The hotel is fine, has very good details for the client .... free minibar, mobile phone for your entire stay with free calls and Internet, etc ... but this is the time to consider a reform in some common areas and some rooms !!!!

Great location. Short walk to the beach and minutes away from a shopping mall. Stayed in a triple room which was a very good size with a small balcony. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooftop a bit on the small side.

Fantastic hotel. The staff were friendly and extremely professional. The room was very comfortable and clean. The only problem was the shower head was very high and us shorties had to stand on tiptoe to alter the angle. The views from the 23rd floor are great. It's a shame that it rained on the day that we would have loved to use the pool on the 23rd floor, but you can't have everything. We would definitely use this hotel again the next time we're in Barcelona.

So all I can say for a master suite was the room really not great. Only the view from the 26th floor was worth mentioning.
You had to pre-order hot tub if you wanted to go in and you could not temper it.
So in total a fail.
Rate everyone from having such a surprise or anything else.

Princess! A hotel where they can not do enough for guests, the room is top, king bed top comfort, small touches in every corner. The breakfast buffet is excellent and very varied. The metro is right next door so you can easily visit the city. Short stay

Well, the hotel is good. I have had trouble booking this hotel earlier because they have been expensive.but this time I could see sub $100 rate, which is unusual. I stayed for three nights. The good about this hotel is that they provide a smartphone for our use and we can make local and internatiomal calls for free. The bad - no coffee maker and iron in the room. Of all the hotels that I have stayed at in my life, this is the only hotel that does not provide coffee maker and iron in the room. This is a big turn off for me. Not staying here even at sub $100 rate.

A nice experience! The room was great, quiet and overlooking the sea. Well stocked with drinks in the fridge and hygiene products.
Kindness and sympathy at the reception, keeping the packages to be able to visit the city quietly.
I am very satisfied with the breakfast, a lot of variety: bread, cereals, omelette, cold cuts, pancakes, fruits, buns, nuts, honey, syrups, infusions ... etc.
I loved it, a pleasant experience that I hope to repeat, thank you very much! ;)

Blatantly lying to customers is not a good start. When I was checking in, i asked if there s iron and ironing board in rooms, and I was told that there s non, and neither they can t supply any due to safety reasons. Whilst the receptionist was explaining me in tears how thoughtful they are as hotel management by putting our safety first above all, the guy who was checking in next to me was given an iron and ironing board !!!! When i asked how he could get one, they told me that he is airline crew. So when I iron my shirts I become risk to public health, but when a steward irons, it s ok? I thought perhaps they have safe ironing training as part of their job requirement. When I challenged it a bit more, the receptionist said that airlines have this clause in their contracts, so they have access to iron, whereas other customers need to pay 8 euros per shirt for ironing. So indeed it is not a safety issue. It s a blatant lie. They are just cutting the corners and calculating how they can increase profit by squeezing more money from customers, but they don t have guts to say it, so they simply hide behind the safety curtain !! Shame on you. Lies did not end though. When the reception manager realized I was very upset (and also that he realized that I unveiled his shameful lie), he threw another lie. He said that he happened to have one iron , because a customer decided to buy an iron and left it with him temporarily, he would be willing to lend it to me, if I promise to return the same night. He said unfortunately he could not provide me with ironing board (I guess because he realized it would be silly to suggest a customer bought an ironing board as well). As much as I was angry and needed ironing, I was not ready to jump to a taxi and buy the whole ironing equipment. Well I said I would agree to have an iron and return it to him the same night. 10 minutes later, I had both iron and ironing board (typical hotel models). I guess when he asked the bell boy, he did not realize he should cover the lie of the receptionist and leave the ironing board away. What a story !!! Exhausting start for nothing. I am a frequent traveler and I always iron my shirts at hotels. 99,99% of hotels I stay have iron and ironing boards in room cupboards. In very few exceptions (notably in Switzerland), if they don t provide their customers with iron, they give access to ironing rooms where people go and do their own ironing. Never heard of not providing anything and charging customers as default. But even if they did, what angers me most is this shameful lying !!!
