Nice and clean hotel. Food was very good and fresh. Try to get a room in the higher floors as it comes with a great view of the city and beach!

Comfortable hotel, spacious rooms and free minibar. Good for leisure trips as for pleasure. Next door there is a shopping center with a lot of variety. Near the congresses and near the beach.

It is in the center of Barcelona, it has a somewhat high price, but there is no shortage of amenities.

Friendly staff, felt very welcomed when we arrived. Room was nice, could do with a bit of paint, but nothing major. The view for the bedroom and bathroom overlooked the conference centre but also the sea. Waking up to the sun rising on the horizon was beautiful. Facilities at good. Location is pretty good to actually. Easy to find and really close to the metro station. Would stay here again.

Disappointing. Lifts very slow, sometimes more than 5 mins wait, then full. Poor sleep due to outside /inside noise. Broken tap on sink. Staff very nice friendly especially Gym Bar

Close to the beach, the scenery is good, the transportation is convenient, the shower is OK. The room is small, no kettle is provided, the hot water in the basin is difficult to adjust, not too hot or cool, and it is not convenient to wash the hair.

Very nice hotel staff very friendly we had a room with a sea view, it is about 20 minutes by metro to the main parts of the city but the transport is on the doorstep and it's very good and cheap.

3 stars rating because as we arrived after 10pm and was told the mall is closed. We asked house keeper for hot water and some ice. She said no. After I explain we need to make up milk for our 2 boys she said if its for kids she will do. We also ask please give me about 1 little hot water but we recied only a small pot maybe 250ml.very dispointed. We now just cant wait till the morning raise. Hope hotel will include kettle soon.

Close to the beach, the conference center, cozy rooms and breathtaking views. Also they have infinity pool on a top floor. The staff is always friendly!

Great for a work convention across the road at CCIB. Very modern rooms and great service. Lifts coukd be a bit quicker but that's the only complaint.

I was there for business travel and I found this property less than impressive. The hotel across the street is a better option (I stayed there 1 night prior to transferring to this property). If I had not been required to stay here by my employer i would have checked out after the first night. My room's bathroom smelled horribly and continuously during my stay. I alerted the front desk and they said it would be resolved - it wasn't. I asked the housekeeper on my floor to help. She tried, but the stench persisted. Also, I had my do not disturb sign out everyday and I know for a fact that my room was entered each day - nothing was missing, but that's not the point. Elevators were very slow. You often waited several minutes before one arrived. The positives: The staff were generally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and had a decent selection. The meeting rooms met expectations.

Booked Hotel Barcelona Princess for 3 nights. Had a really nice experience in general but got a bit disappointed of the room placement. The view was extraordinary and every day, after a long day walking, getting back to an impeccable room, man... there is nothing better than that. But... our room was the last of the hall, and I imagine we were place next to the laundry room because the noise, specially at night, was really annoying. We were so tired every day that after the second night, the noise was not that intense, but still, for the price we paid I was expecting a quieter room. Service and personnel were great. We even requested uber eats and the delivery to the hotel went perfectly. Luckily location of the hotel is walking distance from the mall, train and bus stations, you are in beautiful Barcelona in less than 20 minutes.

A great hotel, 25th floor sublime sea view! 5 minutes from the beach on foot. A beach nice, clean and quiet as I like! Very friendly staff, very attentive and excellent room service! I love so much! Acrophobes abstain because the hotel is completely glazed! So at the 25th it's funny!

Pleasant hotel. Just for an English speaker the TV was almost totally Spanish, else good hotel to stay

I have a love hate relationship with the hotel. The location was great. It's in a newly developed part of the city. On the downside, you are right next to some sketchy housing. But there is security at the door, and there is a shopping mall that shares the same block.

As for the amenities, the pool was VERY small, and I alerted the staff and let them know my shower was broken and sprayed water everywhere when you turned it on.

I told them twice on 2 different days.

It was still broken when I checked out.

All in all it looked nice, and it is in a good location to some taxi stands, and the shopping mall. But the fact that they couldn't fix a broken showerhead within the 6 days I stayed, is a problem for me.

we stayed in the hotel for 4 days . It was wonderful experience . Location is really nice , very nice view . Staff is friendly and helpful . Rooms are with good amminities and clean .Gabriel and Mariyana from F&B was so nice as they have arranged delicious pizza even it was not in their menu . Thank you again .
