reais per person. Elevator, only 2, with the policy of each family in one. I used the stairs all the time. Shower very strange, it seems q is missing a part in the spout, because water gushes like a spout. The beds are very good, the room is large, and the TV is tiny. I did not find the air conditioning control, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom..For the price charged, it is not a good cost benefit. There are much better hotels in BH, at half the price. But the location of this one is very good.

Hotel has a good location, is in front of BH Shopping (best shopping in the city) and has great structure. Clean rooms, room service with good options, average breakfast and swimming pool (which, depending on the season, cannot be used because it is in a colder region of the city). Impeccable service from the staff, always friendly and willing to help with whatever is needed.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in until today. Breakfast in particular is the best of all for sure. But all services without exception are note 10.

I was unable to connect the Wi-Fi to the computer in the room. Not via cable either. Impossible to work. They did not pay much attention to the problem. They didn't solve it.

There was no food on the menu and the pasta was horrible.
