Hotel nice clean and comfortable, the only flaw the room assigned to us was for disabled people and therefore there was no bidet.

A week spent with 2 girls in early August, all excellent.
Although the hotel was full, the services and common areas were never crowded; the whole structure (directly on the beach) is well managed and organized and the staff are attentive and professional. The rooms always well cleaned and cared for.

Impeccable swimming pool and beach service.
A special mention is due to the animation team, who were able to involve children and adults in the various activities of the day; the girls really loved the guys on the team, with whom they played various games and had lunch in the dedicated area of the restaurant.
Overall an excellent holiday.

Very good hotel, the staff are very attentive. Do not have an iron in the room which is a pain however the hotel does offer a laundry service at approximately 4 per item. They do a good job with the laundry. The breakfast is continental is good enough for what you would want. Our room was great with a sea view and nice modern decor. We went in September and the place was pretty dead however had a nice weekend away driving around the local area and seeing the sites. We visited San Marino which took about 45 minutes. The hotel parking is 15 a night which I thought was a little steep however you can park outside for free.

I'm writing from the bed in the sea view room, practically inside the sea.
If I have to find a flaw ... enhance the wifi, I can only find the network near the bedroom door, but these are useless details.

One of the best hotels I've ever seen in my life! Top food, top staff, super comfortable rooms, spacious and tastefully furnished. Very relaxing environment. Simply fantastic! Max..dimenticavo, my 2 children 3 and 6 years are crazy about the animators, never pressing but always present, with a nice and accommodating manner. Good guys, I hope to see you next year!

Clean and welcoming hotel. The use of WiFi is not very easy and efficient due to the usual custom of using it to meet the needs of corporate CMRs. The breakfast room and the corridor passageways are cold or slightly heated.

Sea front. Dawn is a spectacle of nature. Waterfront path for running. Clean spacious and bright rooms. Friendly and nice staff.

I wanted to have a coffee .... I was banned. The lobby is taboo. Staff a little disrespectful. Nice hotel but .... very spartan. Nothing exceptional.

Very loud. Not for the families with kids. Lots of noise from the swimming pool bar in the night. For childless families apparently. It s a pity because room quality and service are very good.

We booked for one night in this hotel on booking.
Definitely a beautiful and brand new hotel connected to the beach; the price seemed excellent considering the 4 stars (135 euros for two people including dinner).
But then upon arrival we were immediately told that half board excluded us from being able to use the private beach (supplement of 25 euros per day), private parking (another 25 euros per day), use of the swimming pool (another 8 euros) and more. again .... total more than 200 euros for one night in Pesaro!
In addition, I requested a room facing the sea .. they placed us in a corner of the hotel. We had to wait over an hour for check in as they had to clean the room. When asked to extend (by paying) the parking reservation for the next day ... "absolutely yes" was the answer of the young lady at the reception but then the following day it was no longer possible, so we were forced to move the car.
As for dinner, the buffet was very good, but the first and second choice were nothing exceptional and very scarce.
There would be much more to tell but I conclude by saying that there are other hotels that deserve 4 stars.

Fantastic weekend, top hotel and very professional staff !!

All the staff are always friendly, smiling and available for any need. Even the animation is no exception to this style with the secondary prerogative of being always present with the various initiatives organized for the guests, but never insistent. Even the rooms are always carefully arranged.
Excellent meals with a great variety of choices both at the buffet and in the dishes offered at the table, with the particular "kids corner" that helps the little ones to always find dishes of their liking.
Beautiful and functional structure, with play areas reserved for children.

We stayed in a very spacious, clean and sea-view junior suite.
The common areas are large, modern and clean.
The excellent and varied breakfast lunch is not always up to 4 stars (cold food and improved quality), more than satisfactory dinner.
Animation at the top, very nice guys, helpful and good at entertaining children and teenagers.
The hotel staff very professional and timely in meeting our needs.

Structure well cared for in detail, tastefully furnished, managed in detail. Impeccable staff, varied and very good breakfast.
I stayed in February for a business trip, but I will definitely go back for vacation.

The animation guys are very kind, discreet but not intrusive. Good organization in the room. Heated swimming pool. Convenient access to the beach directly connected to the hotel. Good food. Abundant breakfast. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel on the sea, spacious and clean rooms.

We were in the hotel at the beginning of October, although the weather was still nice, the Italians are of the opinion that from the end of September with snow drifts to be expected, i. the swimming pool was closed, on the beach all beach chairs and umbrellas were removed although you could still swim. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but rather a general phenomenon on Italian beaches.

But since the season was over, the prices were quite cheap, we paid in a double room with half board 550 for six days.

The hotel seems quite new, the rooms are modern and very functional. The rooms are clean, unfortunately the maids are a bit over-motivated and storm the room while having breakfast, so occasionally you have to wait to return to the room after breakfast. This although the corresponding "please do not disturb" sign hung outside.

The free Wi-Fi worked perfectly.

The room has a free safe.

The food was very good and rich, as usual in Italy for dinner a selection menu, also a very good and extensive breakfast, in Italy not a matter of course. Nice and cheap wine list with local wines.

The hotel has direct access to the beach and is located at the southern end of the promenade of Pesaro.

Pesaro is a very enjoyable city in that it is not a pure seaside resort, so that even without tourists there is something going on. If you go the promenade to the main axis viale della Repubblica and then towards the city center by the pedestrian street to the Rossini Opera are about 2 km.

The hotel can be fully recommended.

Very well maintained place, perfect for families and children. I recommend an all-inclusive treatment so you don't have to think about anything except relax!

Bell modern hotel. Clean, comfortable and has a varied and good breakfast. I was around for work, so I couldn't make the most of all the proposals in the structure.

Very nice new hotel with large rooms and a large selection of breakfast and dinner. Parking is very limited at the hotel and mostly all in the area. The parking in the garage are too little for the number of rooms and costs also 15 per day. The beach is right next to the hotel and very nice. The pool is a bit small for the size of the hotel. The staff was really nice. By and large, I was satisfied with my stay.
