The hotel with the really nice sea view room, the excellent cleanliness of the rooms, the animation at the TOP, one star deserves the kitchen, a disaster. Cold dishes, dry appetizers perhaps prepared the night before. Too bad, so many customers will lose, because it is a hotel where you would be happy to return.

Good restaurant, little varied menu in two weeks stay, excellent breakfast, large dessert buffet.
The various "extras" are really salty, for example the laundry has exorbitant prices ( 3 underpants, 8 shirt), free bikes only the first hour, from the second 5 / h, decaf coffee 1.5, cat in the room 15 / day + 40 final cleaning, etc.
Overall it is a great hotel, where we had a great time. Exactly on the sea, of a unique comfort. National newspapers every day, beautiful children's area, good Maria Giulia 'club, but he needed help to keep an eye on the kids at the beach, who often tend to move away without notice.

I state that the evaluation already considers a certain level of tolerance given the covid situation, the fact that the season has just started and there is a bit of organization in the running, as for everyone. The structure is very modern and elegant, with a swimming pool perhaps too small to satisfy all guests, who however can take advantage of the bathrooms on the beach which are really 3 steps away from the hotel. Fairly large beach with umbrellas spaced far enough and sanitized every evening. Good number of hand sanitizer dispensers scattered around the hotel, staff always with mask and kind, where possible protected by plexiglass for the health of all. Very spacious and always superbly clean rooms, praise for the excellent service! The entertaining animators with families and especially with children, but also discreet with those who do not intend to take advantage of the service, we have not followed directly but they seem to do an excellent job. Reception staff always smiling and polite, as well as the bartender, although we had little to do with them. The painful notes concern the restaurant: quality dishes often really poor, service with biblical times, often disorganized, led by a maitre d who seems disoriented. It is a pity to see that several waiters are very busy (not all) but are in a context not up to a 4-star hotel. I repeat that the evaluation already considers a certain tolerance, but I want to emphasize it as it was the only aspect that made us leave the hotel with a bitter taste but with the hope that soon problems can be solved to promote the structure with flying colors!
Beautiful hotel on the sea but even more beautiful was the exquisite courtesy and kindness of the entire staff. Absolutely recommended!
Great hotel, very good location, super friendly staff. Eat a lot, but no taste. Coffee machine in the breakfast room underground (absolute NO GO for Italy). All in is only a better half board, parking fees in the underground garage outrageous (25 euros per day).
I liked very much. Style. It was not the season. But otherwise enjoyed the stay.

Hotel on the seafront, recently renovated and renovated. The room was new and clean. Perfect service and in the morning a great choice and variety for breakfast. Difficult to find parking in high season, even the internal garage has a limited number of seats and a surcharge of 25 euros per night.
Conditions are good ... but I did not like the service and have false advertising. Familar has very little, it is not a hotel prepared for children, no animation and we had to pay almost everything of drinks with ultra all inclusive that included drinks alcolicas, but you had no right to anything ... I did not like it.

Pleasant structure with direct access to the beach. Rooms well furnished and clean. The kitchen is perhaps the area of improvement.
Great hotel, clean, spacious rooms, high quality service, delicious food, great animators. Two steps to the beach, deckchairs and umbrella for the price of the room. A very successful holiday. We will definitely come back here.

The place is beautiful, the staff is kind and friendly, the kitchen is good (good and always different dishes), entertainment is fun, very good and friendly.
Stayed with friends and couldn't have found it better. The animation is beautiful, from the evening shows to the entertainment for the little ones who, we have noticed, have a great time. Excellent, kind and super helpful staff. Same with food, you can eat really well! 5 stars well deserved.
Really nice hotel. The rooms are comfortable and quite big. They are bright and with a nice balcony. The bathroom is also quite big. They have a pool and are located directly at the beach. Another advantage is that you won't meet so much old people from Germany because it's a family resort and old people from Germany hate kids during their holidays.

Hotel newly renovated, beautiful, in shades of gray and white, overlooking the sea, with swimming pool. Perfect for those with children, very kind staff. Wifi free and with excellent signal. We will be back!
"Natural" atmosphere and spontaneous professionalism
Beautiful hotel directly on the sea in Pesaro. Very accurate in every detail, recommended for business trips and holidays. The structure is very large but well organized. There are various types of rooms both for the holiday, romantic weekend or business trip. Very clean and large room, top courtesy set, kind and professional staff. Underground garage for all types of cars.
Great location, seafront buffet and catering impeccable, however, no one speaks French ... Too bad.

I stayed at the Nautilus Hotel *** on the night of Wednesday 28 September 2016.
The room was clean, the bathroom a bit small and the shower very narrow, almost uncomfortable.
The 3-star Nautilus hotel is a little dated, however a good solution for just one night.
Beautiful place to spend summer holidays with family or those who want to play sports

Great property - would define the TOP - friendly and helpful - very good restaurant with dishes carefully furnished (also with regard to the gluten-free cooking nothing to say about the variety of the dishes). Eden Animation led by Daniel has been able to entertain and amuse our children very well ..... I recommend everyone a holiday at Nautilus!

Clean rooms .... Maitre to be fired on two feet .... Mask always kept down. In 40 minutes that we are seated we have brought the drink after the starters had arrived the first arrived in 2 phases and we are still waiting for the second .... Crazy and this should be a 4 star ... To be rejected
Absolutely excellent family holiday! Staff were superb - attentive, always polite and helpful. Lovely and fun children s entertainment team. Food was phenomenal - absolutely first class!!
We stayed for almost 2 weeks. The breakfast selection and variety was excellent. The lunches and dinners were all delicious and different each and every meal - starting with a hot and cold buffet, followed by 2 further courses of 3 different options (meat/seafood/vegetarian) with your choice of red/white wine or beer or soft drinks, and culminating in a variety of desserts. Service was always excellent, fast and courteous.
Our room (overlooking the sea), was modern, smart and very comfortable. A very minor negative being poor WiFi (very poor reception, and even if full reception - very slow speeds). The housekeeping were really great, somehow every day making sure our beds were without excess sand (the result of children jumping on our bed as soon as they got back from the beach).
Hotel facilities were excellent, nice garden with children s play area and pools. Direct access to the beach with pre-reserved sun lounger s and sun umbrella. Sandy beach was clean and safe, with the sea also very clean and the wave breakers making it great for swimming for the children also.
Reception and management were also fantastic! Very good level of English, and nothing was a problem (including arranging to post a forgotten electronic device back to us, that we realised we d forgotten once we returned home).
In conclusion - would absolutely recommend this hotel to couples and families alike, and would happily return for future holidays.

Room with a view and access to the sea from fear! ..complice a weekend in October forwarded by the summer weather and which made it wonderful to look out and enjoy the sun and the sea breeze even from the room. Breakfast well stocked .. but the rooms ... how wonderful .. with vintage photos of swimmers in 50s / 60s costumes! The seasonal restaurant was closed but excellent restaurants were recommended nearby

New, modern, welcoming hotel, right on the sea front. Small but nice shallow pool. Friendly staff. Pleasant and unobtrusive animation. Good food, but restaurant service needs improvement.
Beautiful hotel, super nice room, smiling staff. Be careful with the "Family" aspect, many small children, the restaurant is (very) noisy. Moreover this year, Covid 19 obliges, the service in the restaurant was catastrophic of disorganization.

Great hotel especially for families with smaller children (lots of animation) nice service as it is for Italians :-) rooms with very good air conditioning and Wifi (very rarely so well working in hotels) good soundproofing windows which gives comfort of silence and peaceful nights including the resort is bustling especially in the evenings ... very good food in particular breakfast and dinner (the weakest lunches) lots of all seafood and fish..from rambutan papaya mango pineapples strawberries in August! Plums etc.
.. bike rental for 1h for free ... bath towels are available at the reception (free exchange also) ... hotel beach also ok set of 2 sunbeds and umbrella assigned to the room throughout the stay and there is no lying right on the water on blankets and towels or no "screening" such a real European holiday standard strong ****
