It is welcoming and good treatment and well attended

Very nice hotel. Great transport links. Accessible by metro, tram or bus. Furthermore, the hotel is by the sea and what is perhaps not so unimportant is that the hotel is right next to a stop on the Hop on Hop off bus route.
Rooms are well equipped and the minibar in the room is included and refilled every day.
We recommend the rooms with a sea view.
The breakfast in the hotel is very good. There is plenty to choose from and it is always replenished.

Scandalous, in a minute the bottle of champagne was not present in the room as agreed. The vents above the bed are filled with dust (photo). The faucet breaks in the room. Pool small and cold. I am waiting for a commercial gesture from the hotel.

Fantastic hotel. Great metro connections. Don't take taxi from airport. if you do expect 45 euro charge. Use metro, stops over the road.

Excellent in everything. Attention, rooms, details of all kinds. Just a little to be desired leaves the parking system, but does not tarnish the general concept.

We got this hotel at a great price for such a class hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, as were the rest of the staff. The rooms are gorgeous and contemporary and were complete with slippers and bath robe and electric blinds and bathroom blinds.

The location was good too, around a 3 minute walk from the metro, which is around 6 or 7 minutes from the city centre. Everything you need is within a few minutes walk from this hotel including the Diagonal Mar shopping centre right next door.

A special touch always goes down well, and our friend who was also staying there got a nice birthday surprise of a bottle of birthday Champaign and cake, which he enjoyed while chilling out in the rooftop pool on the 23rd floor.

The only reason I didn't give this fine hotel 5 stars was because during lunch it was almost impossible to get a coffee as the queues were large and the staff were slow. apart from that, everything was great.

The hotel is a bit old. But at a normal discount - take a seat!

A great hotel, the Desigual floor is very good and the pool is great, even if it is a little chilly you can take a bath because the water is warm. The gym is a bit small and is close to the beach but away from the tourist area.

This modern hotel is located a few steps away from the forum, 2 minutes walk from the Barcelona international convention center, and 5.7 from the city center. The rooms include a mini bar, free wifi, TV, and views of the sea.

It is a good hotel, good views well communicated and very comfortable, but to my taste for excellence it would be necessary to polish the details that make the consumer feel as unique and details of neglect of good finishing of the rooms.

Speechless, beautiful views, heated outdoor pool open all year.
We had some spectacular massages and the buffet breakfast was huge with lots of variety and very rich.
Beautiful modern rooms, neat and comfortable.
I recommend it from the heart.

The hotel is great at the beach and next to it is a large mall with many shops and restaurants, close to the metro station. You can easily reach the center by metro. The breakfast and minibar are both free. The hotel has 2 outdoor swimming pools on the 23rd floor and a swimming pool on the 3rd floor. Its size is modest but the purpose is conducive, the taxi stand is next to the hotel and the Barcelona tourist bus stops at the hotel because of the historical museum next to the hotel
The hotel is faultless because there is no clothes or water kettle, far from the airport to go, it cost me 40 Euros from the airport and back to the airport 34 euros

Incredible hotel, a great experience to repeat without a doubt.

4-star hotel with parking at 23 a day and breakfast at 19, registration somewhat slow and complicated, first they did not find the reservation after the invoice could not send it by mail because we did not request it after if the tourist tax (work trip) and on the march that if we had not paid for the parking in a bad way after 1000km of road. to forget.

DISAPPOINTING. Not more than a 3 stars.
Basically you pay for the view.
Considerably underdesigned. You will wait for several minutes to get your elevator.
Cheap finishes considering the supposed 4*.
Rooms are big but they are dark. The bed is very comfortable. Every room has an external terrace. The minibar is included in the price of the room.
The shower doesn't allow to change its height and it is installed so high I barely can grab it.
The glass barrier of the shower doesn't fit perfectly, so when you have a shower the water filters and finally you find the floor completely wet.
The water is too hot or too cold. It is impossible to have a "warm compromise".
The bathroom is big, but no bidet (in a 4* hotel???).
There are 8 basic PC workstations available where you can also print a document if you need.

After one year the rooms are a bit worse, with less care for details (in my case the orchid was dry) and in general everything was more messy. Mini bars included in the price, bathrooms a bit uncomfortable (there is no mirror). The wait for the elevators has improved, but the wait is still long. Although in the suburb area convenient to the metro and the shopping center "Diagonal del mar" within walking distance, with considerable food offer (see review on the "burghesa"
