Drinks were very expensive. Was clean and nice though

A very comfortable spacious room overlooking the sea. I lived on the 17th floor. The lighting system and the decor were amazing.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Barcelona with a pool located on one of the top floors. Different lounge rooms and a shopping mall located right next door. I really have nothing bad to say about this hotel. 10/10 would book here again.

Very well located and with good views. As soon as we enter we see in booking that the room costs 40 euros less than what the receptionist offers us, I imagine it is the policy they try to nail you with a suitcase in hand thinking that you will stay, but not, we wait to make the reservation n booking. The gym is ridiculous as I arrived I turned around, the exercise devices that are in the parks have better performance and space. The pools are great, hot water and good views, but beware. There is no one to calm the euphoria of the guiris of being in a country with sunny days .. The room leaves much to be desired, windows and blinds blocked, spots of dried blood on bathroom glass, there was no toilet brush but if a container for this , you look stained, wet bathroom ceilings and half a screen with a non-adjustable shower head, that is, if you put pressure on it, all the water came out. Better less and take care of the details more and neglected. Regarding your answer, I commented to you that I do not have to enter and waste my time writing a review for what you put in doubt what I expose. It's the usual technique, balls out. You can not give me as an option to be able to play sports two scarce 10 square meters. I think a 4 star hotel should be in better condition and better facilities, with the views do not compensate for these shortcomings. Regarding the price, the margin was quite broad to be a simple discount of booking, not counting. Thank you for taking the time to respond and do your job as best as possible.

Lovely hotel, a bit out of the centre of the city but not too far. Great staff, rooms are as you would expect for a 4*. I would stay again.

More than five stars to this beautiful place.
We visited in December and booked a sea facing room. The room was exactly as in pictures. It was my birthday and they sent over cake and champagne with a birthday note.
The heated pool on 23tmrs floor is amazing!!
The service, lobby, sauna, coffee - Superb.

The staff are extremely pleasant, diligent and accommodating. Rooms are functional, clean and the hotel is situated in a really convenient part of Barcelona with access to shops, 100s of places to eat and travel links to just about everywhere.

Nice hotel. Was there for convention. Convention Center 200 meters.

It has been disastrous! First a room that the heating came cold air and the bathroom door did not close. The solution we were given was a change of room, in this the heating if it worked but every 15 minutes it seemed that we had in the room a flamenco platform in full performance of heels, the solution we were given was to turn off the device, and so We did, in exchange we spent the night with cold and the next day we were half bad, so when we said it again they moved us to a third room and gave us breakfast.
But it did not end here, the last room has leakage from the bathtub and the whole floor is flooded, the solution that they gave us, was to put 3 towels to soak.
Chance? Gafes? Or simply a disastrous hotel? They should catch the stars and fix the flaws with them

The personal assistance is very good. We were hosted on the 24th floor. The views were towards the city. Very cool both day and night all illuminated.

Treat yourself and stay here! Great hotel, with nice views, both on the city and sea side. The rooms are cozy (better than seen on booking). The rooms might need some renovations, but the equipment is new, towels are snow white and soft, luxury toiletries. Free minibar with refreshments and beer renewed every day.
Good and fresh breakfast. Hydromassage in the room which was quite new and worked perfectly
And as addition to this, they gave me nice cake with candle for my birthday

my wife and I stayed with you for four days. The first room did not exactly meet our expectations and the booking. How you dealt with the complaint was great !! You have promised us a new room without further questions for the next day. This room was exactly as we wished!
The service at the front desk was always very polite, nice and helpful, so you wish that as a guest! Thanks a lot!
The breakfast is completely priced and delicious. The service in the breakfast room was really great! Never has an empty plate been on the table for more than a minute, compliment !!

Nice business hotel in general, but I would not recommend it for a city trip. Metro and Taxi take like 15-20min to get into the city.
Rooms are a little worn down, but still OK for that price. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful as expected.

The hotel as a whole is not bad, but there are negative points: I don t know what they have with sewage, but the water is in the bathroom (you have to wash your ankle in the water) and in the sink - it is half instantly filled with water and maybe in 5 minutes after turning off the tap, leaving ... And in the evening on the balcony is also a characteristic smell of sewage ... Next to the Hilton hotel .. I would not be surprised that the same is there! But for the level to which the Barcelona Princess claims such problems are not allowed. With WiFi, too, do not understand what ... Complicated registration system through a special page, but even so, for certain phone models (in my case, Sony), WiFi will still be limited, only individual applications and slots. When we arrived at the hotel, there was a tray with dirty dishes and bottles at the door of our room ... It was a long time ... It was removed only when I turned to the reception. Beautiful views from the top (transparent elevators also allow you to see the center of Barcelona from a height). The hotel lobby is magnificent, as is the cafeteria. The staff is very friendly and friendly.

Great Businesshotel opposite the Convention Center, 5 minutes from the beach. Bus to the city Center stops in front of the Hotel. 2,20 one way. 30 minutes to the airport by Taxi. Large business area on floor one incl. printers. Good workplace in the room, free Minibar (soft drinks, beer and water). Shopping Center beside hotel, Mama Tapas bars in the area

One of my favorites, I always repeat. The attention has always been very good, the rooms and the bed fantastic and the breakfast very correct. For the one that comes from tourism, the location is perfect: taxis, metro and tram almost in the same door. As a downside I would say that it lacks maintenance, especially in common spaces. Edit: I do not think it can be considered "gym" as there is. If some day they decide to improve it and expand it, they will have an unconditional client here :)

It is in the north of Barcelona and I only go to the bathroom so I can not say much but it is very luxurious and beautiful.

Excellent hotel and excellent value for money. Great location near the sea and the subway. Free drinks in the mini bar. Great view of the sea and the city. Free sauna. Outdoor pool on the 3rd floor with hot water therefore usable even out of season. Good cleaning and excellent staff availability. Safe and fusion wire with different channels. Linen and sheets changed every day. Excellent bathroom kit with bathrobe, beach towel, shampoo, bath foam, slipper, etc. Negative notes: internal restaurant with high prices therefore to be avoided. For two days no working TV and no wifi in the room. The bidet does not have a dedicated towel. Breakfast at exorbitant prices. For 23 euros each per day it's not worth it.

Great Hotel. Friendly Staff. New building. Great view of the sea or the mountains. Can see Tibidabo and Segrada Familia in the distance. Very good breakfast buffet. Close to the metro station and Diagonal Mar Mall. Within walking distance of the beach and museums. Highly recommend.

Very good attention excellent sea views, very comfortable rooms and full of details (Bathrobe and slippers, Minibar included ...) Definitely preferred option for future visjes.

This is the worst hotel ever. The staff hangs up on you MULTIPLE TIMES. Do not stay here. Better hotels like Hotel Montecarlo are worth staying at because they value their customers. The only reason people stay here is because it's near the conference center. There are better hotels you can stay at.

Old furniture, terrible mattress. Strange shower room, maybe another room is better, not worth the asking price, better to rent an apartment.
