Very cold water which did not let us enjoy the day of the pool as we planned.

We went to the company dinner, floor 2 and 3. The dinner was good, but the nightclub dancing area was small. Place well located.

Rooms especially furniture need some serious updates. Location is nice for shopping and across the street from congress Centre. Staff is very nice and friendly. Free daily minibar refill was a really nice touch.
I just wish the windows can open in rooms without balconies.

This hotel is our favorite in Barcelona. Price quality is good for those who like more modern hotels. Breakfast is very extensive. Close to the beach, safe. Pleasant neighborhood with shopping opportunities due to a large shopping center with many restaurants. 15 minutes from the center with metro. Swimming pool is nothing but all together we always come back here. Recommended!

Really nice hotel at good prices.
Minibar is free and the pool on the 23rd floor is heated. Next door is a large shopping center with everything your heart desires.

4 nights in this hotel for a business trip, but only one night without incident. Wrongly accused of smoking in the room I was disturbed 3 times in the same night before they realized there was an alarm failure. No excuse, nothing. The 4th night this same alarm went off at 4 am. I stayed 10 minutes while waiting for the technician to arrive to change the alarm again.
When checking out, not having time to explain my problem, I asked that I be contacted so that I could tell about my inconvenience, but I never received anything.
Extremely disappointed with the service, I can understand the technical problems but not the treatment given to me afterwards.
I often go to Barcelona for work, I am not ready to return to the Princess.

Clean rooms, generous staff and awesome food/drinks

Spectacular facility 2 steps from the center of barcelona and close to other places of interest. Spacious and modern rooms equipped with all comforts and from which you can admire the whole city, highly recommended ......

It has a great location, is opposite the diagonal sea shopping center and very close to the beach, unbeatable facilities, good service and very friendly staff

The hotel staff was all great. The shopping center is not even 5min. walk away !! It was great and the sea is close by. Everything was perfect. The only thing that was not great is that there was taxi strike and that there is no balcony in the hotel or any other exit for the smoker. I had to wait a long time on the lift until I could smoke. Everything else tiptop. I can only recommend.

Nice hotel and attached to mall with good supermarket

Great hotel in a great location. Free mini bar with a beer and some waters. Modern, clean building with friendly staff and right next door to a great shopping mall. Also just a few minutes walk from the beach. Recommended.

The hotel is just great! Price-performance ratio just great!

The location was just perfect. Not too central but not far away from the shot either. We had a fantastic view of Barcelona, the Sagrada, five guys and everything else.
There is a bus stop, a tram stop and the metro stop at the hotel. Just perfect!

Good location, especially for those participating in conferences at the neighboring congress center. And to the center by metro close. Good value for money.

From the minute 1 of arrival at the hotel you feel that the stay will be very close to excellence, ideal rooms for relaxing especially with sea views, waking up looking at the sea was fabulous, impeccable room service, facilities with a lot of charm ( the pool on the 23rd floor gives a touch of great charm), breakfast buffet with everything you can imagine at your disposal, waiters atentisimos, service of 10 what did we say at the exit we will repeat without hesitation.

We have been on the terrace of the 24th floor and it is a beautiful place to have a drink while contemplating the maritime area of Barcelona and the Poble Nou neighborhood. The service staff has treated us with kindness and sympathy.

The hotel is in the middle of Barcelona and it's very easy to get to all parts of the city

The price you pay for a room is too much for what it is really worth.
The room was tiny, the beds, there was a choice of one large, or two separate ones. I ordered the big one .. The result? Two small hooked beds where the separation was very noticeable.

The air conditioner ... It did not work, I had a horrible heat that night.

Breakfast, the price was apart from the room, another SCAM. Look, I've been to 4 and 5-star hotels, and all the breakfasts were impressive, but this ... More scarce impossible. There was very little variety, and I didn't like it at all.

I honestly think they sell it better than it is, because I've been to a thousand better hotels than this one and they weren't so "famous".

The RoomService was not bad. Let's see that 8 euros for a bikini with potato chips ... You can see that they take advantage of tourists, because in the Chinese next door, they sell you one for 2.50 and it's better.

On the other hand, it seems very strong to me that they charge me a tourist tavern when I live in the building opposite. Anyway...

Very nice stay with a magnificent view and a beautiful bathtub. The bedding was great too, the pool at sunrise very nice. 2 stars less because we had to take the stairs several times because the 3 elevators did not arrive the problem is that with a suitcase c is average. And a plate on the floor for 1 full day in the hallway for a 4 * C is not terrible. I had a massage that was rather mild but an essential oil that burns in room scent would be a plus with the noise of the adjoining bar in less. They were surely overwhelmed by the meeting I would probably come back one day for his situation and for the rest I enjoyed

It has a wonderful terrace on the third floor where you can have a drink. They charge the alcohol to part of the soda so you have to pay attention ...

That day I received a response from my insurance company stating that the hotel refuses to pay for the damage
This to say that if you have a problem with this hotel the word of the manager is not enough !!!!

The hotel is beautiful and big. The stay is nice the staff is professional and friendly. We had the room on the 26th floor last, with a view of the sea it is pretty and bright. The view is beautiful not to mention the sunrise ... the pool with sea view is top. Access to the car park is a bit difficult the first time.

Very spacious rooms, and very clean, spectacular bed, with all the details, delicious breakfast. 100% recommended

A handsome 4 star hotel with good views, nice breakfast.

A flawed hotel. Rooms are nicely designed with comfy beds and sea view is great HOWEVER breakfast is average and if you are on a high floor and like to be on time in the mornings then the lifts will NOT make this possible. On average it will take 10 mins just to get up and down at busy times. To make matters worse the key cards randomly stop working. The gym is also terrible with old and I would even go so far as to say, dangerous. One running machine turned off half way through a jog and the other had a belt which kept slipping! They also don t provide an iron, which for a business hotel is utter joke. Had to pay almost 40 euros to get 3 shirts and a psi of trousers dry cleaned as they don t even have a press only option!! I won t be staying there again.

Nice hotel. Excellent service, ocean view, excellent breakfast, the rooms are quite comfortable.

The rooms with a hot tub on the balcony is a must! One of the best hotels you can get in Barcelona and not as expensive as you'd believe. Let the reception know you're coming though so the hot tub can be ready for your arrival.

It's fine but I was only there half an hour for one thing

Lifts are a problem - they are slow or not working. Get used to using the stairs. Rooms smell like smoke. Service is average. Clean. Receptionists are good. This is a pay on arrival hotel which is an issue, especially when they don t tell you this until you arrive. I really don t like paying in advance.

I was here for a technical conference (a small one) and the meeting areas were nice, but small. The staff seemed friendly, but the hotel could use some updates in a few spots.

A beautiful hotel with very courteous staff. Every wish was fulfilled, even a late check out was possible free of charge.

There is only one small thing to complain about and that goes to the architect:
The toilet in the room doesn't allow too much privacy.

Nice hotel. The city view from the 24th floor is absolutely amazing. The bahroom is a little weird. The most disturbing thing is the very weak water pressure. After you flush the toilet, you have to wait at least half hour to do it again. Another disturbing thing: I choose to make my reservation on the hotel website, I prepaid it, but at the check in I was asked to pay again! To convince the receptionnist, I had to show my CC statement, which is not ok.

A hotel that has been a business hotel for men and women who is suffering from the onslaught of the sea and the ravages of time. Reception staff smiling and available. Room of another time. Sea view preceded by warehouses and concrete banks.

The hotel is very good but for business, the floors are ceramic and cold in the rooms, it is possible for my room type not to be sure

But it is an excellent location for the conference because it is just across the street from the building and is much cheaper than the Hilton

The location is great if you are attending meetings at the convention center. It has easy access so the subway, the trams, and taxis. The rooms have a cleaver glass wall that separates the bedroom from the bathroom to allow a larger feel and more light. The only downs the Hard surfaces that amplify noice in the room.

I recommend 1000%!
Welcoming, the room we stayed in was immaculate, no noise problem for us, it was just perfect!
I will come back next summer !!

My first 4 stars, I'm not disappointed at all. The reception staff takes care of you, luggage guard service, the room is very nice and comfortable. The staff is attentive to remarks before booking is appreciated!

The pool of the 23eme floor rooftop is great, access from 7am to 22h a real plus

Business hotel suitable for business trips. Impressive infrastructure but that is not everything: Too bad the room service is also mediocre: the offer of services stipulates a room service from 11 pm to 6 am ... but does not specify that it must provide a wait of 1h20mn for a simple plate of cold cold meats and a glass of wine finally delivered after relaunch at 1:30 of the night ... The offer of services does not specify more that the staff is allowed to annoy you, asking to enter unexpectedly in the room and calling you at 2am in the middle of the night to cash the bill! This is the first time I see this! To believe that in this 4 * it is not possible to put on the note of a customer on business trip fe several nights the modest sum of 19 ! Appointment taken with the Director for an explanation on these practices seems there dubious! My advice: Save yourself this kind of adventure!

Good hotel I stayed 3 days for work and stay and it was fine. I really liked the breakfast and the attention at the reception. In the room I heard many noises from other rooms and affected the rest.
