If your room is on the tier with the 7th floor disco, you will hear the drums beat all night long. I was on the 5th floor and couldn't sleep. Breakfast only ok

they gave me a room overlooking the inner courtyard. I asked to change but the girl on the desk did not interested, and the breakfast staff was kind but the breakfast was not good.

The rooms are comfortable and the staff is very helpful!

I have stayed in this hotel in January 2013 and the experience was terrible. The hotel is average but the worse is that it is impossible to sleep. There are 2 night clubs (on top and on the bottom of the hotel), full of drunk people, screaming, shouting till early morning.
As the windows of the room are quite thin, you end up to hear everything and you cannot sleep at all.
Terrible experience. Do not book this hotel. Now I understand why it was so cheap.

Buffet breakfast excellent, if you go in the mekong restaurant. The rooms could offer a complimentary water as there are in other hotels in the same category. The location is good, close to the train station and the historic center.

Very attentive front and guest service staff. The rooftop bar is amazing!

The pillow was too soft and low. There is no complimentary bottle water or kettle for making hot water.

The hotel equipment is full of new style, the simple style, this time the 1600 room is a double-sided window room type, great. The room is also large, very close to the city centre and sightseeing spots. Free internet is available in the room and free ice cubes are available in the building.

Self-reliance, rely on yourself, no one serves you.

Perfect, perfect, perfect. Great restaurants and walking distance to almost anything you'd want to see. The rooms were so comfortable.

The room is clean and spacious, the breakfast was good, the reception was quick to check in.
There is parking attached to the hotel from the back.

Central hotel, very close to the city center, walking distance, rooms making new. Breakfast is excellent. The service is very good.

Stayed here on our last couple of days on a trip to Switzerland. Had probably the most comfortable beds of our whole trip. Great rooftop terrace with a great view of the city.

Great hotel and spot in Lucerne. Close to pretty much everything. Stayed here in the winter and it was stunning.

The rooms are clean and you do not have a water heater or a clothes hook and a breakfast buffet except for eggs and frozen cheese as if two stars

Great staff, extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast lacked variety but was really nice. The location was really good as it is a stone throw away from the centre and train station. Also lots of buses near by which are cheap modes of transport to the nearby mountains.

Small and ugly rooms .... I was expecting much more than a 4 star

Relative to price / performance, every franc annoyed me here. Our room was small and the door to the hallway was poorly insulated, so the conversations of the guests when they went to their room were heard.

Very nice hotel and is located close to the river. Within walking distance to a lot of attractions.

I found the rooms to be very comfortable and clean and the staff helpful the only problem I had was the noise from the rooftop party that went on till 4am in the morning I understand that these parties happen every Friday and Saturday so I would avoid these days if you want a good night sleep.

Nice and clean hotel. The beds are so hard that it felt like sleeping on the floor, and the pillows were so thin and lumpy that we had trouble sleeping. Staff were very nice. Just a warning - if you are visiting from anywhere that your currency is not at par or higher in value, it will be an expensive stay. The restaurants in the hotel charge $12 Francs for a bottle of water.... that s nearly $20 Canadian dollars. Absolutely crazy!

Beautiful hotel with a rooftop bar of madness! Very good breakfast. Small downside: we asked for a queen bed and we had two single beds side by side.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, however noisy at night as it is near town centre.

The rooms are comfortable, a little bit small, luggage 28 "carve but a bit crowded, bathtub.

The room smells bad, the sound is very bad, it is very noisy at 5:00 in the morning.

If I can give a tip on the weekend never book a room on the sixth floor, on the seventh floor is a disco which is open until early in the morning. Since I was booked as a business traveler and this condition was untenable I complained to the front desk there I was treated arrogantly and condescendingly, the statement room can not be exchanged because there was no availability on relevant portals rooms.

The room is large, clean, no water source. No mini bar Normal breakfast

A excellent service and you will not be disappointed with the rooms or the staff at this hotel. The restaurant is nice as well actually it's very good for a hotel and I would definitely go back

Beautiful and comfortable hotel, the whole room smells of wood, I live in the first building.

Its my third stay here and again the room is small and noisy and too cold for my preference, with no temperature control. The internet connection barely gets to the room. It is difficult to recommend having other options available in the area. In it's favor, the restaurants are great.
