The hotel is super, the cuisine is very tasty and varied. Great beach, bars, restaurants are open around the clock ... I advise both couples and without children ... thank you very much for a great time .. everything is super.
I do not know Mr. Aykan, but the hotel had a plus as there were deficiencies, we stayed 4 nights from the first day of the holiday.
1-My family could not leave the restaurant thanks to the hotel facilities (The food was very nice, plenty of variety was available, we ate in abundance, restaurants and bars were very clean, the staff took their precautions well) 2-hotel is a hotel with a russian concept, it is necessary to accept this, but even if not all employees approach like this, Turks are treated as 2nd class.This is not a good thing for your hotel (Taking customers around the hotel, etc.) 3- The cleanliness of the rooms was nice, the missing mini bars were filled very little in the rooms The all-inclusive concept rooms had 3-5 kinds of 2-3 acidic drinks and 2-3 water instead, the cupboard could be filled. 4- The working staff were really polite and friendly, the kitchen and bar staff were full of hands, they put it in a lot. 5-DJ should really change the repertoire even direct animation entertainment etc. Systems should be changed, it was very incomplete. 6- The shops at the bottom of the hotel were really expensive, they are sold for euros considering the Russians, but it should not be forgotten that there are Turks at the hotel. 7- The hotel's ventilation system should really be checked again, some air conditioners were working very well, but you may be out of breath in the morning when the door is open automatically or when you close it at night.

Booked on the spur of the moment, in the holiday pre-season. Area very nice and well-kept, rooms okay, we had probably caught the wing with the next renovations, but functional, clean and perfectly adequate. Excellent food, huge selection, something for everyone. Whoever goes hungry here is to blame. The offers were a little limited according to the season, but still nice and well thought out. The staff is consistently friendly and accommodating. All in all, a clear recommendation for everyone who is looking for relaxation and not a party holiday.
Hotel is very clean, and the staff are very nice and accommodating. At the reception we got a drink and a towel to freshen up. Rooms are normally furnished and clean. Food is varied and good, very large buffet. Fridges with water are distributed throughout the facility. The facility is also very well maintained. In the area around the hotel it is unfortunately very luscious, only dried out fields and empty houses. Please do not rent a car directly in the hotel, they charge 45 for 1 day, outside of the hotel we got 5 days for the equivalent of 120 , with the excursions it was better to book in Antalya and not pay in . Hotel is good but the area is very remote. Ideal for people who just stay in the hotel.
It is a good hotel for young couples and small families. The service is very friendly and helpful. The hotel and the pool are clean and well maintained. The rooms are hygienic and relatively large. A minus would be the pebble beach and the sea, too much algae (and other dirt) are washed ashore.
This resort used to be wonderful, we were there before the renovation, unfortunately we were completely disappointed this year. Except for one point, changing rooms was very quick. The hotel is very badly soundproofed, you can hear everything that is happening in the hallway or next door, so we asked for a new room, at the same time we got in touch with TUI and asked for another hotel, because the changes made us already on the 1st. Day were aware. The next day we got a new and larger room (two separate bedrooms, each with a bathroom and balcony). The rear room was absolutely quiet, the front room only disturbed you when it was very noisy in the hallway.

The food has become very monotonous, and very unhealthy, if you want to eat halfway healthy and varied, there is hardly any choice left, except for the less healthy things you get every day. (Salads consisting of cucumber and tomato) and hand-fruit. Then our son got his first Salmonella infection there, we ourselves always made sure to wash the fruit again, but in the end he can get it from the salad. At the age when he can get the smear infection he is no longer, he is also very well informed about the hygienic rules of school, sails and other ship journeys.
Anyone who knows the food on TUI ships (MS Flotte) has no choice but to be mega disappointed.
Another big deficit is the children's entertainment areas - the three slides are open exactly 2 hours in the morning, late risers who want to have breakfast beforehand have bad cards. In the afternoon you open the slides again from 2pm to 4pm, which the parents with small children who take an afternoon nap also miss.
The bouncy castles that were built in the early evening are no longer there either, they are only taken out to parties once a week and only after 9 / 10pm which is absurdly late for toddlers.
Relaxation is very far behind; people from the animation team keep coming to the booth in the morning and shouting their games in Russian, English and German. There are hardly any relaxation areas. These still existed back then. Non-smoking areas are far too little signposted and even in the few designated non-smoking areas that are available, no attention is paid to them and the staff tolerates smoking. Which is of course a no go for families these days.
Furthermore, we noticed the madness that went to the tables in the main restaurant, where one or two entertainment devices (smartphone / tablet) the parents / grandparents usually roar in Russian from almost every table and entertain the children while eating. In our opinion, that's more than uncultivated. We have been living in Berlin with our son for 15 years and regularly go to restaurants here, we also travel a lot for work in the USA, Canada and Europe, but we have never experienced anything like that. That is more than annoying and, hand on heart, not good for the little ones.
There were also days when it was no longer possible to get a deck chair by the pool and that morning at 10 o'clock.
So clearly for us never again! Shame about the money, but 5 stars is definitely not worth it.
Very nice and clean hotel. Just invites you to enjoy and relax. Food varied and good. The only drawback of this hotel is that there are too many Russians. Unfortunately, when they eat, they believe they are the only ones here. And the partly young staff is a bit overwhelmed when the hotel is full
It was gigantic, many attractions for young and old. Staff from the hotel was super nice and helpful, the rooms always well cleaned and the food was bombastic. You can only recommend it on such a nice hotel team.
We opted for the honeymoon. I've stayed very satisfied. Staff very friendly and helpful. The food is great. Cleanliness super. The staff was very concerned. We had a great time. (Only the beach sand and sea are constantly wavy. Perhaps we love the pebble beach.) So far we have had many hotel experiences but this place has received full points on the price and 5 stars. You can expect "the" family hotel with an all-round feel-good service. Nothing to complain about. If so, it would be on a very high level and that's why I leave it ;-) Special thanks go to Murat (service), Hakan and Tante Eis (spa) and the entire TUI team for children's entertainment, as well as to Nalan. In general, there is a lot on offer for the little ones and the children are lifted to heaven.
From the transfer to the check-in to the room allocation it was the perfect start. We were 4 families and the hotel arranged that we could all actually be accommodated in the same building and floor. Top!

Hotel ok! Clean! It has the sea! Acceptable food! Clean pools! Children have places where to play. They have slides! The trip for the Romanians was not a guide and we did not get along with them! This is the second time in this resort, and it is getting better each time. It is great and clean hotel . The facility is great and nice. The rooms are good and comfortable. The people working here are always friendly a d professional. The only minus is the great value of bad behavior of some (Russian) people s. But a..ho.... are everywhere.
The hotel offers a lot of activities. Be it daily excursions into the city or a tour with the quad this hotel always offers something. I can only recommend the spa area to everyone here, as they are specialists. They explain in detail what has been dealt with, etc. There are also negative things, but this is more personal, the Internet sometimes loses connection strength. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Always too friendly for short conversations and jokes.
