I am resting in this hotel now. We stopped on 26.08. 2020. Departure flight QU4313 was delayed by 12 hours. We arrived at the hotel at 21.30. We were fed and placed in rooms. Rooms are old but clean. The room has air conditioning, but the heat in the corridors is unbearable.
I'm not a picky person, but I decided to write a review for A la Carte restaurants. Belek beach offers three such free restaurants: fish, Italian and Turkish. We were interested in fish.
At the information gathering, the guide Said Anex tour told us that we need to come to the receptive at 10.00 and sign up. The next day we came to the reception desk, where they write to this restaurant and we were told that we need to come up on Saturday at 10.00 on the day this restaurant will work)) We did just that, at 10.00 we were at the reception desk, and there already, it turns out there are no more places, all the places were taken by those who came earlier. So why deceive people and say that there are these restaurants if they have limited space. There were six of us. And as it turned out, this is bad. The girl who wrote the list said that if there were two of you, then yours is possible, but six, sorry not ... Let's go to the guide, he promised to solve this issue, said to come at lunch ... in the heat of 40 degrees, they came, but the question has not been resolved ... So I am writing for others, to get into A la Carte , you need to take a queue and not the fact that you will get there ...
And I want to appeal to the administration of the "Belek beach" hotel that if you are doing such an advertisement for yourself, please, provide places for vacationers. And then a fish restaurant, for example, is open only on Saturday and Wednesday. You may need to add more days if all do not fit on the days you specified ..
